My elderly aunt recently switched from AT&T to
T-mobile. She needed help with FaceTime and Voicemail activation. Kapua, a supervisor at the store assisted my 83 years old aunt. Kapua went above and beyond the call of duty to help her. T- mobile always bragg about the service they offer claiming to be the fastest network in the country. But I doubt it. How comes it doesn't work so well in Killeen that I had to go down the street to get a Cricket phone that works perfectly fine.

So I thought I would maybe use my hot spot itermittentlyso I "suspended" my account on 2/28/23. Today
I got a notice my bill is ready. I called and apparently you have to still pay almost what the hot spot costs to have it on hold which no one ever explained when I suspended the unit. So in order to cancel it I had to pay $19.99 for not using it. RIP OFF. DO NOT USE TMOBLILE Half of the time it was sketchy for even recieving a signal.

I would like to commend Dee from the Executive Office with working with me with a issue in the ACP program. She was professional and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was so happy that she showed T-Mobile cared, that I actually cut the cable and signed up to T-Mobile Home Internet that has not just saved me money each month, but the latency is much better than what Xfinity provided. Thank you, Dee!

Upgraded our android phone to Apple phones and the store on Highway 19 in Port Richey and basically lied about everything, please take the time to read before signing off on a little screen, (they hold you, hostage, to what you signed). I have spent hours on the phone with staff and supervisors not knowing what special they offer and then tell you didn't get the special. Goes on and on.

So buy your phone online, cases are 2x higher in-store, and check around to see who has the best service, Tmobile has lost my support.

I recently switched to T mobile.My phones were suppose to be here in 2 days.They arrived in 9 days.I spent 2 days trying to hook them up with several different people.I finally got someone who spoke fluent English today and he confirmed everything I was told about switching was a lie and that I would have to pay restocking fees for their dishonesty.I was lied to about my home internet plan as well as cellular plans.I was sent 3 s23s and told I could get 2 s 23 ultras after 31 days when the payoffs were up from Verizon for 400$ each.When I spoke with Jake tonight he confirmed I would have to pay 800$ and was only eligible for 1 line to get that cost.Additional would be 1200$.Jake was the only person who was honest with me.When I told him I would like to cancel he told me I would have to pay restock fees for all of my devices.I am not near my 20 days remorse period at all.I just hooked them up today finally after hours of dealing with them.Beware of T mobile they are outright liars and Thieves.I have never had such a bad experience with another company in my life.

After paying $115/mo for two years, I decided to transfer from T-Mobile to Pure Talk. There were complications that I don't entirely blame on T-Mobile, however it was extremely frustrating to call customer service (from a friend's phone), multiple times, when mine was locked by T-Mobile, for a balance due.
I was told that only $26 of my monthly payments was for paying for the phone over time. I was assured my iPhone 13 would be unlocked after I paid, which I did. Then, I was told it would be unlocked within 24 hours. It wasn't. I called customer service again, talking to a different person, and was told it usually takes 72 hours, and was told 24 hours "doesn't make any sense."
I called four times, spoke to four different people, put on hold each time. I got four different contradictory explanations. Three days later, the phone was finally unlocked, but I had to go to a local retail store to be informed of that. There wasn't any indication on the phone settings that it was unlocked. No messages, nothing! I was very upset, patience was gone by the third day. I was told by a technical support person, I would have to go to a retail store to have a SIM card put in to expedite unlocking and that there would be no problem. The guy at the store didn't want to call technical support. He argued to me about that, saying "It's not that easy."
"It is that easy", I said, the technician wrote a note on my account. "There's a note about this from the technician. Call technical support."
T-Mobile customer support doesn't offer extension numbers to contact one person for multiple calls. Assurances offered, "sorry" expressed many times, but results were nonexistent or slow to materialize.
I don't care to have any contact with T-Mobile ever again.

Many "check is in the mail" promises, but no $777 refund after 9 weeks of run around. I get told every week that I will have the refund "tomorrow." It never shows up and the cycle starts all over.

We have the Home Internet. If you can use someone else its worth it. TMobile Support is always nice an kindly reads a script to get you off the phone. This company is the worst company i've ever dealt with. Do not let them give you a Nokia Gateway Router. TMobile cannot handle Home Internet Service.

Don't ever get phones from T-Mobile thier service is trash.we tried them for three days didn't work at all cancelled service with them was told by T-Mobile there were no charges for it, one year later we get a collection from T-Mobile we owe them for a month of service that didn't work, called TMobile about it they played that they couldn't even find an account for us but would not take it out of collections we had to pay it I did. Just a warning stay clear of TMobile they r a crocked service.

Great team work in lies

Buying a new phone for my wife with 4 lines on my account asking the first person to include long distance calls service and never did this just to only have 160 bill in long distance calls, call then back explain the mistake that they make telling my wife to just paying 15 dollar and she will have the long distance services and they will avoid the other charges fine
Next my wife make few fjone calls and against but just now to found down that the other representative never change it and never take out the other charges. Nota: I been a t-mobile customer for over a decade with more that one line and always paying on time thank you t mobil you just lost my business.

Fraud cheater 0star

I am sorry to say it's fraud and cheater company. I called them and the guy placed order for home 5G internet and he offered me 3 SIM card wireless service along that for 170$. So there is scheme if you don't like internet you can return within 7 days. So I returned all next day. And cancelled all services. After 1 month I see autopay charge for 170$ and that's it now it's my nightmare to get my 170$ back. Called them 100 times but still no refund yet.

I was assisted by a representative named Nathaniel in the Philippines office today. He was so sweet and so helpful he was genuinely concerned about helping me get my service working. He went above the bar, I definitely appreciate him. I've been with T Mobile forever and he's by far been the most helpful representative I've spoken to.

I got T mobile home internet yesterday and was told it have at least 33mbps download speed. It had 12 and when I called they said nothing they can do. Total waste of time. I would rather put my $#*! and balls in a blender than have T mobile.
