I had an issue with my admin password and couldnt make the change myself after trying several times. I contacted TM support and got Vincent who made the changes - which worked Perfectly and he advised me once done. This I was told was outside the scope of the direct Template support but he did it anyway. I had no clue how I would have done this otherwse. Great customer service and very much appreciated. It is this type of flexibility and help that is lacking from most companies you deal with these days. Excellent support!

They refused to give money back, since the theme was delivered. But the theme is not working theme. You cannot build good e-commerce website on it. They are scamers who don't take responsibility for what crap they are provide.
