There was an item on my recent order that showed not yet shipped together with a message stating the item was non refundable( no prior reference to this status). I reached out to Customer service to cancel the order and depite the "not shipped status" they stated there was nothing they could do. That I need to refuse the order, and process it as a return... There is no regard for consumer care and return policies / shipment policies are clearly broken. There are items I considered keeping, but I will be returning all items for a full refund and or disputing all cc charges if this is not rectified form their side
I bought a full price suit, liked it so much I bought another on sale shortly there after. Both suits ripped on the shoulders. I've owned many suits with out this ever happening. I have an average torso and proportioned body. It was after the 60 day return policy and the fabric is poor. They could care less and just restate 60 day policy. Not oh I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe there's a defect in the twisty v neck swim dress etc…They're just defensive and say the same thing over again. DON'T PURCHASE-FROM THEM

Return policy is a joke. Must be received to warehouse within 60 days of order date. No account for post date and time. Spent 1.5 hours on phone for them to do nothing to remedy a shipping time issue. Did not receive refund after email stating I

This company's customer service team is completely unhelpful and unreasonable. I logged into my account to make a return, and was told that I was unable because it was 62 days past the ship date; their cutoff is 60 days. I called customer service and spoke to a rep and two managers that said there was no way I could return, even for store credit. They were unwilling to make an exception or try to remedy the situation in any way. It was basically a "too bad for you" response. I will not be buying from this company again.

Do not order from this company! I sent my swimsuit back because I didn't like it. It was three weeks with no refund. I called and they said they had refunded me through a gift card. I told them that I wanted it refunded to my credit card and they then said it would be 3-5 days before it would be refunded. Out of $73, I was told I would only get $48 back due to $11 refund fee and no shipping/handling return. They basically got $25 off of me for returning an item that I didn't like, that is if they refund me at all. If they do this to every person that returns a swimsuit, think about how much they are making off of returns!

First I purchased 2 Tankini, material so so, the breast cups were extremely pointy and looked weird. Cost $54.13 I asked for return, it took 2 months. They deducted shipping and taxes. I get back $31.24 I'm so through. Shop local people or Amazon get prime membership.

I ordered 2 suits on 4/13/2022 (Order #*******185) and received in a normal amount of time. However, completely incorrect order. Size, style, color, all wrong. I try to start an "exchange", however this company does not know what an exchange is. They messed up and all I wanted was correct items shipped when my return was received. They insist on giving gift cards or processing full return which forces customer to redo full order process even though entire issue was based on Swimsuits For All error. Then when they finally issued my refund, they subtracted return shipping from my balance. That's right people, when they mess up the customer still has to pay for return shipping. I asked on several occasions for them to just send items I actually ordered and their process is their process no matter how much wait time it causes the customer. It has now been almost exactly a month since my order and I just got a portion of my refund yesterday. So if I want correct suits it would be another week or 2.6 week wait time for their mistakes! I gave this a 1-star rating because if items are received correctly they are typically nice swimsuits, but you are screwed if any of your orders require customer service department. I will not give this company anymore of my business.

I wish I had read this reviews before placing an order. This company has NO customer service at all. They have no interest in fixing a problem at all. If you do order from them- expect a delivery wait of about a month. And no one will assist you until a month has elapsed of not receiving your delivery. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation!

My first order I received a completely different tankini top than what was ordered. The packing list had the correct item listed, but incorrect item received. I returned that item along with other items that were incorrect size, which I ordered based on their sizing chart. I asked for replacements for 3 of 4 items. Second shipment I received the SAME INCORRECT tankini top, again the item was correct on the packing list, but incorrect item received. Their returns policy is not reasonable, they expect you to pay shipping costs for all returns unless you accept a credit to your account for future purchases. Telephone Customer Service is non existent, when I did reach a chat representative they were very hasty with replies and cut the chat off before I completed confirming the return. Very poor customer service, will never order from them or any of their affiliated companies.

They sent me the wrong order I called to speak to supervisor very unprofessional they withheld 15 dollars from refund on there mistake there is no recourse. Who can you talk to when the supervisor is disgusting. Would never buy from any of there companies beauty brand. If your calls are truly taped listen to manny conversations he costs y'all more money than what he is paid and you would be apologizing I am sure for the treatment of your customers.

So apparently the last time I ordered a suit for swimsuits for all(and I do mean the very last time ever) I mysteriously signed up for a free trial period for their "rewards" program. After this free trial I was charged $15 a month for the "privilege" of the program, of which I had no clue I was enrolled, and received no benefit whatsoever. Shame on me for missing the $15 they stole from my account for over 6 months which went unnoticed. Once noticed, the only nice thing I can say is that the person I called to "cancel" the service I didn't know I had was helpful and cancelled it for me without trying to sell me on keeping this useless and deceptive rewards program in place. I have since received an email confirming I am no longer a member but only in a month will I be able to determine if the service was canceled or not.

I ordered 4 garments. They sent me a piece I didn't order, and failed to give me 1 of the garments I had ordered. The piece they sent me was more expensive than the one they didn't send. However, in order for me to make it right, I would have to drive to a UPS store and buy a package to send it in. With the country's gas prices at $4.80 per gallon, why has this all of a sudden turned into my inconvenience? If I ordered too small a size or I didn't like what I received, then I would be happy to inconvenience myself for that. But Swimsuits for All took absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I asked why couldn't they just send me what I ordered and allow me to keep what they sent. I guarantee you they can afford to send a $29.00 garment. The fact that they took no accountability for a mistake THEY made, but I have to be inconvenienced by it is awful customer service. I will ensure to tell everyone I know what an awful company they are. Their swimsuits are actually pretty good quality too. Sad. Very sad.

What an terrible experience! Ordered top … charged over $ 50 ( I fallowed size table - revived huuuuuge) when returned got $28 back … they get you! I was charged tax twice! When purchased and returned!(?)

I ordered from this site 2/14 for a upcoming vacation in mid March. While I got a notification that the item was shipped the next day over the next 2 weeks I realized there was no movement/update with the tracking information I was given. I called to inquire about it and see if it could be deemed lost or at least an inquiry could be made to determine where the error was in shipping my item. I was told they wait 30 DAYS to consider it lost! Excuse me?! In the meantime my order, and the ridiculous cost of shipping (almost $20) was charged immediately. The shipping says 7-10 business days and we are out of that window, I don't have a bathing suit or any indication where it is in the shipping process and the only advice I was given was to continue to wait. I inquired if I could order another suit in order to get it in time while the suit is still in stock and the company would not honor the price I initially paid and wanted me to pay $35 additional for the SAME SUIT they lost! I placed a second order shortly after the first and I of course want to cancel but she stated since its shipped I cannot. The second package may be marked shipped and never come for all I know. I spoke to three different representatives all of which told me different stories about why a supervisor was unable for me to speak to them. Safe to say that even if these suits are heavenly I will NEVER purchase from SFA again

LIVID doesn't begin to explain what I feel right now... DO NOT ORDER FROM SWIMSUITS FOR ALL. My past two orders I've received incorrect items, and instead of making the situation right, both times I've had to go out of my way to get my correct item. Absolutely absurd! I just can't even. Their customer service is completely unacceptable. Please share with any of your friends who are curvy or need supportive swimsuits to not use Swimsuits for all or any other of their brands.
Side note: I have found other swimsuit brands I like (such as Bare Necessities) but had to use a gift card from previous purchases.

Would never order form here again. The coupons never get applied and when the items show up they send the wrong item. This has happened two times. This company is a joke and they think you should pay to ship back the wrong items they sent. Do yourself a favor find a swimsuit from another company that is legit.

I ordered two bathing suites! I DID NOT receive an email or confirmation of my order why because the idiot who took order put in wrong letters in the email! I called them over ten(10) times told so many different things! No way for me to track them! Got them both way to small not true to size! I sent them back the same day they arrived here! I am afraid no will not get my refund so I will call my credit card company to fight a dispute! This Beauty Brand sucks! Don't buy from any of their companies! They suck! Especially women within! Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.

Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
