These dresses are very cheap and look good. This is my first order. I am a new customer with this site. I realky like ithe site. There are so many dresses to select and prices are reasonable.
I had lots of questions for the online chat associate John. He answered them which helped me to make the decision to order with tab dress.
I wore my lace jumper out and everyone just giving me compliments, I love that I know my size, and I never have to return anything because its to small

Cons: rather dull packaging.
I placed an order for a standard size wedding dress. Paid extra for shipping faster and then waited and emailed, no response for weeks. Then I finally get a response that dress has shipped, after I emailed about being re-embursed for paying extra for faster shipping and it taking so long. I get the dress, its really pretty and does not come close to fitting. The bust is so large, I am not small but I would need 3 other sizes to fill the bra area of the dress. The waist is so small I cant zip the dress. When I explained I needed to return and wanted a refund I was given the run around about how its custom made and I cant return. It was a standard size. So now they say I cant return until I take measurements of the dress then measure my self and then they will review and if there is a difference they will fix the dress. My wedding is in 3 months, I waited to long for the dress to come and now have spent the last week waiting for a reply on a return and refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Its a scam and they will never refund your money. I not only out this money but now they have helped make my wedding day a complete mess. I wish I had listened to my friends and never ordered from them. I hope some how you can ban this wedsite so they dont ruin other womens weddings.
I just oredered my dress from here on febuary 15 im getting married on march 21 and im scared out of my mind after reading all those reviews that my dress wont be here on time
The style and colour combinations are great, I'll really appricate the tailor they have to make such smart and good looking outerwear.

Total "SCAM" the dress on the website and the actual dress are way different! POOR QUALITY! Please do not shop on this website as there is no way you can refund item! :(

I have just odered and i hope it will all go well as i am now hesitating after reading this negative comments about this shop, its bad for me because i only saw them after i have odered bt i jave seen them before i couldn't have place an oder so please prove me wrong and give me exactly what i have odered, i expect the Correct item exacly like in the picture, Correct Size, Same Coloure as odered, My Money Back if not happy with the item and if it is not met i will not recomend you to friend and family and also its for your reputation. Just prove me wrong and send the correct oder at the expected time as said in the shipping time span. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I ordered a dress. They charged my account the same day. 13 days after I placed the order, I recieved an email from tbdress saying that i would be compensated for late shipping, since they still hadn't shipped my order. 5 days later, they finally ship it. I wait for 21 more days, expecting some form of compensation they informed me of, and waiting for my dress. I never recieved either. But, on the 21st day, the tbdress app told me my package had been delivered, but I never received it. Ive been messaging back and forth with their completely useless customer service, for the past 11 days, to no avail. They can't issue a refund, full OR partial, until they get the dress back. The dress I never got. So I dropped any hope of getting a refund and simply requested for the compensation they had told me I'd receive a month ago. Still the customer service can't do a single thing to help me. I wouldn't have ever even expected compensation if they didnt email me telling me I'd get it in the first place. Theyre awful and useless and I will never buy from them again.
This site is a total SCAM! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ITE AGAIN! It was my first time and will be LAST! I ordered my wedding dress on FEB 28TH, 2014. It has been more than 5 WEEKS! Order #*******. IT WAS A $250+ order! I NEVER RECEIVED A COMFIRMATION EMAIL OR ANY RESPONSE REGARDING MY ORDER. But the site KEPT SENDING ME ADVERTISING TO ORDER MORE! I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK! Dress made to custom order. Was a bit nervous and anxious waiting for my dress to arrivebut absolutely perfect. Fits to perfection and I actually look like a femine female for a change.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress according to their size chart. The dress did not fit me and I have tried to exchange the dress. I have gone round and round with someone via email for weeks and hove not gotten anywhere. You cannot speak to anyone because they DO NOT speak English!
I am now being told that because tbdress did not make the mistake, I cannot return it and "I should give the dress to a friend because it is beautiful".
In the return policy on your website, it DOES NOT state that items can only be returned if there was an error by tbdress. It states "If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached." I meet all these requirements and they still will not take the dress back.
I have had to order another dress with custom measurements, so I am now buying 2 dresses for one wedding.
They think that because they are in China they can lie to and cheat their customers! I will NEVER order from this company again and I will make a point to let everyone I know what a horrible company they are!

I am very upset, I will not be able to attend my junior prom because of this website!
I need a bigger size. The dress came In March 22nd. Once It came It didn't fit so I decided to try and lose the wight because all I needed was to lose some inches. I realized that I wasn't losing it fast enough because my junior prom Is May 9th. I uploaded picture to show that It has been in plastic and to show the date it came.
They said I had to respond in 7 days. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS BEFORE I ORDERED THE DRESS? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE "30 DAY RETURN"
