I have a Cold Steel Spartan. When I bought it they hadn't been sold to GSM and I was told by them if I had any problems they would take care of it. I recently asked them for a right side carry clip and received an email with the phone number to GSM so I called and after being on hold for over a hour I was told they don't have any clips and they would give me a 30%discount to buy a product from them. I don't want to buy something else I want my Spartan. Needless to say I'll never buy another Cold Steel or anything sold by GSM. Thanks for ruining my favorite knife company GSM!

I have had straight talk for a long time but my most recent phone is a lemon the vibrate quit working shortly after buying it and now the mic cuts out and they don't want to help resolve the problem and for a long term customer I would think they be more willing to help. I'm done with them and hope this review will help stopping someone from making the mistake of being one of their customers!

They use DHL and don't seem to care or willing to try to make sure packages show up on time. Second they don't do free returns.

Made an order now they won't answer the phone and my order has somehow disappeared. Considering taking legal action to save someone else from having to go through this
