Many products carry better prices than amazon and shipping is now better than Amazon as amazons shipping appears to be falling apart.

Had some issues and they were promptly addressed in the chat. The wait period also was not too long.

It's a good company, they have many useful tools and the pricing is far, though the 25K requirement for foreigners to open a new account is a tad bit too steep, If not for this I would have given them five stars

The old site looked like it was made for a caveman, but the new update is at least bearable on the eyes. Good job and lets hope it does not slow down going forward

B&H is always a reliable and trustworthy dealer of the highest quality gear. Amazon has great shipping options, but you're never sure if you're getting good quality equipment.

Many of the brands that professionals trust, only sell through reputable resellers like B&H. Amazon may have great shipping options, but a lot of times your purchases are actually made through third-party companies like "Cheap Tech 4 U" and are simply fulfilled by Amazon.

I trust the quality of my craft to the gear that I have. I trust the quality of my gear to B&H.

Their customer service is exceptional and the signup and or cancellation process is very simple, which is breadth of fresh air compared to the services I have used in the past.
The analysis is very good and thorough. I find their style matches my own as I patiently wait for the trades to come to me and don't like to chase a market or a stock. Their approach is very methodical and disciplined and the materials they provide if one reads them, makes following their recommendations fairly easy.
As I play both stocks and ETF's it is great bonus as they cover both.
