I ORDERED A CUSTOMIZED BRIDESMAID DRESS FOR A FRIEND'S WEDDING. GOT THE DRESS ALL WRONG! EMAILED THEM WHICH TOOK THEM DAYS TO REPLY AND ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WILL GIVE ME A $10 DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER. LIKE SERIOUSLY? WHO THE HELL WOULD ORDER AGAIN IF YOU WERE NOT SATISFIED THE FIRST PLACE? NOT ONLY THAT, THEY TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD BE HAPPY CAUSE I AM THE UNIQUE BRIDESMAID FOR I HAVE A DIFFERENT STYLE/COLOR OF THE DRESS AMONGST THE OTHER BRIDESMAID YOU ALSO ORDERED FROM THEM. WTF! I AM NOT THE BRIDE SO I DONT NEED TO STAND OUT! I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED! AND IF THEY DONT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, I WILL SURE DO! ENOUGH WITH YOUR SCAMS AND RIPPING OFF PEOPLE'S MONEY! IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO GIVE THIS SITE A "NO STAR", WILL SURELY DO!

I ordered a wedding dress and it came too big. They made me take the measurements three times, and then came with a lame response of not being able to 'judge' the dimensions (i literally taped the measuring tape to the dress).

The workmanship is crap. The lace doesn't cover the bust line.

I ordered custom size, and obviously it came wrong.

It was even too short even though i left a note to say to make it longer as I would be wearing heels.

The customer service is the worst I've ever received, last reply: "Thanks for your pictures agian, and we didn't judge the bust through your picture, and as you known, usually, the size has little error range, hope you can understand, thanks!"

So if you want your wedding dress with some error, TB dress is the place to go.

The WORST company I have ever dealt with.
They sent me the wrong color dress, that was covered in sequins (which were not in the description or picture), had tiny holes throughout the tule, and one GIANT hole I could stick my finger through.
They were unable to send a replacement dress before the wedding.
I paid $207, and they would be willing to refund $176 (the cost of the dress minus shipping) however would not refund the $85 it would cost to ship it back to them. Meaning I would be out -$115 and no dress.
I spoke with their "Customer Service" who refused to connect me with a manager.
I will be contacting the AG. This company is a SCAM and a FRAUD. PLEASE go with someone who will respect the fact that they are creating your WEDDING DRESS and take a bit more pride in the work they do.

Just as I was looking anxiously for my sister's wedding day I was equally worried about buying her a gorgeous wedding gown that would make her truly exclusive on this once-in-a-lifetime occasion. I love my sister ever since she came in my life and I wanted to give her only the best for her wedding. Her childhood fantasy was to look like a white fairy. Therefore, I was in a lookout something marvelously white as my sister's wedding apparel.

Of all the samples of wedding dresses I found on display, I found the 'fancy fairy' in the Elegant A-Line One-shoulder Lace-up Chapel Train Pleats Beach Wedding dress that has been made of chiffon and weighs 3.3 lbs. Against the market price of $315, I paid only $142.79, getting a fair saving of 55%. The delicate touch of fabric, eye-catching design and the perfect whiteness of the dress made my sister gorgeous and cynosure of all eyes. Her peers commented "You look so romantic and fantastic in your wedding dress". The credit for these compliments goes solely to tbdress.com.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter to wear as a flower girl in my sister's upcoming wedding. I ordered two colors as I wasn't sure what color would match best with the bridesmaid dresses Given the price of the dresses ($125 a piece) I was truly astonished with how poor the quality was. I didn't even have my daughter try the dresses on when I received them and immediately contacted customer service regarding returning the dresses in accordance with their return policy as stated on their website. Instead of a offering a refund (as they offer in their return policy for items returned within 30 days of receipt) after multiple emails back and worth over three days, they instead offered me $20 to keep the dress and said I would have to pay shipping costs to return back to China which would end up costing more than a refund they would issue. Please, please, please, save your money and purchase your dresses elsewhere. I ended up finding a beautiful dress for my daughter from Nordstrom of similar price and much better quality. I think we can all agree the worst thing to come out of China is the Coronavirus, but the second worst thing are these dresses! Do not buy!

I ordered my dress for my wedding in may its June and I still haven't receive it and they refuse to send me my money I will never order from them again they don't have a phone number to speak to a customer service rep I looked on line the cancellation was done on there end on may 14th and they still haven't sent my money Or my dress I don't need the dress now my wedding day has already been ruined I want a full refund and deserves it my next step is to get a lawyer and sue for emotional distress I paid an extra $40 to expedite shipping and still no dress no money no reply

It's sad that the Chinese base company can get away with charging you for a product that you never received and the web site will not let you cancel the order. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM TBDREES. I should of read the reviews if I would of I would of never bought from TBDRESS. THERE NO CONTACT NUMBER WITH A REAL PERSON YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND I HAVE LEFT QUITE A FEW AND KNOW ONE EVERY CALLED ME BACK. The Better Business Bureau would know about this. This is not fair both jackets were gifts for my nephews.
