Was skeptical because was recently scammed by another website that had great prices and found an item I wanted on sale. Read reviews before ordering and was impressed. Item showed up a few days later exactly as ordered and what I wanted. Will order from again and highly recommended!

Very good experience - ordered a skateboard for 50% off, chose free shipping instead of $10 for guaranteed 3-6 days. Arrived in 5 days with tracking from Fed Ex. Board as expected, minor shop marks but zero problem with that given the size of the discount. Overall very satisfied.

I ordered a few Northface shirts for Christmas 2021. It said the package was delivered and I NEVER received the package! I tried to contact customer service several times and no one ever answered the phone. I let the phone ring for several hours and no one answered. Needless to say, I paid for something that I never received! The funny thing is that I ordered all of Christmas gifts online and received every package accept the package I ordered from The House! They suck!

This is the first time I've visited this site. We discovered some excellent bargains. I saw the firm has a lot of positive feedback, therefore I'm looking forward to working with them.

Wish I could rate this as -5 stars. Atrocious customer service. I ordered a jacket on Dec. 8th, 2021 — plenty of time to get it by Xmas. They even had a promo where all orders were upgraded to 2-day shipping to make it in time. Xmas week comes and it hadn't even shipped. So after many, many pointless emails, I gave up and just said I'll return it when it comes. It finally came a month after I ordered. I return it and its delivered on Jan. 14. It's now February 10th and I haven't received my refund yet. What a joke. In conclusion, the prices are decent, but if u run into any issues along the way or need to return, YOU'RE SOL. If you don't have time to track down returns and call/email for months to get a refund then I'd say stay away from this online store.

I bought a jacket from them and they delivered to the wrong address. Their customer service took 4 MONTHS to get back to me about it and by then the item was long gone. I bought the only one apparently and they just turned it back into the warehouse and sold it to someone else without even saying a word. They also didn't automatically refund me even though they resold the jacket. I waited 5 months to get a refund for my purchase. DON'T DO IT! By far the WORST site I have ever bought from. ZERO customer service.

I decided to buy myself things for the ski resort! I was just about to go skiing on vacation. I ordered a suit, the size fit right away, the quality is also very satisfied! I hope to wear with pleasure)

I placed an order for a coat at the end of December. The funds were taken right away however the shipping of the item never took place. They do not answer the phone calls or emails. After more t an 2 weeks no coat, no money and no response. Think twice before ordering from them

These guys were amazing. I ordered a ghostbusters deck for my son and Fedex lost it. They sent me a replacement and overnight shipped it, I had it by my son's birthday. I will order from them again
