I have made numerous purchases of armor, and garb related items from this company via E-bay, Seller name: everydaysavings, and have yet to be disappointed with any product purchased.

I use E-bay for two reasons, on average the Auction item prices are less expensive than those listed on swordsswords.com' own website, and of course there's the E-bay's
Buyer protection.

From medieval period related accessories like belts, pouches, jewelry, fasteners, to arming caps, helmets, gorget's, chain mail, coifs, and gauntlets, I have been very pleased with each and every purchase.

Item quality has ranged from good to outstanding, and shipping has always been free with no delays, or damage to any package. Price comparisons for same or similar items on E-bay has been anywhere from 50% to 300% higher, and they offer a 100% No questions asked refund policy.

Ordered 2 OTF knives from these people. Fast shipping was the only good part. One knife didn't work at all and the blade on the other wobbled like weeble. Returned them for a refund because its cheap crap. When I called to inquire about the refund I was told there was nothing wrong them. That I lied about the knives. They were supposed to be gifts for people so why would I not want them if they actually worked? Don't buy this cheap garbage from these ripoff's!

Boy i wish i had listened to the reviews up here their knives are absolute garbage biggest waste of money ive ever seen I got a Lightning OTF and its the chinese version which i didnt care about that much but 95% of the time it malfunctions i spend more time trying to fix it then i do using it also in the picture and description it said it was white it got here and its grey not to mention how stiff the lever is it hurts to push it in and out i also ordered one of their Open Range Automatic Pocket Knives its so tiny and when u push the button it doesnt come out all the way hey but my leverlock stiletto turned out ok

Ordered a Sword Cane Led Lit DragonHead from them. Arrived in a timely manner.
The sword was broken off the head, and did not arrive with the package. The light button was broken. Head was terrible cheap plastic. Called immediately and was told they would call me back. Never did.
Emailed and continued calling and never got a reply or call back.
Told I had three days from receiving, and it had been more then that. (It was, because they wouldn't let me talk to anyone.)
Their return policy is crazy.
Don't use this site. Just shady, shady. Their are much better sites with better quality merchandise for similar price.

I've ordered from them three times. The knives are cheap and you get what you pay for, but my last order will be my LAST. I ordered a 1045 Carbon Steel AZAN clone of the KABAR. It was advertised as carbon steel full tang blade, leather handle, and the picture was an AZAN with penned butt cap (AZAN knives tend to be fairly good quality). The item number was even AZ218, indicating an AZAN product. What I received was a cheap knock-off stainless steel knife (MARKED stainless steel) with a wooden handle grooved to look like leather, and a screw-capped rat tail tang. A $5.00 knife. Maybe. I wrote a letter of complainant, and never heard back. Swordsswords return policy is so ridicules that I'm stuck wit this piece of crap.

Ordered a $38 order for a flashlight. My error. Wrong type entirely. I then wrote to ask for a return authorization. They denied. Said not after 3 days! (Very unusual. Unique here.) Wrote again asking, please as the light is not what I had expected and it's less than 17 days since order and unit is not charged or used in any way -- still new in original package, etc. They reply no. Thus I feel very negative as I have a $38 charge for a flashlight that is utterly useless to me. I plan to pursue further as best I can. Meanwhile I suggest you avoid this online seller.

Well i can tell you big mistake.

Let me just say i did get my order but i hated the way the order came.

These were CHRISTMAS gifts and i asked them to please make sure to take EXTRA care of the boxes. [because i had to wrap them].

When they came they wear so bad i had to find away to make it work.

I would of returned it but it would of been impossible to have them replaced by Christmas.

Now don't get me wrong i understand this is a stressful time of the year but i didnt pay money to get my order looking like crap.

On top of all that.

The Items come in the box and inside of the box came another box and then in that box came this little Plastic bag it looked like someone step on it...

I will Just say this if you want to WASTE your money by all means do so. But as for me this was my FIRST AND LAST.
