To flat out say it dont use there service. Go to another company. This company anit worth the time or day. If I could give a no star rating I would. I'm switching companies and will never recommend this company.

Tmobile is Terrible

Bring back sprint way better service. Ping 4.19 mbps pitiful, cell tower in sc what I'm in nc. Tower is 115 miles away. This is the worst service I've ever had and will switch asap. One star is generous.

The worst service ever! Always have trouble with phone calls having static and calls dropping not to mention, the cellular data is the worst. It takes an eternity to log into anything or open a webpage and they claim to have 5g service. I will never get service with T-Mobile again. I rate it ZERO STARS.

Worst of the worst

If you just want to trade in your iphone (because Apple didn't accept the TMobile ID number). Well, in TMobile will transfer you from one department to another department from 12:30 to 18:20 finally to tell you that they are going to transfer you to another department. BAD BAD BAD COMPANY at the end I promise them I will look for a different carrier. I don't need 8 people waisting my time and not helping. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING

Unhappy client.

So I upgraded my phone about a month ago and all of my text messages were not successfully transferred over to my new phone. I called Sprint/T-Mobile on 08/06 and placed a formal request for the texts since I am in need of it. I was told, I will get a copy of the texts within 72 hours via email. I even got a phone call back the same day, from a rep stating that the information was successfully retrieved, and I will get an email within 72 hours with the needed info. Fast forward to 09/10, and still no email. I called again and was told that the information will be emailed. Fast forward to the 12th, still nothing. I called again and asked to speak to a manager this time, and here it is, (he) the Manager says to me, madam the information can't be retrieve and there is not possible way to retrieve it. He said they don't monitor text messages word for word. Ha! What a joke. T-Mobile not only wasted my valuable time, but 5 out of the 6 rep I spoke to LIED to me. Not happy. On top of that, their services sucks and it's getting worst by the day. DISSAPPOINTED

Wife and I had decided to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon. To the Magenta Max plan w 55+. We also timed it with the release date for pre-order of new iPhone 14s. Store opening time 9/9/22. A crazy busy time to head to the store, indeed. But I wanted to insure iPhone 14 orders.
Wow, the T-Mobile Longmont Hover store turned out it being a great experience, even with the multiple challenges we ended up presenting.
We were maybe 7th in line to wait. That was only about 25 minutes before we met w Susan. She was extremely helpful, patient, cheerful, patient and never condescending in meeting the multiple challenges we presented.
This included: difficulty getting everything needed w Verizon done for the transfer (our fault); getting past the credit freezes we had in place; getting past my several password recall challenges; helping us decide on the right new phones and storage needs, while patiently reviewing our past and future likely usage and even showing that we didn't need the more-expensive options we thought we had walking in.
It seemed that while I thought I had really prepared well w having lots of info ready to get it all done, in fact, I needed to get several other things done on the spot; she patiently helped me get past every challenge, and did it with cheer!
In the end, we walked out with everything we needed, having saved money and both better plan and phones than we had before. And, a welcome to return if any issues cam up.

Ever since Sprint merged with T Mobile, our service is absolutely horrible every where we go. Multiple drop calls every day. You call them and they use it as a sales pitch to try and sell you a signal booster. I do not recommend them.

I was cheated by t mobile store manager my iPhone 11 was not working so i went to store for exchange scheme i was ready to buy iPhone 13 but store manager says buy 13 pro in 4 th of July 50.% offer u don'tPay extra just one time today i confirmed it so many times no need to pay extra every month because i was not prepared for extra budget but he convinced me and after that my extra billing start from same month i called customer care so many times nothing happened at last they said go to the store might be they did something wrong i went to store so many times that guy said every time its a mistake u don't need to pay but he did nothing because he made mistake in system last time he said u have to pay extra for installments I apologised I didn't explain u well
His apologisation cost me full payment with interest my extra budget because i confirmed first that I don't need to pay extra then i buy phone
Do don't trust them take everything in written any time they can change to make clients fool
It happens in Jordan creek mall (de moinse)

Untrustworthy service

The customer service for t-mobile is one of the worst i have ever seen -
Every representative tells you a different story - they themselves dont know how their system works - I happen to cancel my service and spent 2 months to get a get a confirmation about the cancellation. Here are the different reasons/options I got when i called them:
- Login to t-mobile, you will know the account is cancelled
- Next rep says you cant login to t-mobile because the account is cancelled
-That i will recieve a text message on my phone
- next rep said i cannot receive any text message since account is cancelled

Paying outstanding amount was another nigthmare of phone calls- i am glad i changed my service - who dont know what they are doing, do not trust them.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW:

One of my biggest pet peeves is a business that says they're going to call you back at a certain time and they 100% flake on you. On Tuesday 9-6-22 Alex at T-Mobile tech support promised he would phone back at 5:30 p.m. PST the following day. He 100% flaked.

The morning after the phone call that never happened, being Thursday 9-8-22 I asked for supervisor and got Alice. To fast forward in the story she promised to call me a few hours later at 8:40 a.m. PST. As I write this review it's now 5 hours after that and no phone call ever came through from Alice.

T-Mobile used to be like this 8 years ago, then they got better and now they're absolutely horrible again with their customer service.

I would suggest finding a better cell phone carrier that has customer agents that care about the customer.

Catastrophically greedy

I had about 250 bucks left to pay off an iphone. Unfortunately the recession hit me hard and I ended up homeless. Lost everything. Naturally i couldn't make any payments. But instead of giving me time to get back on my feet and then resuming payments, they hit me with a massive late fee of about 700 dollars. If i couldn't pay 250 there was no way I could pay 950. So there was nothing I could do. They tanked my credit score at the worst time, making it almost impossible for me to pull myself out of the gutter and sign a lease. But hey, at least their corporate executives are doing well financially! I feel unimaginably betrayed by the insanely large and arbitrary charge they placed on me. If i could have just finished paying off the phone it would have been fine. But there was no way I could float a bill that amounted to paying for an iPhone twice. They asked for an arbitrarily large amount of money in the form of a late fee, and when I couldn't pay, they tanked my credit at the absolute worst time. I highly recommend you buy a phone somewhere else and signing with a different (and cheaper) cell service.

Worst Phone Company Ever!

I started a line with T-Mobile. Went to the store to return the phone I purchased and cancel my plan 12 HOURS LATER. Returned the phone (of course there was a restock fee) and was told my refund for the remaining amount would be back in my account in 5-7 business days and that my account was being cancelled. It's 2 months later and about 20 calls and over 5 hours total on the phone with them trying to get my refund. On top of it all I get a $194 dollar bill to my house saying I owe this money. Call them AGAIN to tell them I don't owe any money because I don't have a line, that they owe me money and I get told the store never cancelled my plan
How would I have a line I'm using without a phone(that I returned 12 hours later) or an account? Every time I call I get a different answer as to why my refund hasn't been issued back to me and why I had a bill sent to my house. No answer is ever the same. I've gotten "it will be in your account tomorrow, we need proof of a purchase, I'll call you back in 2 days with answers" and still nothing has been resolved. It's been 2 months and I am STILL fighting with T-Mobile and trying to get my money they owe me back. And all I get from them is run arounds and continued bills for monthly payments sent to my house and told if I don't pay it, it's going to collections. On top of this all, the whole $40 dollars a month for a line that they advertise is a lie. They tried charging me $194 a month for a ONE line! WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I never do these reviews on companies but please read carefully before ever getting involved with T-Mobile and their horrible service.

Great service

I previously visited a T-Mobil store in Orlando, FL. I've been attempting to obtain my screen protector. All of the T-mobiles that I have gone to tell me they don't have my screen protector in stock. Dina was excellent with helping me. She made it possible and changed my screen protector. She also helped me with a trial on the new Wi-Fi service that is now available. She was knowledgeable and provided great service. I'm grateful for choosing this T-mobile. Thank you Dina again for your assistance.

Used to be a good service before 5g came along...

I first and foremost just wanna say this service is so annoying that I took time out of my day just to write a review. Now it's not all bad, tmoble used to be a good service for me before they got 5g, now all it does is buffer, I have a note 20 ultra it has the option to run 2g. 3g, 4g lte or 5g, I've tried them all and none work just constantly buffering. I have a premium package with 6 lines, they say if I upgrade service plans and add another 130 dollars to my bill it will run smoother, I really want to believe them but if it's this $#*!ty I can only imagine what empty promises they are offering, my phones are almost paid off, as soon as they are I plan on going to a different provider. I hope I can help someone with this review, oh yea, if u wanna solve a problem with tmoble they will just tell u to turn off your ohone tgen tyrn it back on... they dont know how to do anything else besides that. Have a blessed day.

Internet box

I used the box on 15 day trial. Found it would not word with Lenovo computers. I canceled within the 15 days and got a label to return the box. I was charged over 60 dollars and called back. Lady said it was not cancelled so got another label for return. I got a text saying I would get a 15 dollar credit. The box works well but they don't tell the truth about charges.

I was with Sprint over 10 years until we were forced to switch to T-MOBILE and I hate this service and the representatives that apparently don't communicate with each other. I see why they have less than a 1.5 rating with the BBB. I will be switching services immediately.

Do not switch to T-Mobile

I went to in hopes of saving money with so calles 55 plan whch was to be 35 per month they signed me up without my knowledge for 45 per month and billed me 174.00 per month out on glass protection did not know they where charging 39 paper phone price rape.

Spotty services, slow internet, poor customer service. I was on the phone for over an hour to make a claim on my not charging phone under insurance. 5 days no replacement. I thought the merge would provide better overall quality. It has not.

It should be way to give a minus rating in all the aspects,, they lie, charge for unnecessary accesories, and when you decide to leave because their service is less than horrible, they hold your number hostage,, terrible people to do business with... minus 2 stars from me@#$%&!%ers
