The first couple of orders I placed with Tanga were shipped in good order at good prices. Unfortunately, on the last order of 3 tee shirts, one item was cancelled as they were out of stock, one item shipped the incorrect size, and only one item was shipped correctly, but it took a long time to get here.
Contacted Tanga for return and credit on the misshipped item and they responded quickly with a return label. On November 5,2014 I sent it back November 6 & they received it on the 13th. As of today (March 27,2015) I have not received the refund to my credit card.

Have been in contact with them & because of the time lapse, they say they need my credit card numbers again, however, they have no secure way of getting them. The choices are: 1) e-mail the card info for all the internet to see, 2) call a phone where I can leave a voice mail with the card number for every employee or the janitor to hear, or 3) have someone at Tanga call me directly for the information. I chose the last option, however, the customer service person has called a couple of times when I haven't been able to answer the phone and have had to prod him by e-mail to call back; each time, the call either not going through or I was on another call. There is no number I can call to speak to anyone, only outgoing numbers or receiving voicemails.

They pride themselves on being a small company, and those are the ones I like to support and from whom we should receive the best service, however, Tanga falls very short in that area. The last message offered me a Tanga Credit, which I don't want, but which may have been their goal the whole time. Very disappointed in Tanga's performance on this small amount.

Since I posted this review on another site, Tanga has not made any further attempts to contact me. I guess this is their petty way to deal with negative reviews due to their lousy customer service,"

I wish I would have read all of these negative reviews prior to doing business with these people. They talk a good game on their website, advertising that theyre small business and think of us customers as family. Ha! It seems like some fly by night operation. I ordered a refurbished MacBook which I was told in the tracking info would arrive a week and a half later. Longer than I usually care to wait but their website did indicate that orders take longer. On the day of delivery I got notice from FedEx that they couldnt deliver without a signature that I supposedly made a requirement. Not true. I work during the days like most people and never request this. That should be my choice, not theirs. Or at least notify me so I can have the package delivered to my work address. After talking with FedEx I was told no changes to that requirement, pickup location, or even the ability to pick up at a FedEx facility are allowed, per the company sending the package. Called Tanga to get this changed, only got voicemail with a message stating they would get back to me within 48 hours! You cant talk to a person, only text with somebody who is clearly not trained and responds ever so slowly. Requested a phone call... nope, they cant do that. Tanga tells me they cannot contact the vendor to make changes to delivery details. Shouldnt they have a more efficient and customer oriented relationship with their vendors? So I just have to wait until FedEx makes two more delivery attempts which I will not be home to get, and THEN I can simply go pick up the package when its convenient for me, according to Tanga rep. Nothing about this is convenient. Online shopping with on time delivery with no hitches is convenient. I could have had my order custom built and delivered via Pony Express in less time. Between their disorganization and horrid customer service, I say, dont waste your time to save a few bucks. Im sticking with Amazon, or just about anybody else for that matter.

Well they had a "DEAL OF THE DAY" for a windows netbook... cost $42.00. Thate was 3 weeks ago... I kept e-mailing them to get an answer if it shipped and would get and unsufficient answer... like four word answers... has not shipped Yet... and they took thier time responding also. Usuall within 24 hrs. Any how I got this e-Mail that the factory cannot fulfill all the orders,, if you got a tracking no# in youe e-mail those orders will be fufilled. Blease be patient were trying our best. But if you fell you should want to cancel the order please contact us. So I don't cancel I want what I ordered. I get another E-mail with the same message again... I sit and wait... Finally just got an e-mail last night factory will not fill anymore orders for this product we are cancelling your order and refunding your money. I new this was going to work out this way buy the tone of the E-mails. So I E-Mailed them back that if they did'nt have enough quanity of this item they should have never have listed it as a deal of the day. I said In my e-mail to them I'm pissed and want my order filled not a refund... and I'd be reporting them... So here I am fulfilling my promise. And it take them forever to respond to e-mails and there's no telephone no# to call to speak to anyone just e-mails.

The first time I strayed from Amazon I got bit really good. Yes with the average purchase 80% go without issue. But I purchased a Parrot Bebop refurbished but I also purchased replacement coverage if it was crashed or even ran over by a car the coverage I purchased would of replaced it. The reason I purchased the parrot bebop was because it has a return to home feature if signal is lost. Well guess what? Lost signal and my investment i put into Tanga just kept pon flying away. Well for the replacement coverage to kick in it had to be 31 days after delivery which is understandable for the supplier should at least be held responsible for their product for at least a month after purchase well they DONT. Tanga did not stand behind their product. Get this, they told me that they had to have product returned to process a refund or replacement. How was I supposed to return their product when it was flawed from the start, the return home feature on the drone obviously didnt work which was why i couldnt return their flawed product they chose not to stand behind. I haven't felt this taken advantage of in decades. It was like talking to a brick wall. I explained it to them like this. Its like having fire insurance and your house catches on fire, so you file a claim but they say they cant do anything for you because your fire insurance policy burned up in the house fire, it was like wtf? The REASON i couldnt return the drone was because the "return home feature" the sole purpose I bought that particular drone, did not work and thats why i didnt have to return to you geniuses. Simple logic becomes freakin rocket science or just to greedy and no integrity of a company in this case,

Is it Tanga or ZoomUSA?
I ordered a refurbished dell 6430 from Tanga. When it arrived it would not boot. There was a letter enclosed that told me to contact ZoomUsa with any problems, so, I did via email. Received an automated email that they had received my email and would be in contact with me within 24-48 hours. When I didn't hear from them I called and spoke with John who sent me an RMA to return the laptop. I returned it immediately on 5/14/19 and I received the same laptop back on 5/25/19. It would not boot past the MS window and used icon; little circle just kept going around and around. I sent an email again on 5/29/19 asking them to send RMA and credit my account when they received the laptop back. Got the same automated email that they would respond within 24-48 hours. Didn't hear from them, so, I called on 6/4/19; John assured me he would make sure I got RMA right away. When I didn't get it 'right away', I called again and got John who said he was just the fulfillment center and could not set up for me to get a refund; I would have to contact the seller I purchased it through; but he could send me another laptop and my 15 days were up. NOT! After all of this, I have no confidence in the laptops or the seller. So, I sent TANGA an email on 6/4/19 and got the same automated email back from them. To date, I have not heard from them. I paid with a VISA through PayPal, so, I filed a dispute with PayPal on 6/14/19. If I don't hear from them within 10-15 days, I will file a dispute with Capital One, which is the credit card used on my PayPal acct and they are very timely in getting disputes taken care of. Don't take a loss. If it's not what you ordered, contact your credit card company.

AWFUL costumer service!

AWFUL costumer service! Everything I've ordered from this company site I've had issues with, refunds, extremely poor quality, extensive waiting for items to be shipped. Example, I purchased a ring that was supposedly originally 'real expensive & great quality" after 2 days of wear the stone fell out and is MIA. I ordered earrings in the same order with another item, received other item and over 2 weeks with no correspondence from company had to ask where the earrings were and was told there was a "back up in the warehouse," and they'd check into it for me. Here it is a month later, already paid, no earrings, still says "processing," no contact on their behalf. If I weren't paying attention they could have easily swindled me for the cost and never contacted me without ever sending the item. Another order I waited over two weeks and nothing, then about over a month after that they actually sent me an email saying "there wasn't any more in stock" (although still listed for sale on their website!) and offered me a free 1 year subscription to some unpopular and pathetic magazine, a subscription they were selling for dirt cheap on their website, too! Purchased a different ring set earlier this year and the sizing was not correct nor close to accurate, I was so annoyed I let it go and the rings remain in the original mailed envelope in the junk drawer! Those too took weeks to arrive. It's my fault for continuing to give them repeated chances but nothings changed. Let this be your WARNING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! It's a HUGE inconvenience AND headache. Amongst the worst websites that sell things! I give them 0 stars but this made me do at least one!
