I ordered a dress it looked nothing like to picture. I have sent 8 emails requesting a return address so that I could return the dress. They would not send me the return address because after the 5th email that had no response. I contacted paypal to file a dispute. Then I received an email from tbdress saying if I dropped the dispute they would send me the return address.
The shipping was as expected given it comes from overseas. It took about 5 weeks from order to receiving. The dress was not exactly as I thought but good for a $15 dress. I probably won't order from there again since I can find a dress for the same price locally. Overall, pretty good experience.
I received this dress today - and I was sooo happy when I tried it on. It\'s comfortable, it looks so much more expensive than it is, the quality looks pretty good so far, it\'s a really pretty dress. It\'s a staple piece in your wardrobe, you can wear it will almost anything. I\'m pretty impressed with tbdress after this purchase. The shipping was quicker than I expected too! I was actually surprised when it arrived and thought it was something else because I\'m from Sweden. Thank you so much for this dress tbdress :)
Terrible costumer service. If you want to claim something you need to email them. It seems they don't have a telephone number. They don't solve issues if they send you the wrong size shoes. Items are cheap out of China and way smaller.

Having a big body did not mean I was left out from looking smart. The cold season was my chance because heavy clothes hide my chubby body. The Cute Loose Pure Color Wool Stand Collar Outwear seemed to fit me and that is the reason I ordered it. I have it with me and love it.

The suit sent was to small. Followed directions in returning the suit and repurchased a new larger one and was told they would refund on the small suit when it was received in Guangzhou China. It sat there for 6 months and then they sent it back. A Rip off company. Dont trust companies from China.
Never buy any cloth from this website, this website are Chinese junk cloth sold here, I paid over $300 last year, I got all junk cloth, bad material and cloth didn`t match the website showed, it is totally scammer. Warning everybody here, never buy any cloth from this website, because return will take you a lot money and take very long time.

I love the dress its beautiful, i payed for the dress to be made with my sizes. It was delivered quite quickly earlier than expected and it was great to track it. My own fault with the stress of the wedding iv lost some wait so will need it taken in a bit but thats great I'm really happy and its easier to take it in than to let it out. My friends and family just love it, Thanks so much its just perfect!

My order fro TBdress got delayed and I thought that this is a fraud site since I ordered it for first time. I have now received my dress. The dress is good and fits really very well. I think they should mention very boldly that their delivery time is very long. That you avoid such conditions. Dress is really good!

Purchased a dress last month for a ball and it was made perfectly. Only needed minor adjustments. It was far too long and the shoulders needed attention. The colour was as stated. Get a colour chart if you want to be sure.
