I ordered Super Thick Cashmere Leggings from Temptlife and they look nothing like the photos on their website. I contacted them to find out how to return them. They have replied that I received the correct item but have given no return information. When you go to their website, there is no return address information. BEWARE OF PURCHASING ITEMS from this website. They are not reliable!
I realize after multiple email exchanges with them back and forth that they are located in China and cannot accept returns. They do not even list a phone number or return address on their website. Please BEWARE of any and all companies like this - there are many! Some of them use photos from other legit companies to advertise their clothing.
Do not buy from them... It is definitely a scam.
I received the items from them, but even though I ordered adult Medium size, the pants that I received were too small for my slim 12-year-old daughter.
What they send does not match the advertising pictures. They say reimbursement 100% guarantee, but they will deny that always stating that they sent what I ordered. I tried to reason with them telling them that what they sent me is not what they advertise and that they say on their website that they will reimburse 100% guaranteed, but they don't care about that.
If your money is important to you, then stay away from them.

P.S. After several emails they finally offered to reimburse me for $3.00 when I spent close to $70.00. It is an insult and a waste of time.
DO NOT ORDER FROM TEMPTLIFE! I received two pair of leggings, paid $60 for them because they were supposed to be insulated and they WEREN'T! I have sent countless emails back and forth and their response every time is they were the correct ones and will not refund my money or send the correct product. I mentioned to them that their website states I can return the items if I'm not happy with them within 30 days of receiving yet when I asked for a return label and address to send them back to I was told they would not accept nor offer a refund. This is by far one of the biggest scam companies I have EVER dealt with. If you've been scammed too I suggest you report them with the BBB and any other place you can. We are all struggling especially with the hardships most of us have suffered this year and a company like this with no ethical morals does NOT deserve to stay in business!
Temptlife is not a company. They are a group of scammers who take your money and then disappear. They do not process any orders, they do not ship anything, and they do not respond to any communications. Once they have your money, they disappear. It's a scam. I would rate them at ZERO stars if this website allowed.
I ordered the leggings and when I wanted to exchange for a larger size - they're not at all true to size - they said no return/no exchange because they sent the size I ordered. That NOT what the Return Policy on the website says. Do not buy unless you're positive of size because you can't exchange or return.
I ordered the tights with the fur inside. I ordered an XL and L. I wasnt sure how they would fit.
Neither one fit me, they were so tiny. Also they did not have fur inside them. I complained and wanted a refund, but they would not let me return them.
