I ordered a few Northface shirts for Christmas 2021. It said the package was delivered and I NEVER received the package! I tried to contact customer service several times and no one ever answered the phone. I let the phone ring for several hours and no one answered. Needless to say, I paid for something that I never received! The funny thing is that I ordered all of Christmas gifts online and received every package accept the package I ordered from The House! They suck!

Tip for consumers:
If a company is unreachable… don’t buy from them!!

Products used:
Nothing!! I never received them!! They kept my money.. there is no one answering their company phones!!
