I've been purchasing t-shirts from TeePublic for about 6 years now. It's a great site to find really cool/quirky/unique designs that might be otherwise difficult to come across, with a stellar variety of materials and colors to choose from. The customer service is absolutely top notch, I recently received a sweatshirt that was too small and had a tiny hole in it, the response was exceedingly prompt, and the issue was resolved within the hour, in a kind and courteous manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a comfy cool shirt with a unique design.
I received my tshirt, but it was too snugged. I emailed TeePublic for procedures to do an exchange. I got a reply within an hour asking for the correct size. Not only did they tell me they would ship the correct size, they told me as a courtesy, there was no need to send the original back—they encouraged me to keep, donate, or reuse it. Now that is great customer service!
I ordered this supercool tee for my husband for his birthday from TeePublic. When it arrived, he absolutely loved it! He was saddened when he noticed that there was a small hole on the back and another imperfection, both marked by small arrow stickers pointing to the imperfections. I reached out to customer service and heard back from George within an hour of my email! He apologized profusely, letting me know that this was absolutely their mistake. They offered to send me another tee, or refund me completely, with no need to return the original shirt. Of course I wanted another shirt as we loved it so much - softest material ever and perfect for my husband! He had the fulfillment center take care of it and a new shirt was ordered within the hour with a confirmation email sent to me! I am unbelievably impressed with their customer service! Way to go, TeePublic! :)
I bought a shirt from teepublic a couple of months ago and after washing it I noticed that the print was coming off. I contacted customer service and immediately they replied and explained to me that they would send out a new shirt. They were friendly and quick to address the issue. The customer service team is first rate and with a response time like a few minutes I will absolutely shop with them because I know if my shirt is damaged they will replace it without question. I love the amount of designs they offer and with service like they have you have a real winner here. If you want great funny shirts then teepublic is the only place to shop.
The quality of the products is great. They are very well done. We like everything we bought for Christmas. One shirt didn't fit because I ordered a size too small. TeePublic took care of it no problem with no additional charge for my error. They were super responsive. Great customer service! My family really liked their gifts. You can find really fun and beautiful things from the large number of designers available.
I recently purchased a shirt. When I received it, the size was too big, I notified them. They quickly responded and started the exchange process. What happened next was totally unexpected. I was advised via email, that my exchange was complete. I then questioned in my mind, "how is it completed, if I haven't sent the original shirt back?". I continued reading the email which told me, there was no need to send the original shirt back. They encouraged me to keep, donate or reuse it. WOW! I can honestly say that I've never had an experience like this. I would have no problem sending the original back but I now have the change to donate a unique shirt to someone. I am definitely making future purchases with TeePublic.
I had ordered a hoodie but tracking didn't seem to be working and after a month had gone by, I was worried that it wasn't coming. I emailed the TeePublic customer service team and they responded quickly. They were friendly and efficient and sent me a new hoodie, no questions asked! When my hoodie finally arrived a week later (yay!), I figured it was the new one they had sent out, but when a second hoodie arrived a couple weeks after that, I realised that the issue was that shipping had be significantly delayed, which was no fault of TeePublic. I emailed them to apologise and find out what to do with the extra hoodie and they said no harm done and to keep it, recycle it or donate it. Excellent customer service!
My shirt fit too small and the customer service lady sent me out a larger shirt for free with no questions asked! What a wonderful surprise and gesture. Very impressed! Thank you.
Ordered a shirt and when it came it was a bit larger and a darker colour than I expected, however I still loved the design and material of the shirt. When I messaged them about my issue they responded very quickly and sent me a new shirt in a smaller size and different colour free of charge and didn't even ask me to send the first shirt back! Super friendly and helpful team would definitely shop here again!
Hi TeePublic I have purchased a classic dj hoodie, it's exactly what I wanted and looks like when I ordered it, the product is exceptionally good quality and super good value price, the service and support after the order was made is extremely good quality and very helpful, delivery was very good despite the covid restrictions worldwide on shipping etc, I would highly recommend to anyone in wanting to buy products from this company.
Ordered Tee Shirt which I received very quickly but was wrong size. Contacted company and received replacement within 4 days. Definitely will be ordering more
Love the team over at TeePublic! I ordered a shirt in January that they printed and shipped quickly. UPS and the USPS screwed up the handoff then both denied culpability, blaming each other, even a month later. I contacted TeePublic and Andrei and Szilvia (both awesome!) were able to get the issue resolved.

Provided a shirt fr Norton Commando with a Honda 175 on it instead. When contact they said that is the way it is, so I'm stuck with it.
A Norton Commando is a highly desirable classic motorcycle. A Honda 175 is not a Norton Commando and a laughable mototrcycle akin to a an AMC Gremlin.

I've ordered from Tee Public several times now and have been satisfied with my orders most of the time. My last order didn't quite fit, and they sent replacements out free of charge! I'll just donate the ones that didn't fit. Another thing I love about the site is you can find pretty much anything you want printed on a tee. I've purchased anything from band tees, cat tees, funny tees, etc. Also, the tees are a great price when they run their sales.
I absolutely love my new bitcoin face mask! This is a very high quality product, but more importantly, the customer service I experienced was amazing. I would enthusiastically recommend these folks to anyone. Thank you so much!

I thought I had ordered my shirt in a slate color and when it arrived it was a white shirt. I emailed the company and asked to confirm my order and they confirmed I did order a white shirt. Ian asked if I would like to make an exchange and reorder in another color. I did not feel like I wanted to hassle with the return and I would just keep the white shirt; Guess what? Ian reordered the color I wanted and told me to keep or donate the white shirt. It was my mistake and they corrected it and no extra charge. Thank you TeePublic you now have a new loyal customer, not to mention the shirt quality and the larger sizes are a bonus.
1st time ordering from teepublic. Ordering was easy, price was good. They strongly suggested ordering a size or 2 up when ordering a women's T & it was spot on! I received email updates (order, delivery), suggestions ("is something wrong" & what to do about a return) etc. after my order. I even got my order 2 days early! Loved the message on the outside of the package! Will definitely order thru teepublic again!
Can't say enough about how amazing the service is from this company. The logos and colours are beautiful! I've told anyone who will listen about this site! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
