Tellwut is my favorite website for taking surveys. Their superb customer service makes Tellwut very unique. They always read your questions and concerns, never send you non-sense responses as all other similar companies. Redemption process is quick and easy, gift cards options are great. I love that we can leave comments under members surveys and communicate with other members this way.
I finish surveys with tellwut and I do not get rewarded. When I spent twenty, thirty minutes completing a survey it notes, "Unfortunately you do not qualify for this survey." Customer service is unresponsive as they blocked me on its official twitter page. Many of the people giving tellwut a good review are employees and are not real customers.
I ran across Tellwut by accident really while scrolling through a Freebie Site. It's the best thing I've done. I feel like part of a family in a way. I tried a couple of others, they require you to do tiers or something, to much for me. Tellwut is not only fun and profitable and easy, but educational as well. I love Tellwut, come be a part of the Family.
I have completed several surveys only to be linked back to their site saying I do not qualify and no response from Tellwut when contacted in regards to these issues. You will get many emails linking you to surveys that are no longer available. A total waste of your time and the rewards are not that great!
I read all the great reviews so I decided to check it out. I could use some extra income so I thought it would be worth a shot. I spent about 5 hours taking survey after survey and only made a couple hundred points. You need 10,000 to get a $25 gift card. I just felt like it was going to take me forever to get those points. A lot of the surveys I took either didn't give me the points or kicked me back because I didn't qualify to answer. I spent over a half hour on one, it said I completed it, but my points never went up. I felt like it was a waste of time and left. At the rate I was going it would take me several months to get enough points. Oh well. Glad everyone else seems to like it. Good luck to them!
Hi Susan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The majority of our members who participate everyday can earn a gift card within 2 to 3 weeks.
It sounds like what you’re referring to are external surveys – Tellwut does not control or create these surveys, however if there a is a problem with them we want to help you and give you the points that you deserve.
If a survey does not give you points, we encourage our members to let us know by emailing us at support@tellwut.com and referencing the survey ID so that we can look into the matter.
We have lots of easy ways to earn points on Tellwut, including many instant qualifying surveys. We have outlined the methods below:
Have you checked out the area of our site where you can instantly qualify for surveys? You can find them in the 'Most Recent' section (everyone qualifies)
- We have our weekly 50 point newsletter sent out over the weekend (everyone qualifies)
- We have monthly promotional giveaways of gift cards, and higher point value surveys. (everyone qualifies)
- We have various giveaways and extra point earning opportunities on our social media pages – on Twitter we have $5 Amazon gift card give away, on Facebook we have a 500 point give away, and a 25 point weekly survey. (everyone qualifies for the 25 points)
- Lastly, every time you participate in an external survey (these surveys are higher in point value) from the Available Surveys page or e-mail, you are entered into a 4000 point weekly give away.
Users can anonymously create bias and/or misinformed survey content, and when its criticized, the one criticizing the content gets censored. I have commented in the past that anonymous creators are cowards. They create false information, create division and drama on the site and hide who they are. I was censored and my comment was removed. But I have seen one sided bias from the company. I have seen racist remarks thrown between users that remained on the side, insults exchanged between users in the past which was not addressed. Many of the long time users like myself have been fed up with the changes to this new PC policy and the horrible changes they made on the site that were not seen as user friendly. They pay users cheaply and it's not worth jeopardizing my free speech for a big tech company putting me in timeout like a child after being a loyal user for almost 10 years. Tellwut used to be GREAT and users got along well on the site. It's a circus now.
This is by far the biggest rip off of all these sites. You will spend over 20mins taking a survey then don't receive your promised reward. I did 3 surveys and didn't receive any rewards. I tried contacting support and they won't respond. If you sign up after reading this review you deserve what you get... which will be nothing but wasted time.
This site is the best I've seen. I have been a member for over a year and have learned many things and meet many people. I love interacting with people from all over. Love sharing my opinions with others. Oh ya the extra I make every month ($20-$30) is a nice bonus. In months I need more I just do more surveys.
Thanks Tellwut
Thanks for letting everyone know how much you can earn on Tellwut, Steve!
I have beem a member of Tellwut for years and very happy with them. There is always plenty of surveys to do, you can also create your own surveys and do other members surveys as well and earn points. Surveys range from 1 point up to 1000 points. You can cash out at 4200 points or save them. You have lots of gift cards to choose from. Gift cards take time to get 4 - 6 weeks but they do come never had a problem. If you are looking to make a little extra then check them out.
I love Tellwut, because it has lots of fun surveys. I've made about $150 so far. Full disclosure: a lot of surveys are created by Tellwut members, which means they may have errors, typos, be political, religious or sensitive and controversial. You can also leave comments after the daily surveys. You can also recieve high-paying surveys via email. Great site, but if you interact, have an open mind and thick skin.
Tellwut is a total scam! Two days 4 hours a day did alot of surveys racked up 4,800 points and then did the next survey instead of cashing in for 10.00 amazon card lets go for the 25.00 10,000 point card. Then presto my points disappeared down to 1,250! Wow magic and total waste of time! I am 57 years old and am not going to be scamed by this place because they do keep track and show surveys you accomplished and from what i have been reading i am not the first fool!
They haven't deserved even one point! SCAM. They will never send you any cards. They promiss 50 points for 20 minutes survey. 50 points = 12 cents. Who in the world would take it. And even those crums they keep to themselves. What a greedy nonentity. Stay away.
Best of the best Tellwut is definitely best surveys i did at all the most enjoyable site of its kind.
Customer service is excellent.
Easy to collect points.
This is a really easy way to make a little extra money.
I was very unfortunately to be contacted by someone called Judy Morson and they sent me a check to do a review. Did the review sent the money and guess what. Yup, scam. Check bounced and they got my money.
Like many people, I get excited at the possibility of earning money by doing practically nothing. Well, there's a reason people have jobs - because money doesn't come from nothing. tellwut.com is another one of the many Internet money-making scams. I put in over an hour of my time every day collecting points thinking I was getting something great. When it came time to cash in my points for a $10 Amazon gift card, they cancelled my order and suspended my account. Turns out, this isn't uncommon. Many other people have had the same happen to them. Unfortunately, I read the reviews too late and wasted many hours of my time. Don't make my mistake. The Internet isn't the place to make money.
Hi Jade,
Did you e-mail support@tellwut.com to inquire about your account status and order?
One of the best survey sites to be on. There is many ways to earn points on here: Weekly member contest drawings, news letter points, daily survey points, external surveys to earn more points at your own leisure, tweet & share, and you can also partake in writing your own surveys to accumulate points. Emails are answered very quickly when you have a question, and e-cards come within 3 to 4 days. This is my favorite survey site to be on. Thanks for everything Tellwut!
Hi Melinda,
Thank you for being a member of our community. We appreciate the time you took to write us this review of our service.
I have been a member of Tellwut since 02/2013
They have grown so very much, absolutely the best in customer service, rewards are excellent!
Surveys are plentiful, I recommend logging in throughout the day as new surveys are frequent.
Rewards are fabulous, PayPal,, Amazon, WalMart, and so many more!
I just redeemed my points for $400.00 in PayPal funds, I received the direct link to my PayPal account within 2 hours of submitting my payout request.
Do not let negative reviews regarding age and repetitive questions influence you!
I am 68 years old and qualify for so many surveys, I am absolutely thrilled!
Customer service is outstanding, I have completed a few surveys to be screened out after 15 minutes, I contacted customer service and explained what happened, it is easy after the survey ends there is a link if you had any problems. Please always be nice to customer service, they are super nice!

Hi Gloria, we are very appreciative that you took the time to write us this lovely detailed review of your experience with Tellwut. You are a valued member of our community.
I only gave this site a poor review because it can take up to 4 to 5 times answering the same basic questions of Gender, Age, Postal Code, Schooling before it actually gets to a survey and 90% of the time it's not the survey with the offer they sent you in the email that would only take 10 minutes or it's worth 500 points but winds up only being 5 or 10 points
Yes you can get rewards but it will take a lot longer if you are over 55, single, retired or self employed and don't have a university education...
Its difficult to qualify for the external surveys but when you do qualify-- they do pay put. Unlike many other sites-- if you encounter a problem with a survey-- they give you the credit and they try to help. They have quick turn around time for their rewards. I usually get a $15 Amazon card every 3 weeks. I put in 5 to 20 minutes a day. You also get o submit your own questions and get rewarded for them too.
Thanks for sharing your experience, Marlo.
I have been with the Tellwut survey community for a few years. This company is operates out of Canada. There's two ways with Tellwut to earn rewards- And that's through taking both internal and external surveys within the site. I normally take mostly the internal surveys that are written by the Tellwut community members. No, they don't pay a lot- But you can make about 10.00 in earnings every month or month and a half just by doing the internal surveys. The reason I like doing these short internal surveys is because they are not time consuming, and it let's you got more acquainted with the Tellwut community.
Tellwut is considered not only as a survey site, but also a social media sight. A place were you can earn some points, and also make new friends- If you like.
There's several ways to cash out with the Tellwut earnings that you acquire. With 4,000 points you can cash out with a 10.00 Amazon ecard. Tellwut has also just recently added Paypal into their cash out options, but they also have several other options as well... Off hand I can't remember all the other options, but I know they offer Home depot as another to cash out points earned.
I totally recommend this company to anyone who needs to make a little extra money. Provided that you like taking surveys.
Answer: With 4,000 points you can cash out with a Amazon ecard in the amount of $10.00.

Answer: If this problem occurs message Tellwut immediately. Provide the survey number, and as much information about the survey that this problem occurred with. They normally will make it right, and have given me my points. This is why I usually only do Tellwut internal community short surveys. I never have this kinda problem when that's all I stick with doing on their survey site.
Answer: Please email support@tellwut.com
