I've purchased the Wood Store - The Multipurpose Responsive Shopify Theme with express installation and I'm dissapointed. The design of the template is good but in term of functionality is a nightmare. The installation service wasn't satisfying as well. It's been a week after I paid for the express installation and the template is still not working properly. I've purchased templates from different sources before and it never was so bad.
The technical support is responding to the most of my tickets in this way:
"Your all query's solutions are in our theme documentation please unzip our theme package and see the documentation folder then refer the following file
Theme_configuration. Html"
Examples of what's working badly:
1. After placing my logo, the logo is overlaying the top menu: https://snipboard.io/N7frHc.jpg
2. I had to install free apps myself despite I've paid for the installation.
3. After installing the free recommendes app positioning of icons got broken https://snipboard.io/Mvk2Eb.jpg
My biggest issue is with this that the template is not flexible. Whatever I've requested form the technical support they hardcoded it, what will unable any further change in the future.
I have questions and they always have them for me or make sure someone contacts me to with the answerQQ
