This company is crap. I've left them three times and returned everytime it's the same thing. Constant intermittent signal. Mobile app doesn't work half the time. CSR don't know their jobs, they don't make good account notes, and I pay way to much money for my three phones, not at all EVER what the plan says. I'm leaving this company and never coming back. I need help rn and I've gone into the chat almost ten times and been kicked out every time. Stay away from this company. Also most of their csr chat reps aren't from United States so it's hard to even talk with someone.

They sent me to collections for a debt that they could not prove was mine. My credit score went from 812 to 700. They did this in 2022 and I thought it was resolved. It's happening again in 2023. Lisa Davis and Shannon Robinson, of T-Mobile have yet to send documentation of the debt.
I have been with T-Mobile 25 years - recently had a breach on my phone - needing a new device asap - but still have balance on current phone - reached out to corporate to see if they would help with a credit for new device and was told no - only current promotions available - however they sure push getting a new line - they need to review their policies and try and keep customers - I have 5 phone lines and 2 trackers - as I am looking at other carriers I am sure my business will be appreciated
Do not get service with T-Mobil. I bought an upgrade Apple phone for my son, who needs this for work, paid it off to unlock it Anna NO ONE knows how to unlock it, but sends the issue to the next person. They always say will call in 24 to 72 hours. It's been since 30 august and still not unlocked!
A rep said they don't have same "courtesies" as Sprint and the bill is now considerably higher since the merge, which we were not informed about ahead of time. Customer service sucks in comparison to what Sprint had. Rarely have even one bar in major cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles. Service on apps is very slow. It's been terrible

After a month battling my bill, hours on phone with customer service at different times, spoken to 2 supervisor, had acct so they day in escalation, know I haven't missed payment, my bank had also gotten involved, T mobile assured my acct was fine after so much stress and know back to square one. Called to find out more about a promotion that was described to me as Any Phone Any Time. I was told all I had to do is mail or bring into store to trade any working phone. I also wanted a tablet which I was informed required an extra line. I was in the process of ordering when I was told there would be tax (on the original price) plus activation. Instead of free it was going to cost almost $300. I told the service person that was too much. I said " So there will be no charges and all transactions would be cancelled. I received emails that billed me so I was blatantly lied to. I was explicit about the order being cancelled completely and all charges would be void. Seemed like a nice lady but told me out and out lies. I'll find another carrier but will also seek to let as many consumer protection agencies as well as legal action. I don't like being lied to and as I'm a senior citizen I explain, need I couldn't afford it. Again, to summarize I implicitly asked that all plans and any potential orders stemming from the phone call would not result in any charges only to received bills for the plans. Started with 130mbps. Now it's a good day when I get 10mbps. Usually falls around 5mbps. Been like this since April 2023. I've been given a new internet gateway, been told they're doing upgrades, been told to call back if it's not better each time and it's still the same. It's garbage but, affordable.

On June 3rd I went to the T mobile store in Cape Girardeau, Mo. Talked with sakes rep Freedy about switching service. I was promised 2 new phones an a new apple watch for free under my business. I upgraded an was told I only had to pay the difference for the new phones. I paid the required 1235.00 an my internet was only gonna be 30.00 a month an no plan contract. I asked what my monthly bill would be, an was told by Freddy 131.00 per month. I just received my 4th bill an again it was 280.90. I contacted customer service an was told that in order into get my phones unlocked to switch to AT&T I had to finished paying off the remaining balance of 725.00 per phone an additional 1450.00. I spent 1 hour of my life going over my bills I had showing my devices was paid off an no additional money was required an was told they will not unlock my phones til I paid another 1450.00 an that my contract showed I was locked n with them til Dec 2025. I told her that I did not have a contract with T mobile an was not going to pay anything else. The customer service rep manager, Princess, then told me that the store sales rep lied to me to make the sale an commission off the sale an there was nothing I can do at this point but pay the 1450.00. I would never ever recommend T mobile as a cellular provider to anyone an hope this deters you from using T mobile as a cellular provider. I've been a T-Mobile customer more than 6 years now I have a one plus 9 I had no troubles with it until I did the software update on July 5th 2023 I have call customer care twice in one day for the same problem it's nothing on my end it's nothing on their end it's a software update error they're building to send me out a phone but I will have to pay taxes on that phone and activation fee on that phone when they could just give me a credit for the taxes and the activation free since I've been with him for more than 6 years I paid off multiple devices with them I never been late on my payment I paid 50 bucks a month for a phone that I can't even use their rather Make money on customers then just give me the customer a credit for that amount no they're rather Luke's customers cuz they're not making no money off of it when I could just go to Verizon and get the same thing unlimited talk text and data and a free phone no money out of pocket for 30 bucks a month
In the last few days I attempted to have a phone I lost replaced and the other deactivated. Very poor assistance and totally incompetent and irresponsible. Tech (1) was snippy and snotty) tech 2 repeated to talk over me or not let me finish a sentence and repeated to say he sent a code to the phone I lost over and over wow a example of poor assistance and quality of customer service support
T-Mobile is horrible, my phone is all of a sudden searching and I've never in all my 22 years as a Sprint customer saw my phone searching but now as this merger is complete (SEARCHING) is on my screen. I cannot access apps and constantly have phone calls dropped or not coming through, text messages failing and not receiving picture mail on time or not downloading at all. Great service I used to have is a thing of the past. I never had a problem anywhere not even in a metal building but now OMG it's awful.
