The order process was easy enough but the shoes are uglier in person than the picures portray and make my feet look laughably small. I did just remove the inserts and put them in my existing tennis shoes for the exact same effect and less ridiculous looking. I wouldn't buy them again but making the most of what I can salvage from this bad purchase.

The shoes did arrive a week prior to the estimated delivery date, and they do look nice enough. However, that is all moot because the size 13s are 2-3 inches shorter than actual size 13s. For real! 2-3 INCHES!

Shoes not even tried on. …Just one shoe checked for sizing next to another size 13 shoe, then right back in the box to be returned. Very disappointing, since shoe sizes are standardized, and this should never happen.

Also, with a 25% restocking fee, and having to pay for return shipping, the most I could net is perhaps a $40USD refund, if that.

Such a shame because I was full of hope for a fun, novelty gift and, had they been sized accurately, I would've been a happy customer.

**UPDATE** I DID return the shoes, from Canada, and DID receive a refund of almost the full amount. The return process was fairly seamless. I initially paid $107.17CAD for the shoes. It cost me $47.64 in shipping, plus packing materials, to return the shoes. I was later refunded $90.97CAD. In all, tallmenshoes.com's error cost me at least $32 (+ my time, gas, etc.).

Thank you for my replacement shoes….these don't squeak! I received them very quickly. I tool the first pair to a well known shoe repair but was told they could not be repaired.

High price and VERY POOR quality. I wore them no more than 5 times and the soles on the bottom of the shoe ripped to the point where my toes could poke through. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. They want to charge you $150 for a product that probably cost them $10 and then when you complain that it's junky material, their customer service will blame you the customer. Would give 0 stars if possible. PLENTY of competitors that would be better off with your money.

Don't buy shoes from this company

All was great until you have to return the product.

This company does not realize they are online retailers so people will return stuff they do not like.

Here is what happened:

I bought a pair of shoes for sixty eight dollars from their website. Didn't like it so went online and submit a return. Got email that return accepted please ship it back with the free shipping label they provided. Great.

Now comes the time of refund.

They only refunded forty five dollars. Why?

Because the label is not FREE. They said the label cost ten bucks. On top of that they deducted twelve dollars as the original shipping fees when I ordered my shoes. Keep in mind the website says "free shipping on orders over fifty dollars".

I have disputed this charge with my credit card.

Very dissatisfied. Will never buy from this company again.

Please, learn from my loss and stay away from this company.

I bought 2 shoes that looked really good in their website, but when I received and put it on, it was gigantic. Not the size, the actual platform was so ridiculously obvious. You couldn't wear it in public and act normal. So I I wanted to write an honest review in their website, but they kept deleting my reviews.
Don't buy if you care about yourself and don't want to look weird.
Look at my photos, the green is from them, look at how big it is, and it's not even obvious in my photo.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them and it's really hit or miss. The last pair I ordered started squeaking when I walked. They would not return my shoes because they said I wore them. But how would I know they would squeak unless I wore them? I also found myself returning a couple of pairs of shoes because they just looked weird, like toddler shoes. Height increasing but too big around the back and sides.

Got what i bought online, cheap boots that fall apart when i pulled the strings to tie the left boot plastic holder Left boot plastic strap broke off just first time i tried them on, cheap made reap Knock offs, high prices less quality made. Pics below i bought them for new boots needed outdoors, etc, wear. And high increase. Will buy boots else where next time. Never buy again $46.00 on these boots plus $10.00 shipping $3.50 for high increase pads on there website. This is true story.

This company started out fine but is selling nothing but junk now. I recently bought a pair which looked ok on first try. When I wear them to street they hurt and bleed my fit. When I returned that piece of crap they shipped back to me saying they were worn without regards to the fact that the product was defective.
When I called the customer service they were uncooperative and rude and threatened me with blacklisting.as if they had the monopoly on shoe business. Avoid at any costs.
P.s. I worked w my credit card company to get my money back.

I have been wearing height increase shoes for 20 years. Among other companies, I bought several pairs from tallmenshoes.com, and compared to what is one the market they are all good quality, and fit well.
One month ago I got a pair of nice sandals but the size was ridiculously big, 2+ cm compared to what is written on their size chart for that size; the box stated the right size but there was no size marked anywhere on the shoes. When I emailed them they told me that since that was the size stated on the box, that is the size of that style. So I got a refund. Which means that now I am out of the cost of shipping(as I live in Canada and free shipping does not apply) plus the cost of mailing back the shoes, a total of some $50, which is half the price of the shoes.
It is a matter of luck, seeing other reviews.

Please do not buy any shoes from tallmenshoes.com because they are of poor quality. They lie to you, they send you damaged shoes and then they don't want to change or return your money. They buy those shoes from China for one dollar and then sell them to you for 100 dollars. They are scammers, they cheated me and scammed me. I reported them to the customer service office. They have received complaints about this company being tallmenshoes.com
