I ordered 2 swim suits on 4/20/21 got an email the following day that my order was being processed and I would get a notification when it was shipped. I have sent emails asking when it will ship and no response. I leave on vacation in in a week and half. If you are not going to ship with in the time stayed on your website then update it! I spent over $100 on suits for vacation and highly doubtful I will receive them. Super disappointed, my sister-in-law had great luck with this company, me not so much!

I actually really liked the swimsuit. I bought it 2 months prior to my vacation. It was slightly too small and I thought i would be more comfortable one size up. Big mistake. I told the customer service rep that I needed this by a certain date as she said, "no problem!" So I used their return label; that she emailed me and sent it back. After 3 weeks, I called and I was informed that while they had the return in their possession but they still haven't processed it. She said she would put a note on the account to refund the money instead of the exchange because it won't make it here in time. Today I get an email that they are processing my new order. I called again and was told, "yeah they didn't stop it", "if you don't want it, you will have pay to return again". I will never order from a company with such a lack of customer service.
This company's customer service team is completely unhelpful and unreasonable. I logged into my account to make a return, and was told that I was unable because it was 62 days past the ship date; their cutoff is 60 days. I called customer service and spoke to a rep and two managers that said there was no way I could return, even for store credit. They were unwilling to make an exception or try to remedy the situation in any way. It was basically a "too bad for you" response. I will not be buying from this company again.

In 2018, I returned some brand new bathing suits to Swimsuits for All & accepted a gift card for $108 to save on the cost of shipping. In the two summers since then I had another baby & the world shut down. This summer it was on, so I picked out some bathing suits & entered my gift card number only to get an error message. When I contacted customer service, they told me the gift card didn't exist & that I should contact my state comptroller. When I insisted that couldn't be possible, they said they'd dig a bit deeper & get back to me. That was over a month ago. I haven't heard from them. Gift cards don't expire. They have fraudulently kept my money. A bunch of thieves! Be warned, don't order from this company!

Doesn't matter that an 80 year old woman falls and breaks her femur in 2 places, if you miss that 60 day cut off (because you are in the hospital), you own bathing suits that don't fit! Horrible horrible company!
I ordered a one-piece suit that didn't fit and returned it using the prepaid label (SOP for most clothing sales websites), was charge $7.50 handling and issued a gift card. I tried one more time for a two-piece. I'm a D cup and the bra was padded (?), which I certainly didn't need, and the shorts had no privacy panel for use as a swimsuit bottom. I paid for this return so I could get a credit card refund, but they will only issue me another gift card, which I won't use. It costs $7.50 handling for each return and I'm pretty sure I'll never get a good fit from their suits. Have filed a dispute with my credit card company, but am pretty sure I'll be out $80.

Ordered 2 swimsuits 2 months ago. Took a month for order to arrive. Swimsuits didn't fit so initiated return to exchange for a different size. It's now another month later and they still haven't confirmed they received return, never mind processed return. Filled out contact form and received automated response that they are taking up to 10 days to process orders. That was 2 days ago. Still haven't heard from real person. Never again!

Zero customer service, no one to answer the phone and if you are lucky, you will get an email response of one sentence days after sending your inquiry. Awful return policy. Return for any reason gets you website credit unless you are willing to go out and ship items back at your own expense. And for exchanges you have to purchase your new item before sending the unwanted one back and there is no way to get the same price you originally purchased at, assuming they have your size in stock to exchange. Also shipping takes much longer than the average online purchase

They shipped my order to a Walmart that's 20 miles from my home and claimed that I chose that as my delivery address. I absolutely did not.
And I didn't accidentally input that address. It's in another town and the addresses have nothing in common except for being in the same state.
The customer service rep I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. The email customer service was no better.
Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company and I won't be ordering from them again.
I paid to have expedited shipping Because I needed my suits by a certain date and not only Was it not here in time, it was days later and no respond from customer service about why. They simply provided the tracking number which I already had. A friend had the same experience and I should have known better. Never again. I can spend $100 on a suit anywhere.

Still waiting on my refund which it has been over 6 weeks now. When you call you wait on the hold for over 45 minutes to talk to someone who then argues with you that they sent the refund. Even the supervisor Deb said they send it on 4/15/21 but I don't have it on my credit card. Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again and I advise you not too.

I ordered Ashley Graham executive bottoms and received high waisted briefs. Sent wrong item then told no return or refund that ladies is stealing. BEWARE unless you can afford to lose money or are happy with any item they decide to send!
I ordered over $100 in swimsuits on 3/28. They were shipped on 4/9 with an arrival date of 4/14. I still haven't received them. The last update on the tracking # is on 4/10 from Atlanta. I tried contacting customer service just to get a blanket response of delays in shipping. 2 months is completely unacceptable to still not have received what I have already paid for.

Canadians beware... do not order from this company! I ordered swimwear and cover-ups from them on December 30,2019. I paid international priority express shipping cost. The order never arrived and after contacting them three times, finally on January 17, they said the parcel never left the USPS receiving in Chicago, never went through customs and must be lost. They did reimburse me, but now my vacation is 4 days away and what do I wear to the beach next week? Well, that is not their problem, apparently. They will not send a replacement by courier, they will do nothing. Very poor customer service. Will never use this company again.

All is good until you have a problem. Ordered 2 swimsuits. Received 1. Called to correct. Thought the problem was fixed until I saw $166 charge on my bank (which was even more than the original order). The company is refusing to do ANYTHING to correct their mistake. I would recommend avoiding this company for pure lack of ethics.
First I purchased 2 Tankini, material so so, the breast cups were extremely pointy and looked weird. Cost $54.13 I asked for return, it took 2 months. They deducted shipping and taxes. I get back $31.24 I'm so through. Shop local people or Amazon get prime membership.

I contacted PayPal and opened a case. They were able to get me my money back in less then 2 days. Swimsuits for all kept giving me the run around for my refund. I waited a month for my item that never showed. I will never Order from this company again! Buyer Beware
My first time ordering from Swimsuits for all. I was excited for the Ashley Graham collaboration. Sadly it's been a month since I purchased the item and still haven't Received it. I've been passed on from customer up to customer up. When I asked for a refund I was told that international shipping was 15 to 18 business days. Now I am informed that I have to wait 25 days in order to get a refund so they can declare my item las received it. In July of last year I purchased swimwear from Swimsuitsforall.com. The product didn't last even 6 months with the fabric being defective, even though I paid over $100 for the swimsuit. The company will not stand behind their product and keeps with their line that the product can only be returned or exchanged in the first 60 days after purchase. Stay away from the company! I wished I would have looked at reviews before purchasing from them.
Returned my item. 2 months later still no refund or at least store credit. Talked to someone, "can't find my order" said I would have to spend another 100 to have them help me. Why would I do that when I haven't even got a refund or a credit on the last order. They are a joke and I will never buy from them again. Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
