The process is seamless. Look up your book(s) see the value, print the return label and within a couple of days receive your check! It really is as simple as that.
My order was delayed. The initial portion of the shipment was in bulk, via OSM Worldwide, and the individual packages are not scanned/updated until they reach the final OSM distribution facility. OSM Worldwide then handed the package to the USPS for final delivery.
