My first few orders were error-free. All orders take a bit of time to arrive (at least 1 week), but at least they actually delivered what I ordered in the shape/quality that I expected. However, my last two orders have been very frustrating. The package that was delivered today had an item that was the completely wrong item than what I ordered (I ordered a laptop mouse, they delivered a phone charger!). What made it particularly unacceptable is that the order form was included in the package box and the item that I ordered was correctly listed on the order form! If whoever packaged the item/ did quality control would have simply taken the 2 seconds to match the order form to the item in the box, they would have quickly and easily identified this mistake. So the item that I ordered on 1/21 and that wasn't even delivered until today - 1/31 - now won't even come to me until probably mid-February. Very frustrating and frankly, unacceptable. Quickly losing patience and interest in ordering from Tanga going forward.
You do not provide service after the sale. Wrong items were sent. The efforts I have made to resolve this issue have been answered by an automated response source. The number given for texting is not a phone line allowing conversation with a sales representative.

Easy to deal with and most products are priced low compared to others. Depending on your settings, emails come very frequently and are very repetitive.

I am recently new to tanga. So far so good. I have ordered 4 products so far and i plan on ordering more.
Good deals but sometimes it takes forever to receive the things that you order. There some way to let people know that its going to be a long time coming
This Company is a smaller business that deals with their customers in a special way that makes them want to continue to order from them. They are polite and courteous in all ways.

Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models. If you'd like to return, just reply to my email and we can go from there. Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
