We used the willamette st store, in Eugene OR. NONE of the promises we were made- low cost per monthly bill, low cost of phone trade ins, pay off of Att phones, cable bundle service - none of it has been accurate or true. Our bill is greater than before, the phone discounts and trade in were not as represented and the 5g service for cable was not available as promIsed. We have had to return over and over with complaints trying to get the plan promised. The reality is they outright lied like used car salesmen and 3 months later when the real bill hit nothing was accurate. New Phones amounts owed are >$800 not $200 as promised with trade in credits, trade in credits took 2 months not 2 weeks to arrive, bill is over $300 a month not the $180 estimated at time of contract switch. Bogus bait and switch tactics which should be illegal. Buyer bewarev!

I went to t mobile i got some divices from them, but i cancelled everything before the 14 days terminated, they told me before i sign up with them, if i want to cancel all my money will be returned if i do cancel before the 14 days, i didnt like their services, i cancelled, but never got my money back, they took my the money from my account, and never want to return it back, customer every time iam calling they are saying that i will have the refund, now its been 3 mobths didnt receive any thing. I would never recommande them. They stole my money, i return the divices, never received my refund for it.

After fulfilling my agreement with TMobile they continue to charge, payed an extra payment, because I had a good credit score and didn't want to hurt it, they sent another bill which they eventually sent to the credit bureaus, hurting my credit, say clear,unless u don't mind giving they money for no reason

So, make sure you are 100% clear on what you are buying. Their marketing is a bit deceptive and you end up paying more than you thought you would. Things labeled free aren't really all that free, it's a marketing ploy...you're still paying. Their accessories are sooooo expensive and not better quality than you can buy third party. They changed me $40 per screen protector! What a rip off for a screen protector that broke in the first week. Of course, they want me to return the broken item which is now in the trash. I have no box or pieces of screen protector so they don't bother to credit me. I got a screen protector off a website that works just fine for $10. They say that the taxes are rolled into the advertised price but the bill ends up being more in the end. Way more deceptive marketing than AT&T or Verizon.

T-Mobile is the biggest liar and cheater who use the client to get extra money
Every time they add on services with no requests, charge international call which never occurred and every time you talk to the customer service If is they tell you different thing.
Do not trust T-Mobile. I've been with them for a long time and I paid enough Nonsense fees, an add-on to this ripoff company but now it's time to go out of T-Mobile.
We will do a class action lawsuit and put you down. You abusing your client who trust you and there are enough evidence to proof. Shame on you.
Please be smart and stay away from Tmobike or if you are with them open your eyes have a print bill every month and monitor all your bill closely because you are dealing with ripoff company.

Tosha told us we got a free iPhone 14 upgrade as new customers with a trade-in. We trusted her knowing what she was talking about. Turns out it was not free. I would like to think she didn't lie on purpose, but her ignorance of the promo is still a big problem. We did not need an upgrade. We are now on the hook for an extra $21 a month for two years that we should not be paying. Make sure you read the terms yourself and don't trust what they tell you.

I was trying to get help from T Mobile to stop my service because I switched to another provider ( due to T Mobile being more expensive)
No one didn't inform me that all my lines had been switched to my provider. T Mobile just kept sending me a bill. No one from T Mobile informed me that I had to go to an actual store in person to fully stop my services.
I thought by calling the customer service representative would be able to help me but she couldn't. Even with my account number! Why have an account number then?
T Mobile failed to inform me when I switched to another provider and just kept charging me for something I was no longer using in my home! They just wanted my money!
T mobile customer service support is earful and not satisfactory at all what so ever! Very Poor Service FOR SURE!

We moved from Verizon to T-Mobile because of the constant price increases and their nickel and diming. Although we are paying less the service in our area is not as good and now, they are starting to do the same thing Verizon has been doing. The latest is to receive the $10.00 discount for auto pay you can no longer use a credit card, only debit or your checking account. The beginning of death by a thousand cuts!

I brought a fold 4 which as you know this is almost a 2000 dollar phone. The first phone the screen went bad so they replaced the phone with a REFURBISHED fold 4, which I didn't want so now here I go again now the ohone has a WHITE LINE GOING ACROSS IT and they rolling me it's nothing that they can do I have to use my insurance to replace it. No you gave me this piece of crap now you trying to push it on me to pay more MONEY for this phone! I ve been with TMOBILE over 20 YEARS and never have I had any issues but this is UNACCEPTABLE! IM REALLY THINKING ABOUT CHANGING CARRIER after a 20 year relationship with them I always thought they where the BEST PHONE CARRIER but this is NOT good service.fyi I can not take a photo for the LINE WILL NOT SHOW

So I was under a family plan and the account holder disconnected my phone. When I called T-Mobile to set up my own account with the same number, it was a nightmare I held for 32 minutes. It hung up on me. I held for half an hour, requested a call back that didn't happen finally at 10:30 PM. I called again and waited 45 minutes. The representative made empty promises and kept talking about her life, instead of focusing on the subject at hand. She asked me for my social 9 times she submitted order 5 times after 1 hour and 47 min she says oh a message jist popped up and is telling me you need to go into a store tomorrow. She tried to give me the 90$ plan add on tablet add mobile router promised I could keep my old phone # and she is sending a 50$ gift card and waiving activation fee. So I say okay so tomorrow when I go in I can have my old # and set up my account she says oh no honey that # isn't released just disconnected, without the pin you can't have the #. I talked to her for almost 2 hours for absolutely nothing. The main reason for the call was to have my number that was disconnected an hour before my 1st call. Talk about stringing someone along. Fyi I'm not a puppet. You should be ashamed of your ethic and integrity and stop wasting people's time. Just be real no need to play Monopoly!

Worst than Sprint

You have 2 be really bad to be worst than Sprint. Can not get a t-mobile ID, 10 reps attempted with no success. Cannot see bill or usage. New service and bill is going 2 old sprint service address. Rep dont listen and talk over u, no wonder why they cant fix the problem. Two house from me has unlimited home internet, one rep will say sure I'll sign you up, just 2 transfer 2 another rep tht will say sorry it's not available in your area. This is the worst cell/internet experience thus far. Verizon high but hands down the best services. Spectrum exactly way they say $29.99. T-mobile claims so much and doesn't deliver., service not the best in NC. I'm so done.

I canceled my subscription last April 2023 and they still kept on charging me. Aside from poor connection, they robbed me of something that I was not using. Don't get any of their products. They are a desperate company. Don't be mislead with their offers. All they want is money. There is no consideration at all. Even though I called them to cancel my subscription, they will still charge you.

Let me start by saying I been having issues with my light ppl call me and I cant pick up and it says user busy, this been going on for over one year and half. They cant find or fix the issue, so at this point i am changing companies. They expect you to still pay your balance from a line that I been having issues with. DONT EVER GO WITH TMOBILE, they want to take your money but never fix the issue.

Several occasions I've had to call about not being able to send a mms. Now no service today for 7 hours almost 2 hours on hold and got a 15 dollar credit. They offered a watch (additional line) a tablet (additional line) but since I didn't want additional services I got 15 dollars. They will be disconnecting 2 phone lines soon! Worse service ever! They use to be good but not anymore. I had better service with Cricket! Had to leave 1 star to post a review. They don't deserve that 1 star! DON'T DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT!

On July 6th I ordered T-Mobile service and was assured I could get voice over IP phone service with the modem they were shipping. When I received the device on 10 July and hooked it up and found out that it cannot do voice over IP on its own and it was return shipped on the 10th and received on my received email on the 19th via their shipping method and now I received a bill for $50 for nothing and I also owe are taking it out automatically on auto pay when I cancel the service on the 10th. These people are scammers from the word go. They lie do not trust them. On another note, the signal strength which they said would be great was one bar. This is the biggest scam I have run into in years. The only reason they got a one is because zero is not on the reading guide.

On April 3rd I completed a phone order with customer service, sat April 8th UPS delivered 3 shower heads in a tmobile box that clearly had been tampered with! I was able to give the package back to the driver. For months now I have been given the runaround, I've called just about every other day. Many managers and customer care reps promised a call back and I don't hear anything back, this has been going on for months!
The offsite research team will not help because the IME was activated, someone at USP stole the phone and then activated it, when I was made aware, I told the rep to deactivate the phone. Now every time I call they are doing the same thing and I get an email from the research department stating no further action is being taken because the device was activated.I NEVER GOT THE PHONE and per USP website with using the tracking number the status was NOT DELIVERED for months. Now it's stating that a claim is in progress and for me to contact the sender, I can't speak with UPS because I'm not the sender. This has been a nightmare and no one at tmobile is helping me to resolve this matter, Everytime I call they telling me process will take an additional 7 days and that process is reaching out to the same handset research team, I'm getting the run around and it's not fair to me, on top of all that i'm still being billed every month for a phone i never used.
Please help me!

Moved from Verizon to T-mobile, and incentives included $200 card for every line that was moved, as I was moving 4, I should have received $800. Called customer service twice to inquire about it, the first time I was told there was an issue but it would be resolved, called back a month later and was told the same thing but this time that the offer had expired and I was out of luck! They also removed the auto pay credit if you pay by credit card, for me a $25 saving. I pay with a CC as the CC Company provides insurance on the phones. T-Mobile moves and changes its promotions after you have signed an agreement. What is the purpose of an agreement if they do not have to uphold their side and expect the consumer to honor their side? I will be moving back to Verizon was my agreement expires.

T Mobile's customer website shows that my two lines use iPhones - that is wrong, we have Samsung S22s. Two different CRSs were unable or unwilling to correct this, and both tried to persuade me that the incorrect info shouldn't matter to me. Also, even though I returned my TM 5G router on Oct 22,2022, TM kept charging me service fees for its use - despite their own records that show I returned it on that date. I requested a full, back-dated refund but I only received a partial refund. Apparently it is TM's position that the customer is responsible for maintaining the integrity of TM's own - clearly broken - systems! Abject and unapologetic institutional incompetence.
