I ordered a T-shirt on April 8/21. Fortunately I paid via PayPal as it is now May 20/21. NO T-shirt received yet and NO reliable tracking #. I ordered via a company called 'Family My Loves' but the PayPal charges were via TeeChip. I read numerous reviews for Family My Loves with complaints similar to mine - no goods ever received and tracking #s invalid. They operate via recorded messages only so you cannot talk to anyone to get updates. Their process for complaints gives the ONLY option being that they will reprint your item if it is not received shortly. Why would anyone want to be put off for another 7 weeks when they took a month to print the first T-Shirt and supposedly sent it via a carrier that takes 3 weeks + to deliver? It does NOT appear that they are a legitimate company. PayPal has refunded my $$ but be VERY CAREFUL how you pay if you feel you must order via these companies as they do NOT seem to be legitimate. Ensure that you pay via a method that you can get your money back if no product shows up!
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you pay with a credit card, paypal, or some other method where you have a recourse if the product doesn't make it to you. This vendor appears to be unreliable, they use unreliable shipping methods, or both. I would suggest NOT risking your $$ to order from this vendor.
