I chose TM after much research of available providers. Now that I have worked with the staff, I realize that I made the right decision. They are helpful, timely and the services are more than reasonable priced. My site is not yet fully operational, but you would be impressed. I am sure that I am not the exception.
I was assisted by Caroline, who helped me select a theme that I could easily customize, rather than the HTML template that I had previously chosen. The Wordpress template I have now purchased is almost exact to the one I looked at previously, as well as being the same price. Overall, very satisfied with her help and the guidance she gave me this afternoon! She was very patient and very quick to reply with answers to my needs. She also asked lots of questions about what I was using the website template for, to ensure my satisfaction and that my requests were met.
Simon really helped point me in the right direction. I was about to buy a template that would have been much more difficult to work with. Simon answered all my questions and helped me find a template that worked for my business as well as my skill level and computer literacy... He saved me a lot of time and money!
Template Monster provides the best support I have experienced. All the support staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Vicki, in particular, is excellent and goes the extra mile when trying to help.

So I was looking for a template this morning. I've been dealing with an e-commerce issue with Virtuemart so I decided to go in a different e-commerce direction. Luigi stayed with me providing his opinion of different templates based on our current site. We settled on a woo-commerce themed template and I'm excited about this. My first woo-commerce and I'm anxious to see how this goes. It was great for Luigi to give me this type of added customer service. It just shows the quality that TM provided to their customers.
The first chat I had to discuss about a template I had in mind was with Becky who was really great in answering my questions even before I've actually made a purchase. Would certainly go with them for my web templates as it only shows the overall support which I could receive post-purchase
I have never experienced this level of support and customer service. The only one that is the same is BlueHost. These people take their time, work with you and find solutions. I have been working with them now for over a year and the support is NEVER different. How they inspire these people to all be so gracious and work so hard to help you reach a solution to a problem or find what you need should be packaged and sold! Many companies could learn from how this company handles customer support!
I purchased the package that includes the theme, development and installation to upgrade my current website. Apparently, the project team does not work US hours. The back and forth email and things being lost in translation was unbearable. I had to finish the content and I ask template to publish the site. Well they published it maintenance mode and my old website and the new website went down. This impacted my business as the website was down for almost 24 hours. I tried to reach template monster customer service. What Customer service?, the voicemail is full and no one picks up. The worst company - I have lost almost $600 and I still don't have a new website. I will be reaching out to some consumer agency to report this fraud of a company.
I recently purchased a template from Template Monster (ELBRUS) and to be fair to them, the template seemed really well designed. After I purchased the template, however, these people completely disappeared on me!
I tried to change a very simple thing and after raising 7 (!) tickets with their supposedly 24/7 help desk, I got some very rude responses and my problem was not fixed. To this moment, I still cannot make my wordpress website look like the one I purchased.
When I contacted Template Monster about this they told me that this template is provide by a third party who just lists some templates with them, and so there is nothing they can do about it.
I often think people who give 1 star ratings are just nasty, but their service was just so disgraceful, there is no more appropriate grade to give.
At the moment I am trying to get a refund from paypal, as the service I got certainly is not the service they advertised, or the service I paid for.
I was planning to buy a WP template for a non profit. My promo code expired by the time i got approval for purchase from the NPO. But pre sales chat helped me get the promo price again without any hassle. Very knowledgeable and understanding folks on pre sales. Appreciate it.
I searched for a theme for our site http://www.kalitelibeslenme.com/ about health, nutrition, weight loss, fitness and body building. I finally liked one of the demo shows. They answered all the questions that came to mind in a gentle way. I have not bought it yet but I think to buy it.
I chatted with Shane in regards with obtaining some information for my Website. Shane was very helpful and clear about all information that I requested. With all her assistance I don't have any ambiguity about what kind of product to purchase from TemplateMonster.
