I was under the impression that I could pick the dogs on my t shirt and I picked chihauhes but I got the main dogs that you avertised the ad with. Like some sort of Terriers on it. Other than that it was good.

Thought the sweatshirts would be a little heavier quality for the price. Also the logo is not the quality either

Although the Sleevless TEE SHIRT was great is was way too small even for an XL. I will have to pass it along to someone who weres a smaller size.

On the fence because they don't respond to e-mails or update your tracking info regularly. But I finally did receive my T-shirt about 3 weeks after I ordered it and we we're pleased with it. The size does run small but it was for my daughter so she liked it. The only problem is it takes to long to get product and they don't follow up with e-mails, so I did think I was getting scammed and the shirt just showed up. I don't think I'll order from them again. Maybe if they had better customer service it would be different.

I. Like what I got, it was a gift for my husband and he loves it, uses it everyday, thank you for providing not only a quilt product but, also the fast service.

I ordered 3 T-shirts from TeeChip and afterwards i checked the reviews. To my surprise there were so many negative reviews I got kind of scared. My shirts ended up arriving 5 days too late (big deal), but they are of good quality, the right size and all in all i love them <3. Since this is my only experience with this company so far, i can't feel but having to give them a good review even though there are so many people that have a unpleasant experience with them.

I have just placed my third order with TeeChip. I had absolutely no problems with either of the first two. It did take quite a while for delivery but it says on the website that Canadian orders add 2 weeks so that would mean a month. I'm sure it was around that timeframe. Both t shirts were great and my family loved them. I'm hoping this third experience will be the same.

My order originally had the wrong house number, don't know if it was my fault or theirs. Order got sent back to them. I contacted their customer service by email and got a response. They said they would reship. I got my package but it only had 1 mug not 2. I recontacted them and they said the other would be coming. It did. I can't complain about them. All worked out well in the end.

While the shirts run a bit smaller and are not true to size, still great quality and wearable. I absolutely love my tank top! Just buy a size up, especially if you're a thick chick/have big boobs!

Teechip is actually a great site to use. It did take 2 weeks for my "supreme LV" case to come in but there not a scam there 100% authentic

The only thing that would make it better silk painted so that the picture would last longer than the decals. I would order from them again.

I ordered t-shirt and a mug from them. It came in two separate deliveries but it came. I've read so many bad reviews that I didn't expect to get it at all. Quality is good and t-shirt fits well. I waited for it for around 3 weeks but I ordered from Europe. Im happy i got my order but if i had read comments about them earlier, I would have never order. Stressful expierience.

Product was as described, very happy, great quality. Saw their ad on FB took a chance. Very accurate, and fast shipping.

The sole issue I have with the products is a mild vinegary scent that is from the print ink they use. Otherwise the product itself is exactly as described and arrived quickly.

I had difficulty cancelling an order, but TeeChip customer service came through. They need to add a 'Confirm' button to the order process. (When I selected Paypal the order placed, which felt like a money grab.) I waited 10 mins. On LiveChat but no one responded, and the 888 phone is always busy.) Customer service did respond hours later to my cancellation request via their mail link, which made me happy. Thanks, TeeChip.

While this is the second shirt I have bought from this company and the first that I have anything but rave reviews. The printing was rather gunky, spotty in places and not in the places it should have been. The shirt itself is wonderful..

So, just received my second order from TeeChip, and again I must be incredibly lucky in comparison to so many reviews I have read. Item is exactly what was ordered, and is great quality (Gilmore Girls hoodie). Parcel took just over 2 weeks to travel from dispatch in USA to my home address in Australia. So far I am thoroughly happy with the prices, quality and delivery of the items I have ordered.

Hello everyone yes I've ordered my shirts may 4 2020 when June 5th came I still hadn't received my t-shirts so I called my bank for a refund because I was unable to talk to anyone about my order so my bank refunded my money so on July 7th guess what I got my shirts and they were just like the picture from Facebook and they feel fit fine yes it took a while but worth the wait I gave a because of being unable to speak to someone

I use them for my t-shirt needs because it is very easy to find cool designs on their website. Shirts are good quality. The customer service is responsive and helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I've been seeing these bad comments about these people and I haven't had a problem. I was a little miffed myself until I went back to reread the terms.
It says that " once the Campaign is over ", which could be sometimes days even weeks is when they actually ship thee items out.
So please realize that they said this in the Campaign and Checkout parts and that is why it takes longer to get your things.
As for any size problems or wrong items I don't know anything about it. I don't work for these people I just know how it works, because I got my stuff and its fine. I hope this helps you understand why it takes so long.

So after seeing a lot of these bad reviews about print quality, i was hesitant but got a good product. The problem isnt teechip- their printing was fine. The problem is storefront merchants who use the company to fulfill orders stealing designs and/or uploading a terrible quality low DPI image instead of original, crisp, high resolution designs. Teechip will print whatever storefront merchants upload. When you buy from ANY print on demand company, just be aware of who is directing you there. Is it a real artist/designer, or a facebook ad/ tshirt quick money schemer?

Seeing lots of very poor reviews for this site made me a little nervous. I ordered a shirt that was advertised through one of their campaigns, ordered it on February 8th, campaign ended on the 10th. Received an email that it had been shipped on the 14th and today (the 23rd) i have my shirt. The quality seems good but i haven't washed it yet. All and all i would rate my experience GOOD, i have my shirt and it only took about 2 weeks
