I ordered two dresses from this place before I read any reviews. After I read the reviews I was horrified. I contacted TB dress through email of which they responded immediately. I received my dresses in a timely fashion both look beautiful and fit great.
I was a little nervous ordering from overseas, but it worked out great. I'm working with a small budget for my wedding and couldn't afford an expensive TBdress was quick, and made the dress exactly like the photo. I read a ton of bad reviews online, but ordered the dress anyway and I'm very happy I did.

I've ordered from TBDress a couple times now. First time went without any glitches. Second time, there was an internal issue with their shipping and I wasn't informed. I contacted customer service and was replied to within 24hrs. The dress was sent out as soon as the can. I received it relatively quick after it was shipped. I wasn't too happy about not being informed of a delay but the customer service department is pretty prompt and reliable. I will still order from TBDress but I will just make sure it's something I won't be wearing in the next few weeks after paying for it.
The product I received is beautiful and fantastic quality. The fit is perfect. Shipping took slightly longer than expected however for quality and beauty of product it is acceptable. Will definitely be buying more products.

Throughout the whole process we were never pressured to commit to anything we weren't 100% sure we loved. They were even accommodating to our budget, redesigning to match what we wanted to pay. Ordered a three piece dressy navy blue outfit. It arrived and the best thing about it was the plastic bag it was shipped in. M Poor quality all puckered seams- couldn't even wear it as pajamas. Website said 100% guaranteed- when asking for return address- they said I need to take it to a seamstress to fix it! Will not give me full refund. Shoddy quality- shoddy company!
So I brought a dress from this company before I read the reviews which was dumb of me. I got a dress that was cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture they use for advertisement. The dress cost $130.99 that I paid through PayPal which I thought would help in guaranteeing my money back all I needed to do was ship the dress back to the company. Went to ship it back and was told it would cost $200 to send it back. Called PayPal to see what could be done and a lady named Michelle told me I took the chance and it's my problem send the dress or no money back. The lesson I'm trying to teach through this story is... PayPal is $hit and so is this dress company
The dress produced was exactly what I had in mind. It was expedited to me so that it was on my hand before Valentine's Day. I would recommend tbdress In fact, I think I may start working on some party dress for my daughter soon.
