Got fooled by a great deal... Had a patagonia jacket for 90 bucks of original price. I returned another jacket I had gotten at REI on sale since this was a bit of a better deal. I should have known to keep it! The delayed shipment on this order TWICE with poor communication. They kept saying it will be delivered soon. Then one month after it was supposed to be shipped they finally CANCELLED the order on me. I am so frustrated as I do not have a winter jacket and will have to buy one at full price because they duped me... I reached out to customer service with no reply. If they had maybe tried to make it right I would not be writing this review...
I was very pleased with the customer service when my ski pants were found to not quite fit right. Not only did they help me with the exchange, but my new pants were shipped immediately and arrived in less time than I expected.

Shipping was quick, checkout was easy. They are Christmas presents so I cannot review the quality of the items. The price was lower than anywhere else. I do miss when The-house sent me stickers with each order <3.
I haven't used a website in at least a decade that doesn't provide the return shipping label for you. It's one thing to take $5.00 out of my refund but to have to find your own way to return it and pay for the return is pretty lame.

Full Tilt First Chair 8 Boots. Boots arrived quickly and fit well. Had a very old pair of Flexon Comps that were wearing out. Very similar design, but these are much more comfortable. Now I need to try them out on the slopes.

Love the waterproof 3L shell jacket, not insulated, just what I was looking for, allows me to layer up or down depending on weather conditions and activity. Enough pockets without having too many places to lose items. Good collar covers my chin to deflect cold air hitting my throat.
Ordered a Sessions skullcandy collab softball jacket. Looks, feels, and functions amazing. It really is warm. Was riding in some mid teens weather with just a shirt on under the jacket and without an outer shell. Normally I'd use a similar jacket just for layering but not anymore. Not til its closer to single digits at least. It's both wind and water proof. Breathes pretty good but I did get hot when it was closer to 30 degrees.

I am a first time snowboard owner and all of the online support gurus did an amazing job walking me through the process. They recommended everything from board size and shape to type of carrying bag. Will shop here again!
Being rather tall, ordering gear that fits can be challenging. I utilized the chat feature on The House's website to help find what would work best for me. The items I ordered arrived within the time frame that was expected. The gear I ordered fit perfectly, which is a testament to the knowledge of the staff member that assisted me with my purchase.
Product and shipment was fine, though the T-shirts all fit differently even though they were all size S. During the ordering stage my order was cancelled until I called in and they could verify my caller ID. This is good for security against credit card fraud I guess, but a bit of a hassle compared to buying someplace like amazon for example. Also wish there was more selection for bags, carrying cases, and wakeskate shoes.
When it shipped, it got to me right away and in perfect condition! Loved it so much! I just ordered some snowboarding gloves for my boyfriend and hes obsessed now! Definitely will be coming back again

My first purchase and the discount was not applied. Worked for a week calling multiple times a day with zero success getting through to a rep. Being left on hold for as long as 30 minutes before hanging up. Call during business hours and get a message that they are not open and the system hung up on me 1/2 dozen times. Sent email correspondence through their website through the help section and no responses. If it wasn't for seeing other reviews that they are a legit company I would have already reported them as fraud to my bank. This is frustrating and absurd that I spend the time I have and can't talk to anyone to fix my order.
