Placed my order 12/19/14... 3 T's and a poster. Should have known better. Ordered before in November '13 with a guaranteed Christmas delivery. Order arrived after. Latest wasn't to be a Christmas gift so the 30 day delivery turn around didn't bother me so much. Well, here it is 5/29/15 and all I've received to date is the poster, and very little else as far as communication. Tickets opened and closed without explanation. Latest from them telling me my order was in the "cancelled" pile and I should have gotten a refund. My reply came back as undeliverable, and now their help link is disabled.

Ordered a size 2x t-shirt for my wife, who is a woman's size 10-12. Shirt arrived yesterday and it's so small it would not fit my 10-year-old child. Save your money and take your business elsewhere - unless you're the size of a Barbie doll.

We ordered a lady's small for our grandson but it seems ladies are really small and our grandson, at 10, is very big. We wrote them and asked if we could return it for the larger size. They responded that we could exchange it no problem. We asked where to send the small one and they told us just to keep it and the new one was on the way. How great is that at a time when a lot of customer service is just a screen to block you from getting anywhere. Love this company!

Ordered the wrong size and requested an exchange. I was so worried what the price for shipping and handling would be to return it, but they sent me another shirt that was the correct size that I needed and told me I could keep the original one! I thought that was so amazing because it is rare for a company to do that AND not charge you for the exchange. This shirt is for a birthday gift so I wanted to ensure it was the correct size so it can be worn confidently. I will definitely be telling everyone about TeePublic! I can't wait to continue shopping here for more designs! I highly recommend to everyone!

I've used this website before and never had an issue with stickers and some shirts I've ordered. This one time I was trying to find a design for an anime that no other retailer had. So I bought my son a sweater and long story short it was a size to small... I was having some trouble trying to go thru the exchange process so I reached out an emailed Tee Public. Within 30mins they contacted me back and processed the new size that I needed for me without me needing to do anything else. My son is gonna be so happy and for me with work and being a single dad this is amazing. Again thanks for the folks that helped me with this thank you so so much would recommend to everyone.

The shirts I chose were perfect for what I was looking for. They were exactly what I expected them to look like, but I made a mistake when ordering and chose the wrong size. I sent in a request for an exchange. Before the customer service agent got even emailed me back, they had the correct size shipped my way. They told me to keep, donate or pass along the shirts that weren't what I needed. I had fully expected to ship the shirts back and pay for shipping. All they asked was to give an honest review of my experience. They were kind and went above and beyond for me. I could not appreciate it more.

So I ordered 4 shirts. One was a baseball t-shirt in small. Well, it didn't fit as expected, it fit quite snug, so I put in for an exchange to get a medium. All I can say is the whole process of the exchange was so quick, easy, and impressive. They responded very quickly to my email and even said to keep the shirt. I haven't given it away yet but I have a few people in mind. :) Anyways, I have my medium shirt coming to me already and at no cost! Thank you so much for the awesome service and for the cool shirts that you sell. I wear these to the gym alot and people are always looking at what logos and pictures I have on my shirts this time, lol. Thanks again!

Tshirt quality is good and not see through. The prints are vibrant and looks sturdy. I made a mistake with the sizing and when i requested an exchange, they immediately sent the correct ones and urged us to keep the prior shirts. The correct sizes arrived today, and as for the others, we will share it with his friends They'll look cute in pairs hehe.

I ordered tee that was size large, and unfortunately when it arrived it was just a little too big for me. I inquired about a size exchange and assumed they would've had me pay return shipping cost and all that... but they told me that they sent out the new shirt and told me to keep the old one! Some of the best customer service I've ever had.

This is horrible! I am trying to return and it will only let me exchange! The size chart is WAY off! I'm stuck with a tshirt that doesn't come close to fitting. Also, IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human! Horrible customer service!

Teechip is not a legit company! I have ordered from a company called Good vibes that is associated with teechip. I have yet to receive my order and they refuse to reimburse me my full amount. I have contacted the better business bureau regarding this company. Do not order anything that is related to this company. Apparently they changed their name but the address is the same. I gave it a 1-star only because they have reimbursed me 50% of my order. However, I am requesting a 100% reimbursement which they refused to give. And again, I have yet to receive my order and they will not cancel it.

So... we have ordered from TeePublic on many ocassions, but this last order in January 2022, we had our first problem ever. When we got our shirts, ourdaughter tried them on, and was so excited that they fit. Then we washed them per the instructions on the shirt label. After coming out of the dreyer, they had shrunk about 3 inches. Well, you can imagine what happened next... tears.
We sent a message with photo of what they looked like to TeePublic on Sunday and by Monday morning, we had a response. TeePublic said they were REPLACING ALL of the shirts and told us to re-use or give away the shirts that were bad. Needless to say, our daughter is absolutely crazy that she'll get new ones that fit.
We'll be donating the shrunken ones to the local thrift store that helps the homeless and disadvantaged around the Charlotte area. There has to be someone who can use them.

TeePublic ACED their customer service! Can't wait to buy from them again.

I had ordered a large pegasus t-shirt for a friend of mine for Christmas. When the shirt was delivered, in less than a week the shirt was the size I ordered but the shirt seemed to run smaller and it wouldn't fit my friend. I emailed the company and requested if I could exchanged the shirt fir an extra large. Ryan responded very quickly and apologized for the issue. He then informed me that he ordered a replacement in an XL and that it would be sent out quickly. I emailed him back asking how i should return the large shirt. I was told to keep it and donate it or use it but not to bother returning it. I was totally shocked. Then to top of his thus company works, I just received the replacement shirt in less than 10 days. They are remarkable. I will order thru them again when i need another shirt. Thank you everyone. I love your t shirts and especially your people. Give a very prosperous and healthy 2021. You are the best

I am thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service I have received from TeePublic. I found some great shirt designs for a gift for someone; it was my first time exploring the site. I ordered the shirts and when I received them, there was a problem with one of them. I sent a message with a description of the issue and I received a response within one day... and that response was everything that I hoped for but more than I was expecting. I was assured that the shirt would be replaced at no cost with expedited shipping to ensure getting the correct item by Christmas. I received it today, which is certainly in time for our needs. The service I received was not only very professional but was very friendly and empathetic. And, there was follow-up communication to check on the process... Again, great experience... we will be looking to continue support TeePublic and its artists!
