I've been a Verizon customer the past few years in my area and have had no issues completing phone calls, and working for delivery companies. I recently switched to T-mobile in the past couple months and I can have full reception and the literally walk across the street and lose all reception, I now have a massive dead zone in the west side and south side of my city. T-mobile needs to be investigated with how bad it is, and it's not just my city this happens to me in every town or city I visit.
After being forced to take the T-mobile Sim chip. My cell signal for where I live is spotty, and cuts off my calls. When I was sprint, I could walk around my house talking, and never lose signal. They say their system is better, but I beg to differ. After my plan is up, I am thinking about switching to another provider. Take something good, and mess it up by joining someone else. Very disappointed with the service I get. Compared to sprint, even if they are on the same network now. Sprint was still better, but thats just my opinion.
Just wow! Can't even explain how disappointed I am in this company and their customer service! I started my service with 7 lines no less on Dec 6. While signing up for their service I was told by the manager in the store that I had 14 days to cancel my service and that I would get a full refund if I did so. Well I canceled 6 days later and it was completed crazy town after that! I paid my bill in full 366.48 for 6 days of service. Been fighting to get my money back ever since. Not to mention they are still adding charges to the closed account one month later! Customer service is a joke. The communication barriers are awful and when you ask a question they have no answer. I've been on hold with them over the last 4 weeks for 10+ hours. The manager has promised to call back …. Never has! A word of advice …. Even if you're trying to save some money …. Don't do it with this company. They are the worst company I have dealt with in the last 25 years of cell services.
I wish I could give this company minus zero!
It's the worst!
Most of the time no internet or extremely slow!
Constantly dropping calls. Sometimes every 10 seconds. It's a nightmare.
I would not recommend it at all.
Tmobile is the worst! Avoid at all costs. The unlimited texting is a bait and switch. I sent out too many and have shut down by tmobile for 12 days
Customer service terrible and I'm told they "won't unblock me"! Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did. Go with Xfinity or Verizon.
I have been with T-mobile for years. Service and pricing are very competitive and service was OK. Lately I can not even get a person to answer the phone for just some simple questions I have for my business account. The hold times are worst that state or Government departments and when someone does finally answer you are transferred to someone else who also never answers the phone. 49 minutes then hung up and called again later and 35 mind. Tried calling in the early evening only to be on hold for 30 min then transferred again to be on hold for 20 min before just hanging up. This type of service is mow the new normal for them. I spent almost $500 a month on my company's cell phone service and will be looking at AT &T and Verizon. They are going way down hill. Even the cable companies are better at answering the phones
The T-mobile customer has gone so bad. It is as bad as DMV. Long hold time. Hard to understand customers service with bad English. I was so good when they took over Sprint. Now its like Sprint all over again with horrible wait time.
The monthly charge can be lower than other companies, but the business form of the t-mobile is close to a scam. Don't play t-mobile.
For example, a few years ago, T-mobile local store told us
The Amazon Alex device is FREE many times. Initially, I said we did not want it. Then they charged more than $300 for that device.
This company made multiple verbal contracts with me and followed threw with none of them. There staff will lie to you to get you to agree to terms without signing anything then fall back on there original agreement and stick you with a huge bill you never agreed to. Then to top it off this company is utilizing all out of country servers for phone calls giving multiple agencies from other disrupt countries all of our personal information and passwords. I truly hope you read this and educate yourself before sending this tyrant of a company your money
My service is so $#*!ty and unreliable. I made a payment on the 06/16/2023. Which went through, only to wake up today 06/20/2023 to notice that I was charged again in the same month. Would not recommend. Am about to switch to another provider because this is straight up stealing.
I went to Sprint before they were bought out because of the great deal they had for active duty service members for service in Japan. When T-Mobile took over they assured us over and over again that nothing would change, but surprise surprise, they lied. Thank god we're only stationed in Japan for another month so we'll be able to go back to Verizon.
Even when we do go back to the states to see family, the service has been so spotty it's infuriating. I can't understand why people put up with this company…
I dislike T-Mobile! I never experienced high bills until l became a T-Mobile customer. Their representative are not very professional they make you feel some type of way. T-Mobile is all about making money not taking care of their customers! I can't believe Sprint is gone and left me with this horrible service.
I switched to TMobile 2 years ago with a new phone and 2 year contract. Their coverage map show 5g coverage over entire Hampton Roads area. The reality is TMobile only coverage is 1 to 2 bars in most of Hampton Roads, a major metro area. I have contacted TMobile multiple times and they tell me they are having some issues with towers and it should be resolved shortly. They have been saying this for 2 years now. If you want to try TMobile, my advice is do not let them give you a phone and lock you into a 2 year contract. TMobile is useless if you plan to travel because the coverage they show on the map for USA is not accurate. Unless you are within 1/2 mile of their weak towers, you will not get reliable signal.
Customer service tells you to go into store to handle issues, then the store just calls customer service. Nothing ever gets settled. I closed an account within the same hour of activating, never got the new SIM cards or anything, and yet 4 months later, they say I owe them >$500, even though they have already fraudulently pulled more than I originally "owed" from a card I never gave to them. I never set up a PIN, so they won't even try to deal with me. I'm at the point where I want to punch a TMobile employee. Never work for or with this garbage company. Verizon costs the same for a WAY better service.
I like using this mobile network because they offer some every great data plans. I do not have to worry about using a lot to get my data bundle. The signal reception is also good I can make clear calls even to people in other countries.
After 6-8 years with T-Mobile, I got a email offering to reduce my bill because I am over 55. The representative promised to do this, but he in fact increased my bill by about $15. It took an hour on the phone to fix this. I am leaving them.
I was a loyal customer for 15 years and lost my source of income they suspended my phone on numerous occasions I do realize this is a business however could have been treated better than I was treated won't recommend them to family r friends ever
Stay away! They will try to rob you blind! If I could leave negative stars I would. Signed up for 15 day trial period for internet service only, cancelled and returned equipment prior to the 15 days. Received a bill, spoke with customer service and was told my account was credited and to disregard the bill. Received a new bill 2 weeks later with a reduced amount saying it is now in collections. No attempt was made to research this on customer service end, even though I have all the documentation emails to prove I don't owe this money. Customer service just lies to you! Considering legal action.
We traded in an iPhone 8 Plus, galaxy s8 and a galaxy note 8. Told us our trade-ins would not be receiving any credit towards our bill or towards carrier freedom. Even though we were quoted at $600 per phone. Ended up only giving us $122 for one of the phones. Mind you all these phones were in prime working condition like new. And when we said we would like our phones back they told us that they didn't belong to us anymore since we traded them in. They stole from us. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone.
This is the most garbage service I have ever had. I have been with sprint for 13 years and when they merged with T-mobile, it's been down hill since. I lose service daily here in KS. I work on the base of FT riley and my phone has no reception. I call daily and I always get told the same answer, they are working on towers in my area. Yeah right. My bill is damn near $200 a month and the service isn't worth it. The phone company have 3 jobs, call, text, and internet. None of these services work. What's the point. Run from this company if you have any sense.
Two years ago my ex girlfriend brought me a T-mobile phone. They tricked us with a discount that never happened, anyway too late we brought the phone. My girlfriend passed away, even though I made all monthly payments, my name on the phone, they're cutting it off with only 3 more payments! Oh well, they lose money not me, I'll sell this apple phone, get another and move on. I'll never buy T-mobile, don't do it I'm telling you!
Answer: Take the cheapest, clunkiest, most useless data coverage you can imagine. Now imagine it not even working. You pay for something that is USELESS.
Answer: This is typical of t-mobile. It will not let me leave a review.
Answer: T-Mobile will let you keep your old number... IF IT IS AVAILABLE. I do not know the requirements or rules, but years ago, I was allowed to keep a number I had had for years past.
Answer: See, your other customers see the same thing. In plain words, you suck ass.
Answer: Better Business Bureau is the only way to force an american to talk to you
