These dresses look nothing like this in real. Ordered a red one, most horrible experience, they took forever to ship it, never updated me with the status, I sent so many emails. The dress finally arrived today- looks extremely pathetic and is way different to what I ordered.
Very very disappointed. Definitely disputing with PayPal and gonna need a full refund. Never ordering with them again.

I've ordered the item over a month ago and still waiting on my order. I'm leaving for my cruise next week and praying it gets here. I see the updates stating its in the United States but that's been since 5/20/19. Confused on what takes so long.
Just got some Halloween themed tights from a company called Tbdress.com. I painlessly ordered them on-line. Delivery time was a couple of days! Im really pleased with the quality of the goods, the payment and delivery too. Would absolutely recommend you visit the website. This will not be my only purchase!
I paid full price for a custom order dress. It came poorly made with stain spots and uneven fabrics on skirt, unwearable to my son's wedding. Contacted the customer service, lots of haggling, the last offer I received was 50% price already paid. Their return/exchange policy stated %100 customer satisfaction which was just a scam.
You should be warned this is the worst online company ever! I should have read reviews before I spent $315 on shoes. Every single shoe was NOT as pictured and did not come anywhere near the timeframe they give. I had contacted them prior to ordering and they completely lie just to get your money. When you ask them to return they first try to bribe you with $5 (seriously?) and then they beg you to keep the items. If you are looking to waste money and make someone else a buck then go ahead and order from here. Otherwise DON'T DO IT. You will definitely regret it.
I bought 3 items in here and I'm totally disappointed because size was wrong not tagged it's a totally an scam this company material not worthy totally diferente from website examples Clothes looks they made and don't even put the tags and not sure what brand u buy materials horrible too
I recently ordered an item online that showed good reviews and normal shipping within 5 to 9 days. After a month, I did not have the item. I contacted customer service who refused cancellation or refund. I disputed the charge through my card provider. The item magically showed up after disputing. It's cheaply made like they made it overnight and shipped to avoid refund. Balled up in a bag with a label on it, strings hanging from it, does not fit as measurements described (I ordered a large). They have removed me from their site. Said my email doesn't exist but I have an email full of their marketing emails until I unsubscribed. So, I can't log it to write review or anything else. I'm glad I only spent $35. Do not order.
I ordered a dress and the ribbons were supposed to be blush pink but came to me blood red. I requested a refund (the fit didn't work either) and they just keep emailing requests for pictures and such even though they have been repeatedly sent. The customer service is extremely difficult and I don't know if I'll ever get the return info or my money back. They specifically tell you not to send it back from where it was shipped...
Hey guys! About a week and a couple of days later, btw I didn't mean to put the pictures there with the email. Lol. So, as I said before tbdress said they were sending out another dress. Surprisingly, I did get a dress yesterday however it looks nothing like it did on the website. Very cheap and has cheap sequins attached that fall off and get all over you. This website needs taken down, please don't purchase anything from here.
I ordered a dress from here on February 11th, and it is now July 20th five months later and my dress never arrived. Mind you I payed extra money for shipping. I've emailed the team to get nothing in response! Just went to track the dress today and when I did the tracking number said expired, that there had been no movement on the package in months and that it must be lost? So, I emailed tbdress and after reading reviews I'm sure they will not reply nor will I get a refund
The TBdress is really a one stop solution for shopping dresses. I am always think of budget but never compromise quality. This website fulfilled both of my desires and made me happy with plenty of Winter collections!

What a perplexing design! I bought a $#*! tail dress from tbdress.com. I finished to all the requirements for measurements, payment and shipping location. The order came right to my door step within 11 days from order time. The dress was well packed in a package with the company seal. Buying clothes online is quite cheap although many fear embracing this technology because of its many scam chances.
Outstanding Customer Service, Great staff who know what they`re talking about and look after the customers interest at all times. What an effective combination! I don`t go anywhere else for my Clothes and advice and encourage others to do the same.
This company ships poor quality items and doesn't stand by their products. I ordered a dress that had embellishments falling off upon delivery. They would not allow me to return the item or get any kind of refund. Don't purchase from this website! I only gave them a 1 because they won't allow me to give a 0

Please don't buy anything from tb dress, the dresses are not what they look in the picture, poor quality, I made the big mistake of ordering $180.00 on merchandise and it was a waste, when I try to contact customer service I don't get any response.
Great and quick customer service. I did need to return a couple of things due to sizing but they answered my questions through email very quickly and politely. Lovely quality especially for the prices. Overall I'm pretty happy.

I bought the Round Neck Lace Backless Women's Maxi Dress in grey and I absolutely love it! I'm planning on buying it in a couple more colors as well. The shipping was relatively fast considering it was coming from overseas. The fabric is a good quality and it is so comfortable and fits great! Part of my order didn't quite work out for me, but they have been good about getting back to me quickly when I email them.
