The stuff that I've ordered has been awesome. Customer service however, has not. Ignoring an issue does not fix it.
I wear lots of t-shirts(the hamburger of fashion) and its boring sometimes (which i don't mind) but i looked around the intertubez for custom graphic t-shirts (i used to make my own in college, print & iron);
Teeppublic has the lowest prices, but they also restored my faith in internet commerce;
From clicking order, to producing the t-shirts with real artists and content creators, to delivery, they did all this, in less than a week(US)!
Teepublic basically does custom made, high quality, high fidelity t-shirts delivered to your door, in about a week in the US, for less than $20 dollars each.

Had an issue with sizing, I reached out and they quickly responded. I've purchased with them prior and will do again. I highly recommend them.
I recently placed an order with this company, TeePublic (by Design ******* a. K. a. Nooch Burger Designs of New York), for 4 items, and 1 item is still missing, and they don't have any phone numbers to contact anyone live. This is horrible customer service, and I am not pleased at all! They need to just send me my missing item, and I won't deal with them anymore. Buyers Beware! I have already submitted multiple complaints with companies such as The Better Business Bureau and PissedConsumer.com, etc. and I will also be contacting my attorney too, if they have not resolved my order issue in a timely manner!
I ordered two tee shirts and when I got the confirmation email I noticed one shirt was the wrong size. It was a Saturday night so I was worried about getting this resolved. I sent an email explaining my mistake and within hours it was fixed! On a weekend! Wonderful communication and customer service! TeePublic is THE place for cool tee shirts!
Ordered a T-shirt and when it arrived (insanely fast shipping BTW) it was more like a child's size then an adult medium. Contacted customer told them about the dilemma and in less the 24hrs I had a tracking number in hand for a replacement shirt that had shipped out already.
Can't say enough good things about TeePublic.

I ordered some shirts that I was hoping to arrive before I went on a vacation. I ordered them early, almost a month in advance and watched the tracking very closely.
It was sent easypost and when the tracking updated that the package had been handed from ups to usps I was hoping to see it that week. A week later with no package and no tracking update I reached out to both ups and usps. Both groups assured me that THE OTHER GROUP had my package and I would see it soon.
Left feeling unconfident I reached out to teepublic who within a few days had ordered a new package shipped to me via FedEx express free of charge. Big props to the support team of teepublic for going above and beyond. I just wanted to know where my shirts were and they said "Oh you'll get your shirts."
And great customer sevice! Been a customer for YEARS, and have bought an embarrassing amout of tees from them. I only needed customer service 2x in all those purchases. One was a printing issue, one was a stocking issue (someone put ladies 3x into the unisex 3x bin)... all were resolved expediently. No need to return the items, they asked that I donate or reuse them! Replacements were sent out IMMEDIATELY and were perfect. They go above and beyond. I love the selection, and the fact that you can upload your own designs. But, there are designs for just about anything you can think of. Pop culture, geeky, hobbies, animals, artistic, etc. There are different types of tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, even miscellaneous items. I will MOST definitely buy from them again (they have great sales!)... I already have 3 saved in my computer! (Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to save my shopping cart long, even when I'm signed in. Also, you cannot retrieve your past orders for some reason.
Going to a convention? Get some shirts! As you can see, my tees have seen some cool things! (I'm the one who is NOT a famous actor, LOL) I DO wish they could expand the color choices for 4x+ unisex men tees.
Let me start by saying I am a longtime customer of TeePublic. I recently bought 3 shirts that were supposed to be "Tri-blend extra soft" for $22 each. While I loved the graphics of the shirts, the fit and feel of the shirts were extremely poor. The shirt was paper thin and the neck was huge. When I reached out to customer service via feedback and customer portal, I got nothing. Extremely unlikely I use this website again, despite the awesome designs.
I was able to find a t-shirt I wanted on TeePublic. They shipped it right out but, unfortunately likely due to a shipper error, it did not arrive as the tracking indicated. TeePublic graciously re-shipped a replacement and it arrived as promised, likely because the second shipper was different. It's so nice to do business with a company that puts "service" back in "customer service"! I will definitely be ordering from TeePublic in the future.
Just received the tee-shirt I ordered as a Gift for my son-in-law.
It brought a big smile to his face... I couldn't of asked for anything more than that.

Price was a little much for 3 simple printed t-shirts but it was my choice to pay it. Shipping was fine. Quality of the actual shirt seems fine too but after one wear and one wash, the white print (on both black t-shirts) is already noticeably peeling. I followed wash and dry directions on the label so obviously it's a problem with their printing process. I do not recommend this company.
So, I bought two shirts and they just showed up. The first one was awesome and looked just like I ordered. Then there's the second one; wrong color, horrible decal, looks nothing like the shirt I ordered. There is a discolored rectangular pattern in the middle of the shirt from where they pressed on the design.

Then when you search how to return, which takes a while to find, it says that it is a special made order just for me, and a return is not possible. It's an XL Caddyshack shirt, not something unique or individual. I have sent a request so we will see. I will update and change my rating if warranted.
I ordered two shirts as a gift, turns out they were a bit snug. When I contacted Teepublic for a exchange, they not only said no problem but to go ahead and keep the original order?! No company has ever told me that! I will absolutely order again!
I ordered a tee shirt for my 88 year old mothers birthday. I have no idea what they were thinking. Sent me a childs shirt even with the wrong logo. Now I will have to sit and wait until they email me back. Well I guess I better spend more money to get my mother a gift for her birthday in time. Not satisfied!

I ordered a shirt on May 29th. On June 15th, I finally decided to file a complaint to get a refund. There was 0 information provided on when I would receive the shirt that I ordered. Additionally, customer service was non-existent. They told me that the shirt that I had ordered 3 weeks ago would ship soon but it never shipped. When I asked TeePublic for a refund on my order they went radio silent. After I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my refund that way, I finally received a response from an actual person from TeePublic apologizing for my experience. This company is either a scam or very poorly operated.
Bought shirt for present. Wore 2 times and ink is coming off. Contacted company no help. Very disappointed. Save your money for better shirt company
It said 3-5 business days for shipping it has now been nearly 3 weeks and no sign of my package and the website will not let me track it, I tried for customer service and there is no number and I have had no responses to my email. Will not shop here again.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
