24 hour availability is a can't beat function of these guys. They're generally pretty good with WP, CSS, etc. and can usually help you out of a jam. And they offer custom dev solutions if needed. Overall very solid service!

With all this technology around, being competitive with plain html was really annoying for me since sometimes I need to be an all in one man, putting pictures, combining them, getting weird effects and generally not getting the results I like I felt very frustrated several times. Looking around and always fell in love with wordpress plattform I found a singular company with a singular name, Template Monster, what!,... I saw wonderful themes for WP and Joomla stuff, so Wow, at the very beginning as everybody I felt not sure and investigate a lot about this company, and I am very happy have taken the chance to trust in them and got the decision to get my first template from the "Monster", is a great team of young persons who made me the life easier and the most important with great and permanent support. Is really good to know there are great companies as this, my licenses there are worth it.

Was veteran customer of TM with 20+ orders, from the start of 2019 their attitude changed over support and pre-sales.No same discounts like before, they stopped respecting me as loyal customer.

They started asking for additional money, for additional premium support, to actually fix a bug on their template which was imported via their server.

For future purchases I recommend Theme Forest and small companies like Ancora Themes.

According to our records you have the highest (Supreme) level in the Program and as far as we can see you are actively using it along with the personal discounts provided by our agents. If you are looking even for a greater discounts or wish to get extra value from our products and services we recommend joining our Reseller program or pre-order our brand new “ONE” subscription service.
As for the paid premium support plans, we offer them for those customers, who are looking for extra help with modifications going beyond basic support (i. E. those that require modifying scripts, layout or back-end programming etc.). For example, in your last request you asked to change the default behavior of the drop-down menu that includes re-programming the scripting system, which is why you were offered paid support plan for this.
In your feedback, you mentioned our competitors. We are always interested in a competition as it drives us moving further, making our services better and our customers happier, so we invite everybody to compare level of service and overall customer experience.

Should it be an elementary school or college, music classes or what you want time in joy. Then be able to purchase their template from them more than a lot was help and so exact that the time I wanted to buy something from somewhere else. The tv needed to be turned off and I focus on what was needed. So becareful before you start and have a plan of what you need.

Usually, chat is mediocre or worse when you use it on a website, but, the person that helped me, Caroline, was a professional consultant capable of asking questions and making suggestions and had the knowledge to guide me to exactly what I was looking for. She was able to evaluate the best fit for my webmaster skills, etc. There was no "rush" to keep it moving in chat. It was all about resolving all my questions to give me all the info I needed to know. Great job, Caroline! Great company to work with; Template Monster creates a really supportive atmosphere to help customers with their projects!

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company! They requested us the copy of our credit card to confirm the transactions; for them, it is to avoid fraud!

Besides, when you request advice on their tchat online, you don't get any proper answer only a rep trying to sale hosting
