Took a long time

We got to Taco Bell at 8:25 and didn't walk out untill 9:10. At about 9 my friend walked up and said do you have an order for____ and they said yes sorry we had to make some potatoes. Well we got our tocos with potatoes in it and the potatoes were cold and so were the tacos.

Disappointed

Regarding Taco Bell at 76th and Rawson in Franklin, WI. West side doors locked to parking lot even though business was open for in-person seating. They said they lost the key, but there was no sign directing the customer to the north door. No customers were sitting inside. Was told they were not allowed to post any signs on the door. Friendly service. Food was as expected from a Taco Bell.

No more dining rooms.

I have been to four different Taco bells in the Little Rock North Little Rock Sherwood area and none of them have a dining room anymore one of the first signs that a company is not going to survive.

Just Nasty

I haven't visited a Taco bell in years after going to "Real" Mexican restaurants, but I decided to try them to see if it tasted the same, back then I thought it was good. I ordered the nacho bell grande and it was horrible. The guacamole tasted like fake guacamole, it had a funny after taste and so did the cheese. Just plain nasty, the chips and refried beans was the only thing good, threw it in the trash and have never looked back.

Pooped on self

So i had went to taco bell and ordered 10 tacos and later that night i felt really sick. So i though i had to puke but no nuclear explosive diarrhea it was so bad that i sharted myself in my sleep and my husband was covered in poop and booty hole juice it was gross. He kicked me out of the house and my daughter got pregnant in the parking lot. And now everywhere i go i shart myself so i bought grown up diapers.

The Bell on Grant

I went to the Grant location for my neighbor. She used the Taco Bell website, wrote down her order which was: a combo meal consisting of 2 beef chalupas, crunchy Taco and a large drink for $6.69. When I placed the order, I was told the bill was $11.and change. When I asked what happened to the price of $6.69 no one could answer me. The manager was working the drive thru. He heard my question and pointed to the #6 on the menu board. Update the website and put some warmth to your food. All WAS COLD just like the manager! I WILL NOT be back, EVER!

Rude $#*!

The fat $#*! working the drive thru at the Petal, Ms location is rude as hell and I will not spend my money at your business any more. The rest of the staff is rude, childish and disrespectful as well. Get it together, this isn't the first time in the evening I've had this problem.

NEVER GO TO ANY TACO BELL! I went to SIX taco bells and found out they all suck! I got food posining from 5 out of 6! How bad and from the sixth the told me that they had nothing I wanted! Also don't go to taco bells when they close! They just kick you out an tell you to leave!

I wanted to write this yesterday but I WAS TO MAD! They told me I was ugly in front of my girlfriends!

I went through the drive through with my girlfriend (Sydney). We simply wanted two tacos, one for each of us. When I was trying to order, the lady taking my order kept laughing and talking to her other coworkers. I'm surprised she managed to even get our order right. When we got up to the window, the lady was basically ignoring us and talking to two other girls there. After three minutes, I kid you not, of waiting, we finally were able to pay. We had to wait even longer for the food. I saw these same girls laughing and throwing stuff at each other like this was school recess! In my opinion, this was very unsanitary and unprofessional. Then, after about ten minutes of waiting, these girls finally gave us our food, which by then, was cold. We didn't even bother going back in there, these ladies need to be fired, and stop wasting other peoples' time!

Rude staff

When I stopped by there today, they had two small signs saying they were out of a product. I did not see the signs because they were VERY SMALL and I have vision issues. The signs were colored to blend into the environment. When I ordered the product the cashier rudrly said "MA'AM IT'S ALL OVER THE BOARD OUT THERE THAT WE ARE OUT"
This heifer thinks two extremely small signs is "all over".

So I apologized for not seeing them and left. Won't

Very poor service in very poor food our food has so much grease on it we can't even eat it order is always wrong employees refused to make our order right very poor employment there I can never get orders right this been going on for months they need more in new employees that place has gone downhill bad Can't even eat our food how greasy it is just falls apart

At the Grand Ledge, Michigan Taco Bell my weekday noon pickup order service was very poor and the central site for customer comments has not provided the reply that may be requested there. The new app system offers some menu items and prices not otherwise available, but only by phone app, computer, or in-lobby kiosk. Orders at the counter for such offers are not accepted. Also, any face to face orders require waiting for a worker to notice, get free of other tasks, and come to the counter. I received not the advertised box but a bag, not the ordered crisps, not the ordered sauce packets, not napkins, not a straw, not a receipt, so not the code number for the comment site, and so no entry for the periodic money drawing. The ordered taco was provided but not visibly full and the ordered burrito was provided but had around one tablespoon of meat. I did get a cup for the ordered soft drink and asked for and received the missing items. The payment was posted immediately on my bank card. Twice, I found their central internet site for comments and provided these details and clicked for them to reply, but it continues that nothing has been received. So, be careful to check for completeness and quality orders made by the current system, and try to get personal attention if particular items delivered seem to be substandard.

I sat in the drive thru at the garden of the gods location in Colorado springs Co. For about 15 minute in order to place an order, at the speaker the guy inside sounded like Eor from Winnie the pooh took my order told me to pull forward, I sit in drive thru for literally 30 more minute waiting to get to the window, I pull up and the guy says you the one with the two party packs? I said yes he says I'm so sorry I have really bad news we don't have any soft taco tortillas I asked why they couldn't have told when placing the order he said I don't know, handed me to free taco coupons and I had no choice drove off, now I haven't been to a taco bell store in about 5 yrs because of terrible service, I see it has gotten worse and frankly I have been reminded WHY I don't go to taco bell.

Picked up a box of tacos for lunch... BIG mistake! My hubby and i both got severe food poisoning. After 3 days (missing two days of work) i finally felt well enough to call the store. This is the Taco Bell on Ireland Road in South Bend. GRACE - the "manager" was extremely rude and made comments of "it's been more than 24 hours so there is nothing she can do", "we have to use the same meat from the days before so there is nothing that can be done", "i am not losing this crap job over your call lady"... I RECORDED THE CALL. I did call corporate but they have not even reached out to me for any reason. I mainly just wanted to let them know what happened but when GRACe started being so rude i was angry. The food made us sick, the tacos were just thrown into the bag soggy and greasy.

Decided to order out on a Saturday night at 5pm. I attempted to order online but ran into difficulties right away. First, the pickup location according to my zip code was in Oregon. I live in Pennsylvania... Second, after I located and selected the store closest to me and made the food selections, I couldn't check out. Each time I tried to check out I got "Oops, checkout is down try again later". Tried for over an hour without success. Decided to go to the store at 909 Second Street Pike in Richboro, PA to order in person and wait for the food. Taco Bell has touch screen order computers to select your food and send the order inside the store. I got thru the order, accepted the price, then couldn't submit it. It wouldn't work. Tried several times and stopped in frustration. I went to the counter person and verbally ordered the food. The price was different from the order computer. I asked him why and he shrugged his shoulders. I then waited several minutes and was handed the order. When I got home the soft taco supreme was ice cold. Not cold but ice cold. This is the last time I spend money at Taco Bell. They are done, finished, off my list. They should be ashamed of the service provided.
