If you need "take away" template it is great place to go. There is a huge collection of templates and they are updates even after purchase is done.
I purchased a template from Template Monster and now I'm in a legal battle with Masterfile over a image that was sold in the template. Masterfile provided proof of ownership. Since 9/28/15 I have left voice messages, had numerous chat messages with TemplateMonster. Always received the same reply "Escalating to a manager, and a manager will contact me via email or call me back in 2 hours" I have yet to hear from a manager. When you call for TemplateMonsters Copyright/Legal department you are told to call back in 2 hours. When you call back, you receive this message "The person at extension 142 is not available" then the call terminates. Received an email from Ivy Michaelson (TemplateMonster Copyright/Legal Department) claiming they were in negotiations with Masterfile which was a LIE. No one from Masterfile has had any contact with TemplateMonster. I had to pay Masterfile a HUGE sum due to copyright infringement. This is a very condensed version of the nightmare TemplateMonster has put me in.
Just to add to my previous post... it is now December 14,2015 and still no word from TemplateMonster. TemplateMonster have deleted almost all my support tickets and refuse to respond.
Update February 22,2016: Now when I call and refer to a support ticket I am put on hold then the call is disconnected. If I enter a Support Ticket number in the chat window... no one will respond. I even tested it by not entering a ticket number and someone immediately started to chat with me until I referred to a support ticket. Chat would end. They are leaving me with no other choice then get a lawyer involved.
