These leggings look amazing, right? They are not! They are lined and look warm, if they fit! I am 6 ft tall and a size 12 and could not get them past right below my hip. Their fitting chart is way off. I ordered a LG and according to the chart should have ordered a 4XL. There is no stretch! I asked to return them and they emailed me and responded " we don't understand, we sent you what you ordered, no refund!" Definitely learned my lesson! Baleaf is where you need to go!

WARNING! This company is absolutely terrible! My fiancé surprised me by purchasing two pairs of "cashmere" leggings for our upcoming ski trip and apparently didn't do his review research. Not only did the shipping take forever, but the quality of the product was ridiculously horrible, nowhere near what was advertised, and most certainly NOT cashmere. We reached out to customer service and they gave us an entire runaround, requesting descriptions and pictures of the items we received. We complied, only for them to "ghost" us and end communication. Needless to say, we never received our refund and our now left with this joke of a pair of leggings. If I could rate them negative stars, I would!

I order pens for my wife in Medium. The Pens were too small, and I ask for a return or exchange. The feedback was only. This is not a reason for a return. The policies on the website say something different. I will never buy here again

I ordered 2 pairs of pants for my girlfriend on 12/10/20, expecting to get them before Christmas. The pants did not arrive until 1/29/21. I followed the website's description for sizing but these pants were too short and too small at the waist. The thickness was thin and it did not match the Facebook video ads portrayal of this product. I informed Molly Li via email about this and requested a return and asked where to send back the products. She refused my return even though this did not violate the 30 day return policy listed online. This company has many 1 star reviews online and I'm not surprised based on my recent experience with them.

I have never dealt with such horrible customer service, I wish I would have read the reviews before, the sizing charts are not accurate the customer service is horrible I have been trying for 6 weeks to return or exchange the pants and they are giving me the run around. My daughter in laws are size 26 and 28 - based on their chart they should fit a size small to x-large the small and medium don't even come close to fitting I am guessing they will need the xlarge and possible a 2xl all I want is to exchange them but all you give is a run around

I ordered 2 pairs of pants for my wife in XL in early December. It took 2 months to get them and they look like they were made for a child. Their response to how do I exchange them is, "we sent the size you ordered so we can't help you." Total scam!

Undoubtedly, the worst company I have ever ordered from on the internet.
I ordered two pairs of XXL pants and when they arrived they looked like they were for a child.
I thought they might fit small coming from over seas but my three daughters that wear size 4 and 6 in Lulu-lemon pants couldn't get them on.
The label doesn't match the one in the advertisement photo, it's a cat instead of an owl and when I wrote the company they said there was nothing they could do. No refunds what so ever!
Absolutely horrible! I gave the pants away to a local elementary school hoping that at least someone might be able to fit them there.
Do not order from this company!

Got two pairs of leggings for my gf for Christmas. Took 5 weeks to arrive here in the U.S. Upon trying them on and realizing they are WAY too small like not even close (she is a small and always wears smalls and these "smalls" i order were like in XXS), we tried to return/exchange them and they said "you received what you ordered" and I was like yeah but I want to exchange them for a larger size and they said "no you ordered smalls and that's what we sent you" and that was that. The pants have hardly any stretch at all and are terribly overpriced. Don't bother.

They are bunch of liars and full of deception. The product they send you is a junk and their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee but that's also a complete lie. After seeing how awful their product is and how it is nothing like what they advertise, I asked how to return it and they won't take return nor give me refund. That was after ignoring me for 5 weeks. Stay away. They are complete scammers.

Temptlife is a terrible company. Their ads are misleading, their products are garbage, and their customer service is awful. They don't offer refunds or exchanges when you are dissatisfied. And they treat you in a condescending manner.

I recently ordered a pair of leggings from the company for my wife. The leggings were advertised as slick on the outside and furry on the inside. They were neither. The material was the cheapest I've ever seen and the sizing was way off. My wife is typically a small but we ordered a medium to be safe. The leggings we received were so tiny that she couldn't even fit them over her thighs.

I contacted customer service but they refused to refund me or send me a bigger pair.

Never order anything from Temptlife. You'll get screwed.

Do not buy from Temptlife! The leggings are not even close to true to size or matching their size guide. They're cheaply made. And the customer service is terrible. They will not stand by their satisfaction guarantee and refuse to issue refunds or exchanges. The only guarantee is that you will regret your purchase!

This company is crap! Their products are horrible. Their customer service is horrible and they flat out lie about returns and product satisfaction. Like so many others, I ordered leggings for my wife without looking at reviews. The quality is horrible and the sizing chart is WAY off. Their website says they accept returns but that is a lie. They won't do anything. Product took over a month to get, comes from China, tracking service was worthless, and the product is WAY OVER PRICED, even if they were good quality, which they are not! Absolute joke of a company and product! Wish I would have seen the reviews first!

They advertised sherpa inside the leggings, when received they barely have fleece! I emailed requesting information to send back, they asked for pictures and the reason, I sent both pictures what they advertised and what was received, they said I got what I had ordered and don't let me return them (ordered two like an idiot...) clearly they can see the difference and just don't care!

Do not buy anything from these guys, I bought pants for my girlfriend and they weren't even close to the same product that I paid for and they also told me that they won't return and keep offering me $1,$2,$3,$4,$5,$6,$7 to keep them and I just keep telling them to give me a full refund.
Go to Walmart if you want a better and cheaper product

What I received looked NOTHING like the photos or videos they advertised - very cheap material with absolutely no stretch so you can't even pull them on. Facebook should be far more discerning with whom they allow to advertise because this company does not stand by their products even thought their site says they do. Like other reviewers, I contacted them for a refund and they refused to honor their return policy because they "sent what was ordered." That's not what their return policy says, but they refused to honor it and only repeatedly argued with the customer (me) that they wouldn't accept it because they "sent what was ordered." Very shady, fraudulent people. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction or about honoring their policies. Do NOT buy from them!

Scam! Do not buy! Terrible customer service and equally terrible product from China. Would give less than 1 star if I could. Buyer beware!
