I received a tracking notice that my masks were delivered on June 29th. Today is July 13th and nothing has been received. My CC was charged immediately - not when the order was filled. Now I get emails each week telling me that they are going to reply to my email concern. Would I recommend or buy from this organization again? Would you?
I do not like my shirts I ordered I could have ironed that on myself. It looks sloppy it does not look like the picture. And upon receiving it the shirt smells horrible. Also it took sooo long to receive. Very expensive for this trash. Very unhappy will not order from here again
The onsie I ordered had a decal that looked like the press was not hot enough to make a proper transfer. The lettering is sketchy. Planned this for a baby gift but the quality too poor to use. Shockingly, even after I submitted photos, I was denied a refund. Take your business elsewhere!
Ordered a T shirt for my brother's birthday. I had ordered the shirt in dark gray. Not reviewing the order closely, I dis not notice the lettering wood also be in gray. When I received my order, I was extremely disappointed as you could not read any of the lettering. As soon as I contacted TeePublic I started receiving responses to my multiple question and continued confusion in ordering (on a weekend mind you including Sunday). The shirt I need is on it's way correctly designed the way I intended it to be.

I am an artist and I am selling my stuff on several different platforms. A few months ago I decided to try TeePublic. I uploaded more than 100 high-quality, original designs. A few weeks ago, my account was closed without ANY explanation. I tried to contact them, but they just ignore me. Due to my experience, I can guarantee that there is nothing wrong with my designs. I spent hours of my time uploading to be removed without explanation. Also, I wonder what will happen to my uploaded designs and my earnings now that I am no longer a member and cannot contact them. AVOID!
First, I have to limit myself to 2 heavyweight design T-shirts per month and I have a long list of designs I want to get to. These are great quality and I really care for them (no heat; just cold water and hang dry).
Next, I tried the original T-shirt weight and it just wasn't for me. I pled my case to a service rep, even offering to split the difference on the heavyweight replacements, but TeePublic just asked that I pay the upcharge, $1 for each T-shirt. That was really above and beyond; it was a prompt response; and I didn't feel punished for my purchase that was otherwise fine (I just like the heavier material).
It'll be my pleasure to continue treating myself there. It's a great site with great artists.
I have purchased tee shirts from TeePublic several times, all have been shipped promptly, were of good quality, and communication was excellent.
I recently received two shirts I had ordered. One shirt was too small because I miscalculated my recent weight loss to a smaller size (but my shoulders are the same size, duh) The other shirt I ordered was one size even smaller - I made a mistake I believe because I was ill when I placed the order. I was disappointed when the tee shirts didn't fit although it was my fault. I reached out to TeePublic and requested replacements; I did not expect any luck. To my surprise, TeePublic sent me a note and said they are replacing the shirts! I was shocked. This has to be one of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced! I highly recommend TeePublic for anyone looking to purchase some high quality tee shirts with very neat and creative designs and unsurpassed customer service.
I ordered the premium quality T-shirt for youths. Size guide not completely accurate hence ordering the wrong size. After contacting Teepublic, I got an email saying they will send us the right T-shirt free of charge, great customer service.

I ordered a shirt Nov 8,2017, paid $7.99 extra for expedited shipping and it is now Nov 20th and no one will answer the phone there or answer my emails. Terrible customer service! It was coming from Florida to NY and still not here. The last tracking place it showed was Stow, Ohio on Nov 13th! I guess I was robbed of $30.00 from TeePublic. Way to retain customers! This was a gift for someone who was going to wear it in 5 days from now. Guess that isn't going to happen. Very upsetting. When I called and got a lady today in their customer service, she was rude and nasty like I am lying about it!
They have so many great different and fun t- shirts on this site. It was easy to find some fun shirts and figure out sizes.
I did have one shirt that was too small and they sent me a new one with no questions asked.
I highly recommend them for shirts you aren't going to find in stores.
I ordered some tees as a gift for my boyfriend. When we received them, they were too small. I was pretty bummed, because I know they're custom-printed shirts, so I thought I was SOL. However, I checked their exchange policy and contacted customer service, and they're sending me replacements shirts in a larger size! They were very courteous.
I recently purchased a hoodie from TeePublic but didn't stop looking after my purchase and ended wanting 2 more T-shirts that same day. I was then contacted to say it was to late to send them in 1 shipment as the first order was already on it's way so they refunded the shipment for the 2nd order will definitely buy again.
The problem of such websites are the uploaded graphics and therefore the quality of them you cannot check beforehand.
I ordered a shirt, the process was smooth but the quality of the picture itself is so bad that you can see the pixels.
Another point is that there are a lot of copyright issues. For example Disney graphics.
There should be a quality check before you can earn money with 'your' designs.
I had ordered a T-shirt for my uncle for Christmas. After I realized I had ordered the wrong size. On their website it says you can edit na order within 2 hours but it had already been overnight and into the next day! So I emailed them and asked if I could change the size. They got back to me within the hour! And happily changed the size for me! They were very friendly, accommodating and as a courtesy didn't charge me for the upgrade. Thank you so much! The T-shirt I ordered was too small and I requested an exchange for a larger size. They not only sent me the larger size I requested but allowed me to keep the smaller one too as a donation. I purchased several t-shirts as Christmas presents. The print on one of the shirt was faint and the shirt was not a bright white as it should have been. Customer service was incredibly prompt and efficient. I thought I would have issue as I live overseas but all was handled extremely well and effortlessly on my part.
I purchased 3 shirts, 1 woman's large and 2 Men's larges. The sizing of one of then Men's t shirts was smaller than the other. Less than 24 hours after my initial email, I received a response email and then an email confirming a new shirt was being shipped for free.
We ordered three T's and seven multi-ply masks. The masks are fun and very functional. Two of the T's were ordered as Female Medium (based on TeePublic's sizing instructions) but that size ran much too small. The exchange (for two Female XL's) was seamless. Each email that we received in response to our request to exchange was upbeat and very polite and supportive. The T's were replaced at no charge. We offered to pay the $10+ shipping & tax (thinking it would help with supporting the artists), but our offer was politely declined. That level of positive person-to-person interaction, whether it be for customer service or for what used to be civil discourse, is so sadly lacking everywhere these days. But the people with whom we interacted at TeePublic could restore one's hope that "we're in this together" and that the idea of loving one another ARE STILL POSSIBLE.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
