Great customer service. I buy all of my Wordpress Themes from them. The best part is that if you have any questions and you do on online chat with them they can usually help you out. And they go the extra mile with you questions.
I spoke with Sandy today over chat, as I had some questions about what theme would work best with my needs. I own 13 properties, and need a fresh look for my site. She made some great suggestions on themes, as well as hosting and domain registration. I feel confident using TemplateMoster, as I know they have great support! Thanks Sandy!
Today I had a chance to chat with the pros at templatemonster.com. I really have a great experience. The Rep was very informative and provided me with a ton of information. They gave me a bunch of templates that were exactly what I was look for. I have used them before and will use them again.
SCAM. BEWARE. This is an incredibly slow, incompetent service, it took ten days and 59 emails to install 60% of the template, not a whole template. They don't care about you, they don't answer questions, responses come in 5-7 hours or more, especially avoid Tyler Lyndale - etalon of incompetence.

My mistake was to try to do the template installation myself. Just installing it in Wordpress is quite easy, but getting it to look exactly like in the demo was another story. After receiving an e-mail with the option to have the installation done by TemplateMonster for just a small fee, I decided to do so. Within one hour after my payment, the installation was done and the template looked exactly the same as in the demo. It was Sunday afternoon. Incredible!
Next template I buy from TemplateMonster will include the installation.
I always loved to work with templatemonster templates and their support.
This is the best way to communicate with customers.
That's why i recommended in at least last 7 years to all my friends and customers.
The different approach with tech / sales / themes support is the best idea. And it works.

Lesson learned is dont think you know all, the level of service and feed back was amazing to the degree were my issue was escalated to ryan dewitt who setup everything that was needed not what I thought should be there.

I wanted a website with code that I could work on myself, not a drag and drop. Some of those are ok, but often they have no ability to back up your hard work. I found that out before I got too deep. So I kept Googling and finally found template monster and looked through several templates until at last I found one that was exactly what I had been wanting! I couldn't believe it.
