I ordered a shirt that was labeled as a kids but when I received it, it was actually an adult size. After a week of waiting for a response from customer service, I finally heard back from TeePublic. They didn't ask for the original shirt to be mailed back or even ask questions, they simply put the new, correct shirt in the mail. I was upset at first because I had not heard from anyone but the immediate shipment of my new shirt has made me a little happier. I just wish I could have t in time for Christmas like I had planned. As least I have the original shirt as a placeholder.
Also, the shirt that I did get looks awesome. My kiddo will love it, and now we both have one!
When I ordered 4 t-shirts I guessed the sizes instead of actually measuring and two of the tees were too small. When I asked if it was possible to send the two tees back and get bigger sizes TeePublic automatically sent me new Tees with the bigger size and wrote a lovely email suggesting I keep the small tees and donate them somewhere. This was incredibly generous especially since it was my initial mistake. They were quick to deliver and very reasonable with their prices including postage to a different country. I will be donating the Tees and I thoroughly recommend this company. They made me feel grateful and put a big smile on my face. I wish there were more out there like them. Thank you.

Requested a white Vlone shirt for my son for Christmas. Received the order fast but the shirt is cream yellowish color and the youth medium(12-14) looks like a small(8-10) and the shirt looks cheaply made. Yea I'm disappointed
Ordered a T-shirt well in advance for christmas and TeePublic did everything in time so that i could receive the delivery in time. Unfortunately the 3rd party delivery company/postal company apparently lost the item or it is still on its way, but when inquiring this from TeePublic, they said that they will send another one and by express mail, so that there is a chance for me to receive it before christmas. They did not lose the item, but they understood my position and were doing everything they could. Fantastic attitude! All the way the customer service has been polite, nice and helpful with my order, so that it feels that they really do everything to make suret i would be happy as a customer, despite the unfortunate turn that my first order did not came in time. Very impressive customer service, will order again for sure!
I've ordered several times from TeePublic, and each time I've been very happy. The difference maker came when one particular order went missing, and the customer service team reached out to solve that issue in a flash! I was really impressed with their kind and timely response, and the generosity to send me a brand new order (with expedited shipping for the holidays!) Cheers.
I recently made a purchase and made an error on the size for my son. I alerted customer service and not only did I get an immediate response but I was told to not worry about returning the original item and they would replace it at no charge.
It wasn't what I expected and I was very pleased.
I normally just bite the bullet when it comes to online orders but don't underestimate their ability to resolve your matters

I ordered a tee shirt from TeePublic and it arrived earlier than expected. When I opened to inspect it, there was a small flaw in the screen print, where it was missing some of the print. Normaly, this would have not been an issue if purchased for myself but as a gift I wanted it right. I notified the company of the issue and worried about another being able to get to me by Christmas. They where prompt in reply and offered to send a replacement along with priority shipping to rush it to me. In addition, not only did they offer to replace the item, they told me to keep the first one received to either use, give away or recycle. I have to note i was really impressed by the "recycle" response in being global friendly as well. I am very please with the way they handled my request and will be ordering again in the future. Thank you for being an upstanding company.
During the chaotic times that we are all going through, it is quite an unexpected pleasure to deal with an on-line company that bends over backwards to make certain an order is fulfilled to the customer's complete satisfaction. That is exactly what the company "Tee Public" is all about! It goes without saying that the quality of their products (I've ordered tee shirts and hoodies) are exceptional but when it comes to their staff, whom I've had the pleasure of dealing with, there are not enough accolades to bestow on them. Case in point, I ordered the wrong size in a tee and hoodie for one of my grandchildren for Christmas and when I completed the on-line return form, it indicated that it could take up to 9 hours for someone to reply. However, being the impatient person that I am, I decided to re-order the same two products in the next size up without waiting for a response. Almost immediately after, I received an email from one of their staff members letting me know that they received the form, were going to send the next size up in both items and noted that I did not have to place another order and they were going to refund the 2nd order to my charge card. *Still can't figure out how they knew I had done that!
I would DEFINITELY recommend purchasing from this company not only because of their exceptional products but also because of the over- and-above customer service that goes along with what Tee Public is all about.

No company is perfect, everybody makes mistakes. My recent order of six t-shirts contained three mistakes and they were all meant to be Christmas gifts. Keeping a calm head I contacted customer support and explained my situation. Sandy and James went above and beyond in resolving my issue. I felt seen, heard, and understood. They were polite, respectful, and completely turned my experience around. What would have potentially been a loss of a customer has now become a guaranteed repeat customer, who will absolutely refer all of her friends to this website.
I ordered a wonderful pillow from Jen Kirkman - "I'm Just a Soul Trapped in a Body". When it arrived, the package was pretty much torn apart and the pillow damaged. It looked like drunk wolverines has had a go at it.
I emailed TeePublic. Within minutes I received a personalized response and was asked for photos. I emailed a couple and under something like a couple hours they sent me an email saying they'd ship me a new one at no cost. I was floored. Their fast responses and fast action on something that wasn't their fault was something I'd never experienced before. Normally, if something arrives damage, other companies dance around, tell me to contact USPS/UPS and file a report, and try to not do the right thing. TeePublic did the opposite. I am so pleased with them and the pillow.
The pillow is of excellent quality, good printing and oh, so smooshy and comfy. The other items I ordered and received in separate shipments, were also of great quality - the t-shirts were soft, good printing and wonderful. The notebook is fabulous as well.
I'll continue ordering from them. They are the best.

I ordered a Kermit tshirt for my goddaughter for a Christmas gift. It did not arrive on its specified date. I sent an email, and immediately received a response. They are going to send the shirt with expedited shipping, so I will receive it by Christmas! I will definitely be recommending TeePublic, and ordering from them in the future!
I purchased a baseball-style tee for my wife, but when the shirt arrived it looked way too small. I contacted the company per the instructions, got a quick reply--and at the same time received a shipping confirmation email for the shirt in the new size. Customer service was friendly and fast. The variety of shirts is great too... I'll definitely be back for more.
This company goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I ordered a shirt for my brother for Christmas. It arrived just before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the size medium was going to be too small. I contacted customer service about exchanging it for a large. They responded within a few hours and said they would ship it out immediately and not to worry about returning the first one. The replacement was shipped the day before Thanksgiving. UPS took forever to pick it up and then the tracking was sporadic. I was in touch with customer support several times and they tried to find out what happened to it, but no luck. It appeared that UPS had lost the package. On December 15th Teepublic said they would ship yet another replacement directly to my brother with expedited shipping. All of this was at no cost to me! Before the second replacement was shipped the lost one finally showed up. I was able to let them know so they didn't have to send second one. The shirt was really nice quality wise too. I would absolutely recommend this company over any other! I have never had such a great experience with customer service with anyone else. These guys are just awesome!
Having had very mixed experiences buying tshirts online from different organisations, it has been a real pleasure to engage with TeePublic. Apart from the products themselves, on 2 occasions I have had shipping issues which have incurred additional unexpected costs as I am importing to the UK. On both occasions Teepublic have not only refunded the difference, but more importantly they are so responsive, helpful and accommodating. In this day and age, it is not always the case and I've been really impressed. In addition to that the t shirts I've bought have been of really good quality with some excellent individual designs, which is what I'm looking for. I will definitely be back. I ordered a t-shirt from TeePublic. When it came, there was a printing error which I felt was unacceptable. I followed the return/refund instructions requesting a full refund as I would no longer need the shirt if I waited for another. I had a personal response from customer service the next morning--less than 12 hours. He apologized for the error, agreed it was not acceptable and provided a full refund within a couple business days. I will definitely continue to order from this company as I have had success in the past and they have such creative products and designs!
After receiving my order, I needed to make an exchange for a different size. Customer service responded to my email, overnight. Not only did they approve the exchange, but they also didn't charge me for shipping. To top it all off, they told me to keep the shirts that I had already received. I plan to distribute the shirts to a few of the local people that "live outdoors." Thank you TeePublic for your wonderful service. I will definitely order again!
I am new to TeePublic and placed my first order this holiday season. I made some significant sizing errors and was nervous about the process of returning/exchanging. When I contacted TeePublic, I recieved a reply very quickly from two, very friendly and accomodating representatives. They were both quick to help me out and ship the correct sizes the same day. I will be using TeePublic again!
I had waited a long time to order these two funny shirts that I wanted. I ordered them, they were delivered promptly, and when I got them the size did not fit to what I normally buy. I responded to customer service, and not only were they polite and fast, they replaced my shirts at no cost to me at all. T-shirts are awesome and I'm going to wear them on stage when I perform my music. I will show our fans and my friends tell them where they need to go! (teepublic/ :D)
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
