PEOPLE DON'T USE THESE GUYS! They stole 173 worth of books they tried deleting all proof of my interactions and closed my account after my books arrived at there warehouse stating I had violated by opening multiple accounts. WHAT? I was hacked my email was being scammed now I believe it was them! Watch out guys SERIOUS I'm filing police report better business bureau and federal affairs. This is not acceptable it is stealing from the people who keep them in buisness

I am a parent volunteer at my child's school and have been going through old text books and selling them for our school via many different online book sellers/buyers. This company, by far is the worst. I carefully boxed and packed 4 books last week after I was quoted a fair price. These books were in good condition with no writing or highlighting inside or out. The pages were in good condition although the books, being 10 years old, are not brand new looking. HOWEVER, no damage. I get an email today confirming they received the books but will not accept the 3 Algebra books as they were water damaged. This is a boldface lie UNLESS somehow they go water damaged while traveling to that destination, they were fine when I packed them up in the store-bought box. Other companies will at least send the books back free of charge but not this one. I'm still waiting for a response and if it's favorable, I will change my review. Until then, this will remain.

******UPDATE****** As a one-time courtesy, they did mail my books back BUT there is no water damage. The pages and covers are in one piece with no writing on the pages and very little on the inside cover.

First of all, this is my first time using Textbookrush and their marketplace listings and all that. To say I was anxious is an understatement! Not being able to see the books offered made me uneasy about using the site, and emailing sellers to get confirmation only to be told they didn't know made things even worse.that was, until I found Alibris Marketplace. The specific book I was looking for has tons of different copies and different cover art, and to find the one I was looking for was proving super difficult. Until! I saw Alibris had several listings for the book, and emailed them to ask which copy one specific listing was(thinking I'd get the same "I can't check our warehouse idk" answer as always)! But the next day, I had confirmation that it was exactly what I was looking for! The second that happened I bought it- at an amazing price for the book and shipping btw- and it got here quickly! I can't thank Alibris Market and Textbookrush enough for helping me get a book I've been agonizing over. Seriously, if I could I'd give Alibris Marketplace 100 stars I would!

Every semester I sell my books back and some come in loose leaf form and I wasn't told that they weren't acceptable but I have sold them back before through another textbook company with no problem or issues and I'm not pleased with not being informed
