Got a mailer from you offering a bonus. Stupidly, I took the bait. I have wasted a huge amount of time trying to get that bonus and you've had my money for 9 months. Even managers can't talk to the bonus department directly. There's something wrong with this system. Now I'm told you wanted me to take a picture of the mailing from back in may? Seriously? I only do business with institutions I trust. That is not you. Live up to your advertising!
Call customer service and ask you to put in the debit card number which do you do and then wants to pin number which is totally unnecessary it's a phone number for Arrow Thea said the voice recognition system in the voice recognition system says that it's me that's probably reaching a human being which took about 2 minutes away. I don't know of anybody who really loves their bank, but at least they're open on the weekend so its a bit more convenient than some other local banks. The local branch manager at least tries to be nice and greet guests, so I give them some credit for trying. I don't like their latest office redesign though: I think the layout is worse, and getting rid of the change machine (for counting coins and getting credit for that) made everything very inconvenient.
TD offered a saving plan with cash bonus and said the bonus will be deposited into your account by Feb 29,2024. I have been confirmed that my account was qualified. No money given by the due date. I called them on Mar 1, told me to wait a few days due to the high volume until Mar 6. No money given again. I called again on Mar 7, no answers, told me it would be escalated, and should receive the money by the follow Thursday, which goes to Mar 14. No money again. I called in on Mar. 15, told me it has been approved. It should be given by the end of March.
How can people trust a bank like this, no credit, no commitment. Not mention how many times I have called them and how frustrate I have to tell the story once and once again, if I have been approved through escalation, why don't release the money into my account directly? And now, I don't even know what is going to happen on Mar 31. The small amount of fund means nothing for a bank, but means a lot to me. I can use it to pay bills, or invest again, either way can help to my daily life. TD doesn't care how it impacts to their customers. Every time I called in, just saying "Sorry, wait, sorry wait", nothing else, pointless. Never use TD again.
Considering usa supposedly leads the world in technology it astonishes me that websites like us. hsbc are unusable I eventually gave up and changed to TD bank This was my first good idea in the us banking space-not only were the staff helpful to open the account but the website has all the functionality you would expect from a major western bank-thanks TD
Last year I lost quite a huge some of money after my account got hacked. The bank turned a blind eye. Was honestly such a horrible experience but I'm glad to say that i've finally been able to recover over half of the money i lost huge thanks to Payback Service. I've always Been skeptical about asset recovery companies but i'm glad i gave them a chance.
I hope I have been able to help someone as well. Reach out to the recovery specialist to recover you lost funds from any form of online scam.
Hi, my name is Sumbul. I had having issues paying my credit card Bill's online this morning. I called TD phone line. Customer services representative Emaan helped me and resolved all the issues. Excellent customer services.
The old site looked like it was made for a caveman, but the new update is at least bearable on the eyes. Good job and lets hope it does not slow down going forward
Great interphase. Good customer service very innovative and very efficient when dealing with transaction.
I think people should invest more in bitcoin and the government should incorporate more of bitcoin into the society monetary system to aid fast and effective transactions. Platform like BTCPROFITUK, COM help in guiding through the process of btc transactions and even help in save bitcoin investment.
It's been an awesome experience banking with TD CANADA. Online service is spot on. And when you do go into the branch, they are so professional. Kudos
I went to TD bank located in Columbia Square New Westminster.
I met a teller named Sandra Ta. Very obnoxious; power hungry teller.
She should be fired from her job
I have never had a worse experience with a bank. TD Bank will get your for everything they can. They charge fees that are not in align with the reason in addition to them editing profile information without customer knowledge. The 1-855 number hung up on me at least 9 times while trying to connect to a representative. The Customer Service representatives are not knowledgeable of their jobs and should be trained properly on customer questions and needs. I recommend using another bank for ALL your banking needs.
Refused to help with unauthorized charge on Visa. Told me I could block it after I pried the information out of him but hung up before explaining how to do that. Rudest person I've ever had at TD and I've been banking there since I was a kid that's a long time ago. Time to put all my money in the other bank, I have
The TD bank branch Long Island City is the worst TD branch in all of Queebs and quite possibly in the entire city. The staff is incompetent, a gross misrepresentation of TD bank and the rancid employees who stand out the most as being the worst ones are jackie persuad and kamrun m nahar. Just awfully terrible employees who motivate one to permanently close their account just to avoid dealing with the trash. TD corporate needs to investigate this location.
I was very unhappy with my recent experience at T D bank. It used to be a friendly, competently run branch. Fortunately I was able to catch two mathematical mistakes before signing the document I went to the bank to see to. Correcting these mistakes after signing the document would have been time consuming and difficult. The Financial advisor was impatient, and seemed oblivious to the mistakes he was making. Was his treatment of me due to my age or gender? I'm looking for a difference bank in Victoria.
TD Bank are true scam artists. I have paid more in late fees then the amount of the loan because of their payment system. Constant issues blamed on no account/ insufficient funds when the account has more then enough to cover. They are just stealing your money.
When TD was new to NY they would bend over backwards to prove how different they were to other banks ( free pens, very late hours, dog biscuits), now that they are established and no longer need to kiss anyone's butt, they are showing their true colors.
I simply wanted to update my phone number as the old one is no longer valid and that locks you out of your online account. She said my phone number could not be verified and as such she would not update my account. I would rather keep all my money under the mattress - they don't deserve my business.
I don't have services/accounts with TD Bank including credit card service; yet, they sent me a credit card based on past service I had with them many moons ago.
There is no way I can get them to confirm this will never happen again.
The complaints escalation letter I received from them had a name and contact number on it. That person and phone number was never accessible.
Stay away from TD Bank.
It is extremely annoying when their employees randomly leave voice messages with their number but no details as to the reason for the call. Do they think I have time to call them when it is likely a sales call? I am busy, I have my own job to do too. I do not have time for their silly cat and mouse games. TD, stop bothering me and stop wasting my time.
There is too much red tape to do something simple with TD. For one transaction, sometimes they have me read and/or sign off ten papers and some are six pages long. It is very time consuming and inconvenient. No doubt, all the high fees they charge is paying for all this unnecessary paperwork. TD is an inefficient organization.
Been with TD bank for 5 yrs I'm constantly getting maintenance fees, non atm fees, and the worst one is if you happen to over draft they continually charge you 35 after 35. $140 in overdraft fees for a 5 dollar item really TD bank. Word of the mouth is strong and as I'm switching banks I will let everyone I know about you all. Nickel and diming the hard working class that live pay check to paycheck. SHAME on you! I will post on every review site I can find. No option for you but we're sorry that's what you get when you call. If your thinking of using this bank I strongly recommend you don't!
TD Bank has a rating of 1.3 stars from 97 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with TD Bank most frequently mention customer service, credit card and bank account. TD Bank ranks 287th among Banking sites.
