Very little customer rep can do for you.
Long story short bought $212 worth of shoes returned them only to pay additional $62 worth of shipping cost since they do not provide free returns outside US and for them to refund me only $178.90 saying I quote "If a free shipping promotion was applied to the order then actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Since the free shipping promotion was used on this order then the actual shipping costs were also deducted. The shipping cost we paid for you to keep the order was $23.33
Sorry for any confusion this may have caused."
When clearly you can see the products account for $212 and no shipping fee of "$23.33" to be seen.
I have bought a couple shoes and have been a supporter of the brand but this experience was a let down and I will not be recommending tallmenshoes to anyone anymore.
**UPDATE BELOW**
The shoes did arrive a week prior to the estimated delivery date, and they do look nice enough. However, that is all moot because the size 13s are 2-3 inches shorter than actual size 13s. For real! 2-3 INCHES!
Shoes not even tried on. …Just one shoe checked for sizing next to another size 13 shoe, then right back in the box to be returned. Very disappointing, since shoe sizes are standardized, and this should never happen.
Also, with a 25% restocking fee, and having to pay for return shipping, the most I could net is perhaps a $40USD refund, if that.
Such a shame because I was full of hope for a fun, novelty gift and, had they been sized accurately, I would've been a happy customer.
**UPDATE** I DID return the shoes, from Canada, and DID receive a refund of almost the full amount. The return process was fairly seamless. I initially paid $107.17CAD for the shoes. It cost me $47.64 in shipping, plus packing materials, to return the shoes. I was later refunded $90.97CAD. In all, tallmenshoes.com's error cost me at least $32 (+ my time, gas, etc.).
The product description could have been clearer as I did not know the shoes had lifts built in increasing my height. This is a problem as pants need to be lengthened. Otherwise a good shoe
Very unhappy with the lifts. They do not work in any of my shoes. If I put them in, even without the orange extensions, my foot will not go down far enough for me to put the shoe on.
I own about ten pairs of shoes and sneakers from your company, and it seems that with each season the already high quality of the materials and craftsmanship is heightened. It always arrives sooner than I expect, and whenever I try on a new pair I feel lucky. My only regret is that I didn't know about you earlier in life.

This company is a fraud. I ordered a size 13 and they sent me a size 11 and do not collect returns. Now, I have to give the shoes out for free.
