Never buy anything for this company. I ordered my dresses since April 2020 and I didn't receive it... I requested for my refund and they told me they are going to refund me by June 2020 but I didn't receive anything. They keep stealing peoples money.

The jumpsuit i ordered has nothing to do with the picture. Not the same material or pattern even and not the same length. I regret that i bought it. The price of the item dropped after 2 days and i asked for a price match, but they refused. Also it was written on their website that the item would take about a month to arrive, it took more than 2 month to arrive and i asked for a refund in the meanwhile they refused. Now i received the item and it is crappy and i asked for a refund and a return and they refused. Worst customer service, quality, style, and material. I paid 70 dollars for the jumpsuit and its not even worth 10 dollars.

I ordered a black lace dress of popcherry in a last minute desperate rush to have something to wear to a dance. The dress was very good value at only $30 and came with express free shipping. Great store, super easy to use and a cute range of clothing, my only complaint is that the shipping promised it delivered in two business days (when ordered before 2pm) but it came in 3. Apart from that I think the dress was a bargain and will be defiantly be telling my friends to shop here in the future!

I bought a jacket on this website. The jacket pretty much looks just like the picture. The belt is only thing that looks different. The buckle is sewn too close to the edge so the flaps don't overlap as much as the picture. I moved the belt myself because I don't mind sewing. After a few uses of the belt though, it started to tear apart. Its a cheap belt. I decided to replace the belt by sewing three black buttons. It was pretty easy. I'm also going to put pockets in the coat. It looks so great and I might buy it in the color red. I receive so many compliments when I go out with this on and I feel fabulous wearing it! It's my favorite coat! I will admit that the fleece material it's made out of isn't the warmest so It's good to wear warm clothes underneath during really cold weather. It's pretty warm in weather that's about 40 degrees Fahrenheit. I love this coat so much and definitely recommend it. I have abnormally wide shoulders, about 41 cm, so it's a bit snug, but it still fits!

I placed and paid for my order on 11/29/2013. The order was to be shipped to Nigeria but I paid for it from my US credit card. It is now 5 weeks later (1/4/2014) and Tbdress has still not delivered the order to the recipient in Nigeria. All efforts to get information from their customer service has failed woefully. At first we were informed that the order was shipped out on 12/5/2013 and then the next time we called, we were told that the order shipped out on 12/16/2013 and now we are told that it has NOW left China.
This company is SCAM! Do not purchase from this company. I suppose if you're in China you may actually receive your product.
Oh and Yes the tracking number they sent does not work and the company refuses to tell us the exact shipping company they used, after charging almost $100.00 for shipping

I made the mistake of buying quite a bit of clothes and shoes. The clothes were certainly smaller than they look on the website, but I can fit them. It just isn't the same oversized sweater look I was going for. The models are either the size of 12 year old girls or they are not shipping us the same clothes advertised. The quality was poor. The shoes were ok. Looked a bit unfinished, but I think I can fix it. I will try to fix all the threads hanging from sweaters. No point in trying to get a refund. In this case you really get what you pay for.

Ordered a coat, paid with Paypal, never received item. I have sent this company several items on their website with no response. I have now opened a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. The poor grammar and misspelled words on their website should have been my clue! STAY AWAY from this "company"

I got my dress way earlier then I expected because last year it was delayed. I am absolutely in love with it, and I just want to keep it on all the time, and can't wait for my dance that is coming up. I recommend doing to custom size because it came the the exact measurements that I put it in. I thought it would be small so I went a little larger when measuring, but it is pretty exact to the way I ordered it! I LOVE IT. I think its beautiful, and it compliments all the right places. If you need it, I would give at least a month to be safe because you never know! Great product, good quality. I am beyond pleased.
