“Good quality, but they have problems with sizes -- and if you live outside the US you lose money”

I have been wearing height increase shoes for 20 years. Among other companies, I bought several pairs from tallmenshoes.com, and compared to what is one the market they are all good quality, and fit well.
One month ago I got a pair of nice sandals but the size was ridiculously big, 2+ cm compared to what is written on their size chart for that size; the box stated the right size but there was no size marked anywhere on the shoes. When I emailed them they told me that since that was the size stated on the box, that is the size of that style. So I got a refund. Which means that now I am out of the cost of shipping(as I live in Canada and free shipping does not apply) plus the cost of mailing back the shoes, a total of some $50, which is half the price of the shoes.
It is a matter of luck, seeing other reviews.

Tip for consumers:
If you live outside the USA there is no free shipping and no prepaid returns, the shipping is reasonable, but if you have to send in a return it costs quite a bit and they do not refund that, so you end up losing money.

They often have issues with sizes, and then it is a black hole.

Products used:
Bought 5 pairs of shoes in 6 months. Quality is good, fit has been correct on 4 of the 5. The 5th pair was wildly bigger than the stated size (which was not marked on the shoes) and they would not send me a smaller pair, so I lost $50 overall in shipping and return shipping costs, for a return of $94.
