Order took weeks before it was shipped. It took 8 days for them to respond to my order status request and then the response was basically things are delayed and they don't know when things will ship. This would not be a problem if they didn't tell you that the items ship in 48 hours and that they answer questions and concerns in one business day. I don't think that they know what they are doing. When my order finally shipped to me it only had 2 of the 3 items in the order. Their email to me said that my entire order was in one shipment and then it said that it had arrived. There was only 2 items in the shipment and the packing slip shows 2 items but I ordered and paid for 3 items. All contact from Teepublic has shown 3 items. I've been trying to get a response or something from them for 3 days and nothing but advertising emails. Save yourself the trouble and use any other company to do business with.
I returned to TeePublic to buy a gift for my 12 year old grandson. In fact, this was the 5th t-shirt I have ordered from TeePublic and I have always been impressed with the variety and quality of design, the pricing and the speedy shipping. After confusion with the sizing, I ended up with the wrong size and set about trying to exchange it for the correct size. My enquiry was addressed overnight with specific instructions. Within 3 days on my enquiry, I was assured that a replacement was on its way and amazingly, I wasn't required to return the wrong t-shirt. I am delighted to pass it on to a nearby charity and am super impressed with the courtesy and generosity shown by TeePublic - their customer service has been exemplary! It's so rewarding to do business with an online store that has great values and integrity!

The shirt is see thru. The design is junk even though in a picture it looks clear. The scoop neck is huge and will fall off my daughter. This looks like it was made by a blind person doing knock off concert shirts.

It is uplifting to find a company that really cares about their customers. Not only their customers but others as well. I needed to return for a larger size Luke Bryan tee. They provide a sizing chart but I did not pay attention just ordered the size I thought I needed. Without hesitation TeePublic addressed my issues and got me the size I needed, without any cost to me. Told me to donate the tee I ordered that was too small. I did. I donated it to Doniphan Current River Sheltered Workshop online auction with proceeds going to help employees pay for their lunches. It took less than 24 hrs for them to make me a happy customer. Everybody won in this situation. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I ordered a couple of sweatshirts from TeePublic and when I received them they were a little too small for me. I contacted the Customer Service Department and they took care of the issue immediately and without hesitation. The quality of their products is very good and their friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Department is even better. I will definitely order from them again and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I got the Star Trek/Ancient Egypt shirt in a Woman's size XXL. Was too small. Very disappointed. I contacted them and told them their size was too small. We emailed back and forth and they kindly agreed to send me a new shirt in Men's XXL! (I had given the small shirt to my daughter). Very pleased with how my situation was handled. Gonna buy more from them for sure!

When I first ordered two t-shirts, I accidentally ordered 3. I noticed about an hour later, and contacted customer service right away, and they wrote back RIGHT AWAY, revised my order as I wanted it, and gave me a new order number. The t-shirt arrived, and I love the quality of the material, but I found that although I ordered a size bigger than I usually take, the t-shirts were tighter than I like. So, I wrote to customer service again, and the responded immediately and said they were already processing a larger size for me... AND to keep the t-shirts they sent and donate them to the organization. I'm quite pleased with every aspect... just know that their sized run a bit small. So, order up! Thank you TeePublic!

I've ordered from TeePublic twice now. The first order came as described. On my second order (3 shirts), two were wrong (one was a printing error and one was the wrong material). I contacted customer service and they had replacements on the way within like 6 hours.
Their print quality is good; I'm not sure about durability because I've only washed the shirts a couple of times. Their base t-shirt material is fine; it is not soft. I wouldn't say it's scratchy, but it is definitely not premium. Their "heavyweight" shirts are super soft, but the fit is kind of blocky. Their tri-blend shirts are amazing though!. Like, really, really good. They're cut really well and the material is super soft. I'll buy them again and I'd buy even more if they came in more colors (they're limited to like 6 colors and they're all a heather variant).
I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas. When I received it, there was a hole in one of the sleeves. I emailed the company and sent pictures of the damaged shirt. They responded quickly and shipped another shirt to me. The shirt was delivered to me before Christmas. The customer service team is very efficient. I would definitely order from them again.
I ordered several t-shirts for a friend in Pittsburgh (I live
in Michigan). In 2019 I could not visit, to deliver gifts in person. At the last minute, I found two more cute shirts for my friend. I ordered quickly hoping they would get there in time for Christmas. I got an e-mail stating the package was "undeliverable". When I looked at the details and noticed the computer had auto-filled the wrong state in my friend's address, I had not noticed this when I ordered. When I communicated with the customer service rep. They fixed the address, and speedily shipped the shirts to my friend. They were the hit of her workplace, advocating Social Distancing by the Grinch. She works at a Children's hospital lab and worked on Christmas Day, it made their day. THANKS!
I ordered several Christmas t-shirts for family this Christmas. I had a few small issues with color. I contacted customer service through email, and they were super quick with their responses, as well as their handling of the issues. I sent pics to them, and they were overly generous in replacing the items I was disappointed in. All this in a period of about 12 hours! Thank you, TeePublic! I'll certainly be back!

Firstly, I would like to say that I am appalled at how you are displaying your sweaters online. The "art" seem much more large online and when I receive the product at my home the lettering and the art work was tiny! The worst part is the white used for the wording was so faint, I could see the black from the sweater underneath. It was so faded the sweater looked as if it went into the washer and dryer more than once. Sweater quality is so so, very thin for the price. Recently placed an order and half an hour later placed another order. My fault, should have checked with the wife before I placed the first order. Customer service refunded the shipping on my second order to save me some $$$. All of this on Thanksgiving day! Great service fantastic seller.
The shirts arrived faster than expected but were tighter than expected. I contacted customer service and within a few hours they responded that they were sending me the next size up. Couldn't ask for anything better! I'll be ordering more shirts from TeePublic for sure.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
