Not worth

I've ordered cheaper knives that are both either what I paid for or insanely good quality. What I got from Swordsswords is neither. Don't order from this site. If you do don't get too excited about it.

Received broken item. Called them immediately. They said they would fully reimburse. I paid shipping both ways. Company kept about $20 and gave only a partial refunds. I am out almost $50 after getting a broken sword from them. They had no interest in satisfying the customer. Stay away from these people.

Good service

I've read a number of these reviews but I had a good experience. The first knife took about a week to receive. Sadly, it was defective. However, I got right on the phone and immediately spoke to a customer service rep. She was kind, helpful and without hesitation said they would send me another knife no charge ASAP. Two days later I got the replacement and it works well. On top of that they did not want me to be troubled sending back the defective one so they said keep it. Overall a good experience and would buy from here again. Steve W., NY

Purchased a stiletto automatic knife and it's just absolutely terrible. It locked on me the first time I opened it. When I was trying to fix it it literally fell apart on me. I'd never recommend buying anything from this website. It's all just China made $#*!.

Very mediocre

Ok so I've seen very many reviews on how bad this place is. I think that its so mediocre, people only look at the bad, I mean this company has to make fake reviews just to keep it business, this is one of them, the switchblade I got was actually nice. I think this is a good company, it's like wish, for knives!

I ordered 2 blades from there guys, less than a week from Christmas.
One of the blades was damaged. I emailed sales and sent a picture.
They overnighted a replacement to me before Christmas.
That's how it's done folk!
Only wish more companies where like this one.
Hell they were cheap knives and they treated me like a king!
Thanks swordsswords
I will order again

All dialog

This movie was a great disappointment. It is all dialog no action. The whole movie takes place in one room. The movie cover and storyline indicates a lot of action but it is opposite from that. Boring!

Very slow
October 26, 2021

Customer service not expert on items being delivered. And you wait long time for delivery to arrive. I called 5 days prior to my delivery and I was told my items were all arriving on time. Placed order on 10/2/21 received delivery on 10/26/21 and one item short and pen didn't work. So same time and money. I'd be wait a long time to return pen and backorder item they were sending a return label didn't even wanna waste my money a time.

Broken items

This has to be the worst online knife store weapons store I've ever bought anything from the products I get from them most of the time a broken and then when you send it back they want to hang up the phone on you lie to you about your return and try to blame it on your bank they will never ever get my business again they are terrible the items are cheap and like I said there most of the time broken

You can place an order and pay them if you want, but I can assure you that you will not receive you item... It may say that it has shipped, and you get a bogus tracking number that never shows received by USPS. STAY AWAY, as I should have. Now I am am stuck with no sword, and no refund. No one will answer the phone either...

Online tracking system inoperable.
Inquiries as to order status met with empty "cut & paste" excuses, ignoring questions altogether.
Sloppy business practices.
Still not received order.
Shop elsewhere!

Ordered a $38 order for a flashlight. My error. Wrong type entirely. I then wrote to ask for a return authorization. They denied. Said not after 3 days! (Very unusual. Unique here.) Wrote again asking, please as the light is not what I had expected and it's less than 17 days since order and unit is not charged or used in any way -- still new in original package, etc. They reply no. Thus I feel very negative as I have a $38 charge for a flashlight that is utterly useless to me. I plan to pursue further as best I can. Meanwhile I suggest you avoid this online seller.

When I ordered items it said "error" order not processed. But a few days later I get an e-mail saying it's being shipped. When I tried to stop it by an e-mail to the return dept., I got no answer. Even tho it is their fault they told me I still had to pay return shipping myself plus a 25% restock. Beware when ordering from swordsswords.com, really bad customer service.

This company has the most ridiculous return policy in the world. Be careful before you purchase from this site as they do not have the customer's best interest in mind. Read their returns policy in full because they are guaranteed a profit even if you refuse delivery. The owner and billing department are unreasonable, cold, and should be forced out of business!

Buy at your own risk from this shady company.

I purchased from two companies that did not have PayPal and I had $900 of fraudulent charges on my credit card. SwordsSwords is one of the two companies. So be careful or just shop elsewhere

Ordered item, shipping label was printed, and that was end of it seriously. They said waiting on USPS to scan. USPS is still waiting on item.
CS told me only refunds if returned by me or reported lost by USPS. Clever scam. Even sent a link about PO issues in their area.
Worst experience I have ever had buying online. Employee either stole the item or management is just skimming money w/ labels.
And they won't refund shipping charge either way.
Terrible business ethics & horrible business practices.

Horrible.

Ordered a Sword Cane Led Lit DragonHead from them. Arrived in a timely manner.
The sword was broken off the head, and did not arrive with the package. The light button was broken. Head was terrible cheap plastic. Called immediately and was told they would call me back. Never did.
Emailed and continued calling and never got a reply or call back.
Told I had three days from receiving, and it had been more then that. (It was, because they wouldn't let me talk to anyone.)
Their return policy is crazy.
Don't use this site. Just shady, shady. Their are much better sites with better quality merchandise for similar price.
