I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago... I paid for fast delivery... still nothing... it's impossible to track your shipment... no numbers too call... no product... the email I got for the shipment doesnt allow you too email back... cant find a complaint number and in all i got scammed and ripped off for 70 dollars... do not order anything from them ever! I'm beginning too think I'll never get it... or my money back!
Ordered 10 items and only one, the shoe only worth the price. Other items were damaged but due to mailing cost, I find it not practical to return, it will just add discouragement and time to me. Never to order again

I never ordered on-line from this company and I was getting nervous because it did take almost three weeks to arrive but once it did come, it was so lovely. I just registered to review this site. I got a parcel Today in the morning at around 10 am. I live in South Africa, when I opened it, it had a package with tbdress prints all over. My dress was well packed under it. I have opened and checked, in fact I have tried the dress and it is cute. I will have it for a Christmas party. What amazes me most is the fact that I ordered it last week on Tuesday. I din't expect it this early but it is here now.

I bet the 5 stars here are all the tbdress website administrators (that's why all the reviews are either 5 or 1 star). This website is a big fraud. They show you nice models, and when you order one, they try to make a dress like the model for you. The problem is that remaking the dress by tbdress is like a kid trying to redraw Mona Lisa! When I got my dress, my reaction was nothing but laughing. I did the mistake to ask them for returning the dress, they made me take a lot of pictures and send the complains. Of course in the end they said they thing the piece of crap they sold me was beautiful. And at that point I throw the dress away. I literally throw it in the garbage. Please, please don't make my mistake.

While their dresses may look fine online, the clothes are not true to size and if you return the item, you will never get a refund back. I have been fighting to get my refund back from them over a year now and still have not gotten my refund back. They keep promising but then keep changing the amount of the refund and they are not given me any refund back as of this date.
There are other sites that have the same clothes and have better customer service, better material and fit. They also honor their refund policy.

So far, I do not have any complains about this company. When I order an item, I always receive it. I like your dresses a lot. The only thing I would like from you is a faster delivery. I also order from jollychic.com and they always deliver my purchase in no later than a week. You usually take two weeks. I would like a faster delivery.
Was concerned about the sizing being all wrong even though I check the size chart. But what a pleasant surprise that the dress was perfect! Great material, right size and fantastic price. I figured it was a $20 gamble I was willing to lose, but I feel like I won!
