We received our sons bike in a timely manner. I ordered very close to Christmas and we received it a few days prior. About 4 days after ordering. It was a huge hit with our 11yr old.

I say 4 stars because when I got it the tire and brakes wernt straight and I couldnt straighten the brakes so I took them off which sucks but I can live with it, overall I am very happy with my purchase Thank You...

Received bike quickly. Not your guys fault, box came damaged, squished with hole in it. Bottom of forks scraped. Postal stamps on it: Received in Damaged Condition in a few places.

I found a $220 jacket for $100 at the House, and the next best price was around $130. Found a hoodie that was almost twice as much at another competing website.

I purchased a mountain bike from The House and I received the bike very quickly with no issues. The only thing is there was not much of a user manual, but I blame that on the bike manuf.

I received a box with the youth size scratched off and it is still a youth size watch in the box. Very dissapointing. Usually great service and have been very happy
