Been with Sprint since 2013 loved it they merged with T-Mobile downhill from there as soon as I put thier sim card in dropped call's getting voice mail two day's later just horrible service with sprint no problem upgrading phones not now they don't give promotions for loyal customers and think we the customers will take all the bad service bot me switching to AT&T and they are giving me the phone I wanted for free that I would have had to pay for at T-Mobile the joke phone store you get what you pay for I hope T-Mobile loses all thier customers.

I had the best of experience with with Justin and cherry the store manager at t-mobile on May street in winder ga I give them both a 20 they went above and beyond they explained everything that was going on

On Feb. 9 2023 I called t mobile about over charge on my account. I was supposed to receive a $28.00 credit on Marchs bill and did not get! BUT again I was over charged on my bill $7.00. Called again and got the run around by both the operator, then I talked with supervisor who again was not helpful! All the figures she was throwing out there did not jive with my paperwork! Bait n switch is what I see going on! Will be leaving t mobile. Customer service is poor and unhelpful! Then I was told my bill should be over $100.00 for a simple phone, bought phones out right and t mobile wants to charge me a $1.00 month for my phone saying full price was not paid at store! They are not honoring their own receipts and agreements! Taxes and fees, taxes here are 7.9% and they are charging 10% tax, and fees what fees?
After you guys sent me the wrong phone, then demanded I pay another 500, then refused to accept the phone back that I didn't order in the 1st place then I canceled the line in days but I still gotta pay new activation for a phone I don't have, insurance and then you raised my overall bill.

T-Mobile has been charging me for an extra phone line that I did not catch for the last 7 months. I have called them for the last 5 months because I cannot use my phone on 5 gThe service? Is. Very? Poor and I had to change it to 3G. I have called numerous amounts of time. Customer service does nothing? I even filed a complaint with the FCC and T-Mobile told the FCc that there was nothing wrong and this case was close so I feel. That the FCC is a part of a conspiracy with T-Mobile and they do not do nothing but let T-Mobile do what they wanna do so. What is the purpose to file a complaint with the FCC when they do nothing? So I am gonna hire an attorney because T-Mobile are a bunch of crooks. They charge you for monthly service that they do not provide an end to be a crook and charge me for an extra phone line that I do not have to. Now t-mobile is the absolute worst I have a 5g phone I pay for "magenta max" for which I'm supposed to have unlimited 5g service. My 5g used to work flawlessly, then they did whatever they did a few months ago then in the right corner of my phone it would show 5g UC.
With 5gUC my phone was unusable and that is the only service I could use. So now I've had to download an app. To force my phone to only use lte service just to be able to use my top of the line phone.
Whenever I go to the app to contact them about that or anything else I'm lucky if I can even get my info to load on both the app. Or website.
And if I do get through to anyone when I literally have half a day to waste, all they do is tell me to "sign out and in again" and then they "assure you, everything will work fine now" which it doesn't. It is exactly the same bs it's been for months now.
Then you gotta go back and do it all over again with a new rep. That with read the same prompt and you'll get the same results until eventually they will break you and you'll just give up or they will not respond to your inquiries.
I don't know if they can see it or not but t-mobile is quickly becoming a dumpster fire that is sure to blaze out of control until eventually there is nothing left to burn.

I switched over to T-mobile from AT&T and they warned me about T-mobile & they were absolutely right. I've been on the phone with customer service every day and I get a different answer identifying the problem multiple times a day. I should have never have switched over. Trust me there's a reason why it's only 30$. Google T-Mobile customer service, I wish I would've done this before I got it. This is the 1st review I've ever written but it's been that AWFUL!

I started 2 days ago to cancel my account. 4 calls into customer service 800 # told how to cancel account. I did everything asked of me.
Visited a T-Mobile store was told that they don't have authority to cancel accounts. Called 800 back, told that's not true. Day 3 and still can't cancel account. Heads up...beware of what you are getting into getting a T-Mobile account.
I switched for this very reason and being charged 160.00 a month for years then getting same service from Xfinity but at 85 bucks a month. T-Mobile needs to be run out of town!

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and I can't receive phone calls or texts 3 WEEKS LATER. They mixed up our family plan's 3 numbers, forgot to order the phones they sold us for "free". We've been back to the brick and mortar store 5 times. Dude can barely tear himself away from his own phone to help us. Called customer support and they couldn't fix to my satisfaction. Now I'm stuck in a 2-year agreement. Would not recommend T-Mobile to my worst enemy.

I've been with T-MOBILE for 22 yrs, having a 6 line account for 19 of those years. I went into a store to upgrade and they wanted $110.00 for a new phone with trade in.(Tax and upgrade charge) I called customer service and the rep said she could give me a credit on the acct. Great, I thought. After going back to store, I was told it couldn't be done and they could only credit $35 dollars. Now, am I being unreasonable asking them to credit the total $110? Really, the new phone is $1200.00. Within the last 4 yrs customer service has really gone down with them. I've never missed a payment, had a late payment or a phone cut-off. I hate leaving a company I've been with so long, but I DONT feel appreciated as a LONG time customer. Thanks in advance for your recommendations. Be blessed!
I hate Tmobile. I wish Sprint was still here. Today I spoke with 7 customer service reps trying to resolve an unauthorised charge on my phone bill and I couldn't understand any of the overseas foreign accent cs reps. Waste of my time. Super mad. How dare this company give jobs away to foreigners. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO COMMUNICATE OUR NEEDS TO PEOPLE AS CUSTOMERS IF WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEM. I asked for someone who spoke english and I just was transferred 6 more times to foreigners I couldn't converse with. I hope tmobile goes out of business. This company could care less about its customers. I called the headquarters phone number and spoke to an apathetic operator who just transferred me to another foreigner. When I need a new phone I am getting rid of tmobile. Tmobile sucks. I hate them. Don't give them your hard earned money. I bet when I cancel my service I get an english speaking person. Really mad.
I have a phone from Assurance wireless, and T-Mobile is the carrier. They install 3 apps and change my wallpaper a few times a day. Get a life and leave me alone! You should get a clue when I immediately uninstall! The worst company ever!
