I am a web developer (www.nbw.gr) and have been using TemplateMonster for several years now. I have always been satisfied with the quality and support provided. I mostly buy "website templates" as opposed to CMS templates, which I then adapt to work with our in-house developed CMS, and have always found that their templates are easy to work with, straightforward and very flexible. Two years ago I started working with Prestashop for e-commerce and after a negative experience with another company, have purchased all my Prestashop themes from Templatemonster. Again, professional design, components which actually work and easy to understand documentation for template installation. Same with the occasional Wordpress theme I have bought. All in all, for clients who want a ready made template as opposed to a custom designed one, I have basically stopped looking anywhere else.
In a lengthy chat conversation today with Jace... ALL my questions were answered. The outstanding courtesy and professionalism I was shown was refreshing! It is without hesitation I can recommend TemplateMonster... and Jace in particular! Thanks for you effort above and beyond the call of duty!
Before I bought my template, I was assured all problems encountered would be corrected by templatemonster. After I paid, I was told not to contact tamplatemonster for any corrections. There is no template that works. They are just designs but nothing works. The compare button doesn't work. The quantity button doesn't work. The payment check out does not work. It is a total crap company.
Was considering one of their superb templates. But reviews online are awful, chat support was not very useful (other than "buy hosting too").

I spent 3 separate chat sessions asking questions. I had a few personal interruptions that accounted for disconnecting and reconnecting. Carlos was extremely patient and answered my questions. He guided me to the template I needed and took the time to address questions about possible add on services. As soon as my site is up and running, I am sure I will be back for another template and some additional services.
I am not one to leave bad reviews. I am a business owner and understand they can hurt. I was completely lied to by the sales rep. I was told many lies to buy. The website was built by someone who didn't understand english very well. As you can imagine it turned out TERRIBLY. I asked to fix and could not communicate due to language barrier. The seo I bought on top was not even started 3 weeks in so I said to cancel. I had to hire someone to clean up their mess. It was a disaster!
I have purchased a template few months ago, and i kept chasing them for a refund since because their template is not working. They refuse to give me that refund, claiming that I have reached the delay of the refunding days, while they kept avoiding it. This website needs a serious police control, they take your money and refuse to give it back!

Such hosting plan is based on regular Linux servers that fully support Wordpress, disregarding plugins or specifics of template design. I purchased a theme here and while I feel the site was loaded with a couple problems, customer and tech support has more than made up for the theme itself. Each individual I have dealt with has been friendly, professional and gets to the issue 'quickly' until resolution.
Jace quite quickly gave us answers to all our questions. But after that spent a few times more time trying to provide more help than we ever asked for, I don't know why... maybe some kind of a provision system I suspect? I had to try and end the conversation for quite some time.
I'm stunned of some reviews here, I basically have had no problems with orders or templates I have bought from TemplateMonster. I have installed the wordpress templates by myself from the scratch and it's been very easy and the templates are good.
I have had like maybe one problem with some template, it didn't quite work with the new wordpress version since it was created for the previous version. I contacted TemplateMonster and they fixed it almost immediately so the service is really fast and professional. Which I honestly didn't think is even going to happen with such low prices. So I really think I have got a really good value for my money - and therefore I can highly recommend TemplateMonster if you need good web templates.

I have used Template Monster for over 10 sites now. The customer support is awesome, they go beyond what any other support offers. I feel bad I have used the support so much, but I am also learning to customize the templates with their help.
