I would give this zero stars but the system makes you give a rating.I actually work in retail so I am very familiar with customer service and return policies- this was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced.
1st - I used their size generator to help determine the correct sizes and they were all off.
2nd - I joined their rewards program to use the free shipping option, also one of the worst programs I've ever signed up for.
I did not receive free shipping -you must email them to get a promo code that takes over a month and it is only for portion off not free shipping. I still signed up expecting to pay $9 for shipping.
I called the customer service number and they were just as bad as the program- no help at all
In total I paid $35 in shipping fees for a products that I cannot use because they're size calculator was very off ( $25 to ship to me and now have to pay $10 to send back)

I actually really liked the swimsuit. I bought it 2 months prior to my vacation. It was slightly too small and I thought i would be more comfortable one size up. Big mistake. I told the customer service rep that I needed this by a certain date as she said, "no problem!" So I used their return label; that she emailed me and sent it back. After 3 weeks, I called and I was informed that while they had the return in their possession but they still haven't processed it. She said she would put a note on the account to refund the money instead of the exchange because it won't make it here in time. Today I get an email that they are processing my new order. I called again and was told, "yeah they didn't stop it", "if you don't want it, you will have pay to return again". I will never order from a company with such a lack of customer service.
I placed an order and 5 days later it hasn't been shipped. Don't buy from this company. Customer service stinks and delivery is worse. 3 week delivery time
I ordered swimsuits and tried to return them. They stated they only exchanged. So I requested a larger size.I had to pay the return shipping. They were still too small, so I returned them. My $126 purchase and I received $54 in check form(did not credit my card as they stated). Terrible business practices. The chat monitors could care less. Soooo disappointed.

Sure wish I would've read these reviews before attempting to order from them, but I'll just chalk it up to another hard lesson learned. Looonng story short, they lied to me not once but twice about my refund, and instead of giving me a full refund (make sure to read ALL the fine print before purchasing!) I got $26.19 back on a $48.86 bra. They're literally ripping people off left and right, expecting those of us keeping them in business not to notice. Not that it matters anyway, bc I DID. Please heed these warning and DO NOT order from Swimsuits for all. What a complete JOKE.
I ordered on Oct 28th and shipped regular mail 7-10 days. Called last week, and they said it was still processing. Called today, still processing. Contacted customer service, requested cancellation. They won't because it is still processing. REALLY? Terrible experience, and extremely frustrating.
What I received was not what I ordered. The company will allow me to return the order but is not going to give me a full refund despite their error. It's not that I changed my mind or the swimsuit didn't fit. They. Didn't. Send. What. I. Ordered! Do NOT do business with them. They are crooks. Photos are what I ordered and what I received. Totally different style, cut and color.

I purchased a swimsuit. Didn't fit. Processed a return online and printed the confirmation and shipped it back. Never got a refund so I called. Turns out I can't get a refund because it exceeded the 60 window by 3 days! The item had to be RECEIVED by the company within 60 days of their initial SHIPPING date (not when I received my order). Customer service was awful. 0/10 do not recommend.

I literally paid double to get different size replacement swimsuits for two swim suits I purchased and wanted to exchange. They do not exchange items. You have to return them with a large processing fee and repurchase. Surprisingly the cost of them is no longer what I paid and when asked if there was a promo code so that the cost would be closer there were none! Gave 2 star because the quality didn't seem bad, but won't know for sure until go in the water.
I would report this company if I could find them on BBB site. I returned an item I purchased which it was acknowledged by email that they received back. Not only they did not issue my refund but it turns out they had set up a subscription in my credit card account without my knowledge. This is outright theft. If I hadn't called my credit card to inquire why my dispute was being canceled I would have never found out they had me on a subscription from month to month. I don't even know what services they are providing if they are a clothing company. Why are they charging a subscription. Please be careful doing business with them.

I just had an incrediblly negative experience with this retailer. I'd bought a suit from them 2 or 3 years ago without issue and was buying a couple more for an upcoming vacation. The items took forever to ship with a mysterious 4 day delay in Indiana. FedEx then claimed the item was delivered but I received no package. I've done a lot of online shopping and have never had a package go missing or stolen for years. When I called FedEx they said they could do nothing and I had to call the retailer. Swimsuitsforall csr talked me through some absurd process where I have to fill out an affadavit that they will mail it I can print and then mail back to them so they can do an investigation and then take 2 weeks to determine if I get a refund. By the time I'd get the refund and be able to repurchase my suits, even assuming they're even in stock and the shipping isn't as slow as last time, there's no way I'd get them in time for my vacation. This is a terrible way to run a business and a terrible way to treat customers. I'm definitely never going to be a repeat customer here again.
The swimsuits are a excellent product, but their marketing is not. Last week, I missed out on a sale, due to I lived in the wrong time zone. The sale was over at noon — while it was 11:00am on the West coast, the sale had ended on the East coast, so I could not make a purchase at the sale price. The second issue, is that I have been watching the website for weeks to make a large purchase. When I received a email on a current sale, I went to make a large purchase, only to see that the item I wanted to buy was originally $30 — now was $44 — that's a $14 increase! And then you get the sale price, which is really no sale at all. They would rather totally lose a sale than sell you a item at a bargain price. Makes no sense! But if you live on the East coast and don't do the math on their sale prices, — you will indeed get a great product at a great price!
I ordered two suits in May. Of this year. I paid $99. I was ok with the suits, but then my card was charged $19.18 for Z3 months. I tried to contact them but they said they couldn't find my order but kept billing me. Finally I got in touch with someone who said that it was a Bonus subscription from some other company that was named Clarace? This company is a scam be careful!

I informed the company. Per their sizing guide, the items did not fit. They were returned promptly with their packaging and tags from which they arrived in. I then ordered again, twice the sizes as before. I had the same problem. I informed the company I was unsatisfied in finding the proper fit, yet they gave me a gift card I cannot use. I've requested my credit accounts that were charged for the items being credited. The $60 gift card was resented, taxes and S&S now deducted, and then I received an email that the amount estimated to refund was incorrect, with further deductions made for S&H, which I already paid for. So the $114.00 I paid for merchandise, and returned, I'm still waiting for a refund, which per email was an estimated $50 total

All the complaints about customer service return policy etc are true ‼ I bought and returned over $200 worth of swimsuits and I can't get anything for it. They wanted to send me another return label but they waited till after the 60th day to do so so I could only get store credit. I should have listened to the reviews that others posted on this website. But I didn't and now I am out money and no swimsuit that I ordered! Their customer service is horrible. I ordered my swimsuit to be shipped in 2 days... paid over $40 for them to arrive in 2 days. Neither arrived within more than 2 weeks and when they arrived, they sent the wrong thing. NOW... they will not pay me for the money I spent for 2 day delivery AND they will not reimburse me for the difference in what they sent. Ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. I suggest you not either. They do not even deserve one star.
I ordered a bathing suit skirt bottom online, for which I paid $48 plus $12.99 shipping. This was probably my 5th or 6th order from Swimsuits for All, so I've been a fairly regular, good customer. Along with my order came several new catalogs, so imagine my surprise to find my exact same swimsuit skirt on page 16 priced on sale for $23! The catalog back says these prices are in effect until 9/27/22. Since my order was only place about 12 days earlier, I'm fairly sure this print catalog was out at the same time also. So I called the customer service number to get a price adjustment. Wrong! Spoke to 4 different CSRs, the last 2--Victor and Rebecca--allegedly Resolutions Supervisers-- and all said, essentially, too bad, we don't make price adjustments, not our policy! Rebecca, the final person with whom I spoke, actually said I could call anyone up the corporate chain, all the way to the top of Full Beauty Brands (corporate parent) and NO ONE will ever make that price adjustment and credit me back my $25 I overpaid! I could, however, return the item, and reorder it again at the lower price, paying for all the shipping, which would cost multiple times the price if the item! What a crappy company--NO CUSTOMER SERVICE standards at all! Order at your own risk! Oh, and by the way, Swimsuits for All-- please don't bother to put your standard robot message saying how sorry you are and will use this to help improve-- I've now read every review listed for the past 1 1/2 years, and your replies are identical, and nothing has changed! Even your replies are phony!
Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.

Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
